Pharmacy staff is the worst, long story short, The lead pharmacist there filled a 90 day supply prescription and gave me it in a 30 day supply retail bottle(I was supposed to receive three. Only received one bottle but paid for the full 90 day supply!) When I realized this 2 weeks later I went back and asked the pharmacist to do a prescription audit. (And mind you I showed The pharmacist definitive proof that they made a mistake and they never fessed up to it )They just responded that they gave me the three bottles which they did not The head pharmacist did not really do an audit and left me hanging with the responsibility of refilling a prescription that I should have gotten completely filled! Do not get your prescriptions at this location you will regret it in one way or another

Both Google and the sign outside the door say it opens at 8am, but when I got here at 8:20am, the doors were locked and there wasn’t an employee in sight. I came here to grab a couple of snacks before jury duty, but that was a mistake. I can see why this place has such terrible reviews — and that’s if you can even get inside at all.

Just shut down already! Everything is locked up and they don’t have enough staff to open cabinets when paying customers need items.

Ridiculous.. If you can't keep up with the demand..throw in the damn towel. 40 minutes on hold and then to be hung up on.. lacks professionalism. I would say do better but You won't 🤦🏾‍♀️

Worst pharmacy management I've ever seen! Would give 0 starts. My daughters doctor called to make sure they had my daughters medicine in stock, the pharmacy staff said they did and that they just got a shipment of the medication . They told the doctor that they were going to prepare the medication the date of (@ 5pm) . I went in at 6pm to pick it up, they made me wait 5 minutes to then tell me that they gave the last dose to another kid! So they gave my daughters medicine to another kid. How is this legal!

If I could give a zero I would. Literally have you on hold for an hour until the hang up on you and then you can hear them laughing in the background which is absurd

This CVS was clean and organized, they have a great drink selection and often have biofreez which is great for recovering muscles.

By far one of the worst CVS in the state. Limited options and the staff is a bunch of kids who lack any type of customer service and always on their phones including security. It's really a shame that they turned a church into a horrible cvs branch

I now regularly go to Target down the street just to avoid this place. Maureen is the worst customer service representative I have ever seen continue employment. I watched her berate a customer simply to avoid responsibility for a mistake. As long as she works there, I won't be shopping there.

Their pharmacy staff is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. Extremely unhelpful and I won’t be back. There was an Asian woman and a Hispanic woman and neither of them could tell me any information on why I called ahead of time to make sure my prescriptions were ready and when I got there they had no knowledge of any prescriptions being ready. There were 8 and they only had 1 there. The Hispanic woman didn’t even know the name of the prescription so I’m not sure why they have her working there without any pharmacy training or knowledge. She also had an attitude. Terrible customer service. Every single time I go to this pharmacy there has been an issue.

This CVS is closest to my home being less than a minute walk from my door. So far the staff there is great and the Pharmacist is awesome. My issue is with it not having enough people to staff it that they have lock the front doors to prevent stealing.It would be a good idea to get a security guard (one that will pay attention). I want this place to prosper because I love the convenience of it being here.

Today I went to this branch, which just opened less than a year. I went to purchase an item that was locked. I asked the clerk and spoke with the manager about getting the item out of the cabinet, they both informed me that they did not have the key and the other staff took the key home the day before. I could not purchase the item. They told me to come back later in the evening. Very, very unprofessional and a big disappointment in this new location.This would never happen in the other branches on Gallivan Boulevard or Lower Mills. I've decided I will make my purchases elsewhere, even though the Washington Street branch is closer to me.

Associates not wearing name tags. Preparing to close 1 hoir before posted closing time. BOGO items did not have signage. Tons of stuff is locked up. Woman I assume is the manager (no CVS ID of shirt) went to get key then got distracted. Had to go find and remind her. Bye

Today makes the third time I have come. To this CVS and the store was closed at least an hour before the posted time. The one time I was able to go into the store the staff was very rude and not willing to answer any questions for myself or another customer I was I was line behind.

I just walk in this store had bought everything I need cashiers was great but my $3 ecb did not print they called the manager and she treat me like if was robbing the place people like that should not be store managers I can’t imagine if she treat me like that how she treat her employee I will never go back to that store.
