This store closes when it wants to, signs show they close at 12am. I work 5 minutes away. I was off work at 11 needs a few things and arrived at Walgreens at 11:15 pm. I called the store and the woman said they closed at 11, only for tonight but this is the second time in about 2 weeks.

My sister called to fill out a medication that was prescribed by a Urgent Care Dr. on October 17 of this year. It has been two days that she requested this urgent medication and she told that they were going to deliver it to her address. By this time she haven’t received anything from the pharmacy. This is an antibiotic and inhaler she needed urgent. She couldn’t get to the pharmacy because she’s very sick and she had not taken her medication.

Managers need better training on how to process a coupon that’s in a check form. Every single time I go there’s an issue with the Similac coupon check. The cashier can’t figure it out it’s understandable as most of them tell me that they are new. But managers should know how to process them. Some can figure it out but some can’t.

Today I stopped at this particular Walgreen's to patronize their establishment. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare, to say the least. I was experiencing a problem with a customer service rep at the counter, so I asked for the manger TYLER to assist me.. When he actually did, it didn't help anything, it just made the problem worse.. I left the store feeling like I was a victim of discrimination, which I've never had that experience at Walgreen's before.. I will never return to this particular location again!!

Beware the CVS allows people to use stolen credit cards without ID my card was stolen and when I went to try to verify the purchase at their store, they pretended like they couldn’t see old purchases and they couldn’t review the cameras. Two young Hispanic boys, are the managers of this establishment and allow fraudulent transactions to go through. You have been warned.

Going to the pharmacy is always a great experience, no matter who is at the registers they offer great customer service specially Daniela,Eva, Andrea,Tyler,Tam, Cody, they are very fast and efficient and they make us feel important by giving us individual attention making sure all our medications needs are met!! I greatly appreciated everything they do to make our lives easier when we need it the most!!

Pharmacist regarding a script transfer (that was already done online and over the phone with another pharmacist 2 days prior) - and I quote "Oh *sigh* I Could call them today, I have time to (what, seriously?! So do it!!) but I'll call them tomorrow cause I'm working then", even after I stated I didn't have a car and paid to take a Lyft over. I had to give him the number and he even said yeah We get calls from Them all the time, not the other way around.. shoulda just kept it at CVS!!! Dude, ya wanna pay for my rides back and forth tomorrow then?! I'm a very nice person, but COME ON man!!

All pharmacy personal are very kind specially Daniela, I love when she helps me, because She does her best to solve all our medicine problems, and I admired that She remembers my information and I have noticed that some customers rather wait to be help by her because She is always sweet and kind.

Staff need to be more attentive to their phones understandable that the pharmacy can get real busy but no need to be disrespectful to someone that has been in that same position as you. Some pharmacy staff are pleasant and some have no sense of morales. I work for a doctor's office and was asking the technician to help me she placed me on hold 3 times for like 5 minutes. I asked her what was going on and why I had to wait for 15 minutes her response there's people ahead of you. Then she should have told me that in the first time she answered the phone. I feel the young lady should not answer the phones if she has no clue how to be pleasant. Hope one rotten apple doesn't ruin the bunch.

I ordered online a picture since November I am calling all the time to pick it up , people hung up the phone My picture is missing and already paid it online. Customer Service gave me a different order no. I do not recommend this place.

went thru drive-thru 2x within a month; both times 2 p/u prescription; reminding ppl 2b sure u kno what u pay 4 ur meds; if there's an increase have them chk ur insurance; the associate asked for a payment 6x more than previous payments; when she went to the back & returned, she had the proper information. The 2nd incident involved an associate handing me my meds, change, receipt; very nice person & left the window; in my car; looked at my stapled bag, but, what's missing? if I could give this pharmacy one star less than none I would... The pharmacist ignorant they were talking about my prescription very loudly behind the desk with a packed waiting area they decide whether they feel like filling your prescription or not or and or when they feel like doing it I watched as people come in after me drop off prescriptions and pick them up before I left. every Walgreens I've been to has been worse than the next but this one is taking the top of the cakehorrible don't go if you're dying

Went to pick up my prescription around 3pm (i ordered the prescription via walgreens app at 9am) and it was still not ready. Asian guy told me he'd have it ready in an hour and i have yet to get an email notification that it's ready. SMH. The pharmacy dept. is like a revolving door. Everytime i go they have new technicians in there. Def. switching pharmacies. The wait time is ridiculous. Not the first time i'd have to wait hours for a prescription...
