I'd like to compliment the pharmacists at this branch, particularly RPN Ngoc Ngo (I hope I got her name right). The generic version of the medication I require has been unavailable for quite some time, therefore I requested a brand name. She was thoughtful enough to inform me that it would cost much more. I didn't have insurance yet, so my only alternative was to pay out of pocket. Her facial expression indicated concern, so she said she'd check for a voucher. I ended up spending $42.70 rather than $160+. This is a huge help to folks like me who are new to America and don't have insurance yet. Thank you for caring and making my experience at CVS Pharmacy pleasant, RPN Ngoc Ngo!

The Pharmacy has been nothing but great. I was having an issue with my new insurance and had been going back and forth between the pharmacy and my insurance which is MH/Wellsense. The pharmacist then says “don’t worry, I will call your insurance”. I have NEVER had this done for me in the city. She called me back after speaking with them and said my meds would be ready in a 30 mins. She didn’t not once sound irritated or like I was being a PITA. Great Customer Service.

CVS pharmacy is bad customer service begging you can stand wait someone can help you to get Rx. They will come take other person (when you are in the line) If I don’t tell the girl that I’m pick up my medicine. She will walk to other customer see that person is already in línea. Very upset end that they will answer la phone say please hold for long time.😡😡😡

Dear @cvspharmacy. Glad you opened a store located on 451 Washngton Street in #Dorchester #MA, but it would awesome if you hired enough people & security to run the place so regular customers aren't treated like criminals just because other people steal from it. #Justsaying
