Extremely unprofessional staff always late opening the store in the a.m completely unacceptable the store will be full staffed and they just stand there and stare at you, when you complain it becomes a verbal altercations the district manager needs to followup with staff 8am is opening time not 8:03 8:15. As I write this I am in front of store heading to my career that I will be on time for but standing with a line of people that probaly have important needs as well and will be late because this store is late DAILY!!!UNACCEPTABLE

Dollar General formerly Family Dollars.Heart of sketchy Fields Corner, so you know what to expect. This place has everything you will need. From tolietries, food, decorations, toys, clothes, car accessories, phone accessories, food ware and more. One stop shop before a blizzard. Aisle usually needs to be cleaned. Due to customers. Some cashiers are friendly and social. Others are anti-social or express some attitude. Expect bag checks, and to hear about someones personal drama or schedule changes.

i wish I could give 0 stars, the worse cashiers that just want to charge you for anything. I had to come back because they didn’t give my discount (i had my coupon and said they did it before ending transaction, they didn’t) and charged me twice for items and when I came back didn’t put the items in my bag. The person didn’t even answer my questions when I came back and I just wanted to get help with my receipt. I was actually nice and was not raising my voice because I hate that with customers. I was basically ignored so I left. I’m never going to this store again and I’m a student because I felt so hurt from the lack of human interaction. I felt like a nuisance. This post was to get it off my chest because I was having a REALLY bad day and this made it so much worse instead of me just going to roam and spend a quick buck.

I love my everything for a dollar and there is a young sales associate (male Caucasian) he is a darling and so polite. These are the things that make customers return. Keep it up. Heading there today for my Christmas decorations. I am bit late so I hope I wi still get some good stuff.

The store employees are welcoming and friendly. They had an amazing sale 50% off home decor. If you love boxes Marie Kondo method inspired its worth the trip. The lines sometimes get long but they make sure to open when it is noticed.

(edited response) i had a 4 star here because 3 years ago when this place first opened and replaced dollar tree it was amazing, but now it’s a run down establishment. people manage to steal, very undervalued and understaffed. ain no way i’m coming back. r/storereviews 💀

I love Dollar General but this location never have everything I need as far as hygiene and cosmetics is concerned. Small business owners need to stop buying up all the lotion, all the soap, all the toothpaste, all the good hair products! Dollar General should implement a limit on certain purchases!! That way, there would be products for everyone.

This store ran my debit card 4 times. Along with the dollar general in Chelsea Mass(5 times). Totaling $2,500! I live in Michigan. Credit card fraud

The staff is horrible. Rude unfriendly. Checkout takes forever. There isn't a huge selection of things the I like to purchase at this location. I had got toys for a kids birthday and some Christmas presents one year but I don't like going to this store. There are nicer dollar stores closer.

More help is needed. Shelves are unorganized and marked incorrect prices. Lines are long. Carriages are rare to come by and hardly work. Customer service, however, is wonderful during the evening shift.

The fact that this store came along to replace Family Dollar. In the beginning the store was okay. They had a little more to offer as far as supplies go. Today 9/12/18 was horrible. There were a about 20 people in line and the cashier had to call someone from the back to help out in the front. I don't know were the HELL the support is from the manager of this store but you all (management) remind me of this job that I use to work for no support and then for it to be in Dorchester shows how much you really care about the community.

The store is okay, but the costumer service need some work... I just left there and a coworker was 🤬(it was like they didn't want to be there 🙃)... When I got to the register, I had 2P pigamas they said I shouldn't say that was 2P( they word is nothing to argue about). No name at the receipt.

The store is Disgustingly filthy! They need to hire someone solely for Janitor work ( mopping/cleaning ). Certain sections of the store such as: toys & clothing need to be better organized. P.s...I believe cashiers should be assigned to just that and floor walkers/ stocking should do just that. To take employees away from their assigned area to do the next interfer with the original job being completed. If enough people were hired for certain positions then switch-off's would nnot be necessary.

I've been to many dollar stores before but this is probably the best one in the Boston area. So many items in stock and the store is HUGE. Theres a good chance you will find what your looking for at this place. Employees were courteous and helpful too.

I love going to get my cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.... but when I tell you they need help they need help lines is always long and the cashiers they have take their time scanning your items and the shelves be out of place they need a better routine

First time there, the flyer advertised 3 of 6 packs of coco cola for $10, with $2 digital coupon, new total would be $8. I grabbed 3 - 6 packs of coco cola, the total came out to be $12 with tax, I showed the cashier the flyer, as well as the digital coupon on my phone, however he asked me to pay $11 as the discounted price. And I asked what happened to the flyer price of $8? He said he could not do anything to the price. I wouldn’t recommend to this place to anyone.

In this time where I know things are short I feel it's terrible when Dollar General hordes the stuff that they want to put out and tells a customer you can't have it come back tomorrow and then when you come back tomorrow when they open their still no product on there and they tell you to come back another day I think this is terrible business and I love this store but really this is how you treat loyal customers.

This place is still a pig sty. It's the same as the family dollar was with a new name. Many products in the wrong place and/or with no price tags and dirty as hell. It is always either understaffed or has employees ignoring the LONG lines at the registers.

Customer service is "HORRIBLE!!!!!!" to say the least!!! Not enough cashiers--cashiers are ALWAYS talking to one another while checking out customers!!--employees are not customer friendly at all!!--prices are right, so that is the ONLY reason I go to the store

I quit last night, that place is horrible unorganized my co - workers didn't care the register broke down and it went to cash only lol. I think they should close this place down.
