Would have given 3 stars but I understand it’s a small business and I don’t want to prevent future customers from coming as it’s a good business. They have good products overall for pets. Customer service was lacking when I went. I went in looking for a specific product for my dog, I was in the section where it would be but I could not find it. I asked the sales representative for assistance as I was expecting the product to be there because on the website it said it was in stock. She let me know twice that it was not in stock instead of verifying and helping me. It was a small section so it would not have been difficult to help me. I then found the product on my own after moving some things around on the shelf which did not take long. I found the product and she later let me know that it was the “last bag” they had. Had I not looked for it myself and taken her word for it, I would have had to go home empty handed. Overall good store, customer service needs improvement.

My cat sources all kinds of vittles from here. Both stores are very well stocked and very well run. If they don’t have it and you want it they will stock it. I appreciate the dedication to providing the best and the helpfulness of all the staff. Shop local with real people! The future of Dot is bright!

Fabulous pet store! All the necessities, the best toy collection of durable toys, treats, and fabulous odds and ends to try out.We have bought multiple toys (stuffed animals) that have lasted years.Additionally, we just bought the best toy (see image) that has entertained our lab for hours.

Had a great time here bringing my weekend babysitting dog to pick a toy and bag of treats out. The proprieter Mark was extremely helpful and also suggested some items for my cat. I was thrilled to see they also have a small animal section too. This shop is just what the neighborhood needed and we can't wait to shop again!

I had contacted Mark a while ago about getting raw food for my dog. Mark said he’d reach out when the store is ready and I didn’t think more of it because I thought he could forget. Months later, I receive an email that the store is ready and that the food is available!! Talk about an amazing service! Mark goes above and beyond to find what I need at a great price too. I’ll be buying almost everything through the Pooped Pooch instead of buying online. I’m so happy to have found this place!!
