Love Dollar Tree but the definitely need to do better in some locations. I attempted to go in the store today and of course the doors are locked with all the lights on and they just was in a office waiting until closing time when there is still half hour to be open. More customers still trying to enter. Sad

Shelf are always empty for hair color especially black hair color they never have any and the store is very dirty as well as analgesic gel for mouth pain

More cashiers, the store was stocked if you want to go through boxes to find items. The store wasn't clean, no one to help you or ask a question, the cashier was more concerned about taking here break and or when she/he was leaving or scheduling days off. Poor customer service one or two cashiers can't run a store. Your cashiers are dealing with disgruntled customers. STEP IT UP MANAGEMENT!!

Long line & only 1 cashier...even tho there were 5 Dollar Tree workers walking around the store...they did not open another register. Maybe consider having self-serve registers....

Is a good store with great prices, but is too messy with items in and boxea in the middle of the aisle. This is a new location that being there not for a long time enough to be like an old store. Also, 3 registers cashier and just 2 or 1 person attending and the line are very long... During this pandemic ia not a good experience is hard to keep the social distance in a small store with everything in the middle.

First time even attempting to go to this store. I sent my cousin to pic up a few things for me. She said with walking in the store that it seem like she was going to find some good things. She was looking for one particular item because she found one but didn’t see any others. There were 2 male employees in the aisle. She turned to a heavy set man and said excuse me a few times. He didn’t answer because he had his air pod in his right ear. The side she was trying to get his attention on. She then noticed he went to turn around so she held the product up to get his attention. She said to him that she called him a few times. He went on to yell and say no she didn’t. Words went back and forth. He then stopped a another employee that was a female amd asked did she know where the item was. Poor girl looked confused. As all this is going on The employee had a box cutter in his hand an stepped towards her, so she asked him why was he moving towards her with a box cutter. He then replied I’m working. He got really mad and asked her to step outside and proceeded to follow her to her vehicle while calling another individual on the phone to come and fight her. As he stated on video. She did make it safely in the vehicle while he was still standing cursing her and telling her to go and suck her mother. Boston police was called and a report was filed. The employee didn’t know that the entire thing was being recorded by another customer. Don’t know if the guy was having a bad day but that is completely inexcusable. And I’m very sure the store it self has video because of the area it is located.

My first time in this location. While it's small, it had a little of a lot of things, nicely stocked. The staff was ok but one guy was a cut above the rest I don't know his name or his title but he was very personable with the customers and then quickly got on the speaker phone thanking us for shopping Dollar Tree. I was happy to get in and out of there because the want many customers in there. Definite plus. The only real downside, is the store was a mess. A lot of mess on the floor. I didn't look like items were being stocked just items on the floor, fallen thrown or knocked down...and no one walking the store to clean and keep things straightened up. I was taken by surprise but otherwise pleased with the stock.

This Dollar Tree needs New Management and lots of help. They are Oblivious to the Long lines with 1 Cashier and they need more Clerks in the aisles to keep an Eye on Consumers stealing small Items or move products Up front where it's visible to Cashiers on the book ends of the Aisles. Management has to constantly Roam and do Tours. Has Potential but needs better Security.

Lots of items. All priced at $1.25. Medium amount of parking. Sadly, almost no carts and you need them as you wander through the store grabbing items you can't resist for the price!

Got everything except my scotch tape that wasn't there. But the cashier was quite pleasant the talbot ave site needs more cashiers other than that pleasant experience and met a teacher there who was buying supplies for his students great teacher.

Very proffesional employees. Well organized products and prices hence the name. Other customers are bit irritable so go early to avoid these kind of people.Good variety and very convenient location as well. Just need to focus on restocking electronics more often. Other than that, its a great place to shop. Thx

2nd time visiting this location got there just before 8pm they're closed with a handwritten sign on the door stating they had to close at 7pm due to no staffing (normal closing time is 10pm!!) Really!? The parking lot though freshly paved and clearly marked spaces was filled with trash and debris as if a flea market occurred there that day. Went here only because of the conveniently close location but still had to drive to another one. I see multiple other reviewers from months back who commented about the premature closing times and apparently it's still a thing. I sure hope the appropriate folks at Dollar Tree are reading these reviews because this is disgraceful and definitely makes it look bad for the neighborhood! Fix it #dollartree

The staff here are ok. Sometimes it seems like they have limited staff, not sure if it's because of corona. I come here to get stationery for my son because they have a good selection of stuff we like.

All of your stores are really filthy.I don't understand why none of the dollar trees has no garden supplies..we have three around town maybe four...no seeds no nothing..the garden is where it's at right now.U really need to fix it up and hire a cleaner.. Columbus Ave is very disgusting 🤮

The new store manager is always working hard and accommodating the customers with hospitality. The store looks awesome.

Great new store Fantastic location and parking awesome selections and great inventory my only gripe would have to be the lines and wait time to pay they are always fully staffed but I would have to say poor management of delegating employees today as I waited to pay (18min) line was half way down the aisle I over heard the entire conversation from the supervisors office regarding the custody of her children and the lack of supervision from her children's father... none of which is anyone's business none the less the entire store heard... I asked another employee if there was anyone else that could help on registers she acted as if she would get someone but dissapeared it was very disappointing

This location is usually stocked on just about everything, especially arts and crafts, cleaning supplies, etc. The employees there are always very friendly and this is definitely a plus

There's way too many people in the store especially with the cold going on and there was no carts or baskets it was no way to shop cuz it was nothing to put anything in the Hulk

Just went to the dollar tree at 7:15pm and the doors were locked and they said they close at 7...online it says 8pm and we called other stores and the said they were not supposed to be closed now..

They don't have any of the shelves fully stocked, it's hard to find items and the workers dont seem to care much about their jobs.
