My mother had purchased a lot of baby clothes from here for a school drive she participates in. When she got home, she realized that the alarm tags were still on so she sent my dad to go back to the store with the receipt to take the tags off and they denied him the help and didn’t give him the receipt back. The next day, my mom goes in and explained everything to the workers there and they were completely rude and disregarded everything my mom said so my mom asked the police officer in the parking lot for help and even then, the workers denied and resulted to saying “its store policy” and denied my mom. this store needs better and NEW management.

Heads UP! Everyone is Not stealing so falling people around the store is not 🆒 and speaking your language with other employees when a customer is at the register is Not cool "English Please" Quick reminder your workers are the biggest thief's. Being more helpful and greeting your customers Is the way to go! personal I find it Very disrespectful for an employee to have no trust in customer's Whom is spending Money in the store selling defective products knowing damn will You can't Afford to Loose Customers...-2 stars. Seasons 🙏 Greedings. Shame 3.6 rating should tell you something.

I went there trying to return/exchange without my receipt (had proof on my debit card transactions) and the girl there stared at me with an attitude and said she can't accept the return. How it's against store policy. Which is a lie because on their website it said exchange or store credit for no receipt. She told me she couldn't call her manager because she's not near her phone. All while rolling her eyes as I explained the REAL store policy and showed her the website states it. Then she changed her tune and said she personally isn't allowed to do it. Which is also a lie. Because the cashier called her over to do the transaction in the first place. This store needs new employees that isn't going to treat the customers horrible. Never shopping at that location again. Too much rude employees that's lying about policies of the store.

I review this place 3 years ago and I guess my review has change... this is the best place to get stereotype as soon as you get into the door rude workers and not professionally train in manners.. someone should get on that..

Horrible. This store opens late and closes early. So unprofessional. I'm outside the store now at 9:40 and they are already closed up as usual. I go at 8:10am and they are still closed. Their hours are 8 am till 10 pm. They don't care that they are wasting people's time by saying they are open when they are closed. They don't care how long you have to drive to get there. They just want to go home early and open late. Lazy, shameful and unprofessionally managed.

Haven't been in that store in a while. Only 1 cashier but pretty well stocked up. It was kind of hot in the store and a few customers were complaining since masks must be worn to enter. Baskets are not being cleaned unless you ask to be sprayed or do it yourself, even though there is an employee standing nearby.

It was pretty cool. Cashiers need to be more polite they supposed to greet Up overall best or was stopped in clean. Things were easy to find shopping experience was great besides the cashier

Poor customer service, messy store. A lady asked the cashier to cashier to call the manager the cashier ignored her. We waited in line for about 10-15 minutes there was one person ahead of me who was behind the lady at the cashier and a person behind me, they opened another cash register and took the lady behind me how does that work? Finally the cashier picked up the phone and called the manager and at that point the manager was in the restroom another lady came to attempt to help her. All the lady was asking for was a garbage bag or something to put her pillows and things in that she bought because she didn't want to try to carry them in a small paper bag in the snow.

Very sh!tty place, workers, especially the cashiers are worthless, useless.. Good luck on getting them to stop texting or checking facebook long enough to actually work.. And they do nothing but conversate the register, even as the customer stands there, about whats JUST been posted.. And that BS with the leave your bag with a total stranger is pathetic; seeing as they'll hurry up & tell you that they're not resposible for what they try to insist that you leave with them! They dont/wont secure it in any way.. So I guess its ok if your property is stolen so long as the store's junk isnt.. I'm glad I've only been in the store 3 times, the last was when they first started that nonsense with the purses & bags (spend my time & money elsewhere).. I know they're closing a bunch of Family Dollar's & I hope like hell that this location is on that list..

What in the world is the point of posting fake operating hours! The store has a clear and definitive sign that reads they close at 10pm but they will not allow patrons into the store at 9:45!

They sell jumbo index playing cards from Northvale International. Excellent staff and customer service. Perfect for waiting the 16 bus to Andrew or Forest Hills station.

No air conditioner....It was very hottt...Alot of the items didnt have prices...Shopping cart is small so your limited to the items you can purchase...Inventory was in every aile, dangerous, ppl can trip, kids can get into stuff they not suppose get theirs hands on..

Check out was quick. Store does have clothing section. Average food section, including frozen food. Plastic ware section is not well stocked. There is free off street parking.
