I don't understand why the employees have so much inventory out on the floor, in boxes stacked on top of one another, blocking aisles and making the environment a safety hazard. It's ridiculous and it's making me not want to shop there anymore. The funny thing about it is there's tons and tons of merchandise in boxes and blocking the aisles, but the shelves still remain empty. Most of the time there's only one person working anyway. Why put out so many boxes in the aisles, when there's not enough employees to stock the shelves? Keep the extra inventory in the back until you're ready to stock it on the shelves. Stop blocking the aisles making it difficult to walk through. It's gotten ridiculous. It's to the point that I'm willing to go to another store.

Horrible. Bedbug Pesticide leaking all over the aisle-brought it to the managers attention who just moved it toward the back made no attempt to clean it-they sell food there and dude didn't even wash his hands! Prices are mismarked and if you bring it up they tell and ridicule you. Nothing is where it should be and the handicap entrance doesn't work. Staff ignores you,out of date meat,milk, and eggs,the store is filthy if not toxic (see above). The place looks like someone went to Costco,bought a bunch of stuff,upmarked it 20 to 50% and sold it out of their basement. I've been to more than one Family Dollar and know what to expect but this place is the dirtiest,most poisonous,and rudest place I've ever been to. Because they know there is no other discount store in the area. Total contempt for the neighborhood. And we can't do anything but try not to go there but sooner or later you'll have to. And that staff makes sure you don't forget it.Any reviews over 2 stars are by staff,Corporate,or people who are scared they'll leave because we all NEED to go there sooner or later.

HORRIBLE. I went in last week with my elderly mother, whom walks with a walker. The lift was blocked off both downstairs, and up, with no staff in ear shot, making it impossible for her to get into the store without my help (which is my duty when I'm with her, but what if she were alone?!). The store was a DISASTER. Nothing was where it belonged, things were in the wrong spot on the shelf, there were Uboats blocking the back aisles... I could go on and on, but you get the point. And the staff on floor? Oh.my.goodness. SO rude. The guy refused to move the Uboat over for us to continue shopping. The only good thing I can say is the girl at the register was so sweet and patient with my mom.

The worst Family Dollar I've ever been to...... there are U-boats full of products all over the place in the staff are extremely rude aside from the lady running the cash register she was friendly and kind! But the other lady that works there left the carriage in the middle of the aisle rolled her eyes walked by me as she seen me coming I then said "excuse me" so me and my child can get by and she rolled her eyes again and told me to hold on..... where's your customer service? Nothing's where it should be.... walking in that store is almost like walking into an episode of Hoarders buried alive only go there when I need to.... smh!

According to reviewers and their comments..... they are true. I did enter the store and saw it myself. Very messy shelves, rude staffs, lazy jobs, uboats and carts blocking my way. Plus STINKY RATS live under the shelves.

Good deals and a good variety of products. Just watch expiration dates on all foods. There are alot of expired foods.
