I liked coming here, the place was clean and well organized. At the time they didn't seem very short staffed, which is good because I know that can be a big problem with dollar stores.What I want to highlight is that this place has RC Cola, which is very hard to find around here. If you haven't had it before I recommend giving it a try for yourself.

Place is full of rude workers , with a girl in the front with a wig on as a cashier that looks like she HATES her job not even sure why she even works at a retail store where they interact with customers. She knows NOTHING about customer service. She literally rolls her eyes when a customer tries to talk to her literally watched her ignore a customer saying “excuse me” and she was sitting next to where the bags go looking at another one of her coworkers cashing out someone else. Literally staring at a LONG line without caring to open up. This was the same female that was rude to me when I asked for the bathroom because my 5 year old had to go she said “NO” I said “excuse me? Then a BALD dark skinned guy says I’m the only one that can say “yes” but you can’t be rude…” funny part was that I was never rude I had asked the girl if she worked there when she was near the door and she said “yes” I continued by saying “May I use your restroom” she had rolled her eyes with a no and that’s exactly when I said “excuse me” the guy that I also had an interaction with that said he was a “store manager” quickly went to hide when I told him let’s see what corporate thinks about how you manage it here. After I came out and tried looking for him COWARD was not able to be found these people are all people that DON’T know how to do their job right or even give good customer service and just expect to be “respected” and get paid.Come here if you want to look for clowns.TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I went there the other day. And I haven't even walked half way in the store and the manager came at me saying I need a cart cause I have my kids in a wagon but I had a basket.he said I couldn't use my wagon cause people steal..so I'm pregnant.i didn't want any issues so I put back w.e I had and put the basket back and headed back out and I'll take my money somewhere else that's not rude.....and next thing I know 4 people came at me holding my stroller .kids screaming and one other guy came around the corner saying check her bag cause she's white ..... I called corporate....I am never coming back there . My father refuses to go in there cause all they do is follow him cause his also white...they need to do something about that management

The guy with braces and glasses is very rude. Gets mad when I tried using coupons. Clearly doesn’t care about anything, he also never gave me a receipt! As soon as the transaction was finished he yelled out “Next” and couldn’t ask for my receipt. I felt very uncomfortable after and I would love to shop here because they have great prices but definitely not when he is around. Also after combing through these reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way. Dollar General you need to make some changes to this location if you want people to have a great experience at this store and all other stores.

Lately has been long line. I asked if there was another cashier and the manager told us it is fine if you dont want to wait come another time. Plus when you go there you never find anything its ran out. This type manager actitud need to change.

One register open line is getting ridiculous. The manager is in the building they should be out here helping ring out customers! At least to get the line out! I love this place clean, organized beautiful! But, why not help your fellow employee… I am a store manager and this is totally unacceptable!

I love the store it's clean and well lite. What really annoys me is every time I do a mobile order there is a problem. The app tells me that something is in stock and then I go to the store and they tell me they didn't have it. I will put an order in early in the morning and by night time when I go to pick it up after work literally standing in the store to pick up it gets "canceled". It's annoying for streeting and just not convenient.

I always shop here and never had a problem finding what I need and getting help from some of the employees. There is one employee that is always willing to go out his way to help us customers find items and I want to say thank you to Jose he goes above and beyond to help you. The only negative thing is one of the managers was treating employees and two customer in a very rude manner. I have never seen him there before but he needs to get some customer service classes. Thank you once again Jose keep up the good work.

I wish i could give -stars to this place! That cashier Jerry the heavy colored guy is sooooooo rude and disrespectful! If he hates his job just dont work there. Gives me attitude because i use coupons! Like i dont even save that much i only save like 5 bucks and he just gets mad for everything like dude the company you work for provides those coupons! And me i stay quiet so i don't act like a karen😮‍💨🤦‍♀️ i hate it when he is at the register!

Great place ......but not enough space or cashiers for that matter. The cashier doesn't speak or understand English, how are we suppose to communicate for the customers needs . I'll shop elsewhere for dollar general and hopefully I can communicate a customers needs elsewhere. I really like the store just not it's location. It's frustrating when the cashier looks dumbfounded and shrugs her shoulders I dunno she says. So ,I say 👋

This message go out to the owner or the person that runs the store during the day listen I was looking for a item and i see a guy that is in charge with glasses little dark skin and he talk to me so rude it say that's what you see here is that what we have in a bad tone of voice it happen twice already second time when I came in I didn't see the sign of renovation and I came in and he saw me and he talk to me bad there where of bunch of construction guys there so ashamed next time i will take is name and reported to corporate the bid office is not like the guy name jose that always have passion to help customer and always have the store clean and the floor shining this person in charge needs training honest to God if this keep happening I will leave another comment thank you.

Don’t even bother coming here! Place is VERY DIRTY and DISORGANIZED!!! The “manager” Francis DOES NOT help customers and is VERY RUDE!!!! they had a product out back and none on the shelves… so he told me to come back the next day in the morning… so I drove all the way there( 25 min drive each way with no traffic) which their was traffic JUST to be told he can’t go out back and get product for AFTER telling me to come back the next day which I did! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Great store with lots of different things. They have food, paper products, good car products, health and beauty, clothes, frozen food and dairy too. I shop here often. It's a great place to buy almost anything you need. Only problem with this store is the cashiers and manager... It always seems like there is a line and some of them are sort of rude. But in order to get great deals I deal with it. It's not all the time, just occasionally.

I love this location 95% of the time. Good selection on a wide variety of items. Only problem I have is that they rarely have more than 1 person working so if you catch the line at the wrong moment, good luck!

The store is mostly clean, but I would say the attitude of the male employees is really unprofessional, I’ve seen the hiring sign up for months now and know a few people including myself have applied various times and never received a call back and when I went inside to ask about the hiring process I was questioned by a cashier on why I would even want to work at this DG, so I’m not understanding why question someone who is looking for an income and the company is supposably hiring and very short staff, please make it make sense.

I visit this store probably at least once a day. The staff is always friendly even if they are having a bad day. It could be that the work environment, although hectic, is fun as well or it could be that their staff is fun period making the hectic day tolerable. The reason that I gave only 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff themselves but with the store.The store is always very messy and disorganized. The items are never fully stocked or even remotely close so I end up having to visit Dollar General next to them to complete my shopping. My preferred store would be the Malden, Ma store on Highland Ave. I worked there for the Snack Aisle project and although the stores staff is not as friendly the stores stock seemed to be on point. As the store may still be unorganized when I go to this store I do not have to make anymore stops!Warm Regards

They have a good selection at a very fair price. I shop Dollar General before I shop another one. I save lots of money shopping at DG. The workers there where I shop are always very friendly. I feel good when I leave the store. To me it's a very nice store and overall a good company.

A generous selection of low priced items, from frozen foods, snacks to even cold medicine and clothing. Some of the products are more expensive than even stop and shop, but other items are priced relatively good. Newer and better name brands products are available here, most at lower prices, there is even a huge aisle dedicated to dollar and clearance items. Dollar Tree is definitely a less expensive experience, but Dollar General has alot more name brand items, rather than dollar trees generic trial sized selection.

I go to this store Everyday on my way home from work. The employee's are very helpful and friendly the manager Renee is so nice you can see her employee's respect her because she respects them the store manager is really nice too I think his name is Regie is really nice too he was making me laugh I ended up staying and buying more stuff I just absolutely love this store its clean and great employee's

Just walked in today for the first time to see how different is was from the failed "Family Dollar" it replaced. Seems a little nicer for now, but they really need to modernize the front and add automated doors so it doesn't feel so sketchy walking in. Look at the CVS for inspiration or lose business to them! I saw random things on the floor and I know people can be ignorant making a mess but you MUST keep it looking clean and neat or you will fail as well. Good Luck.

Big Nono today at this store ! This was my list for today 2 case of water case of 12 pack of soda baby wipes and bread , some of this items don’t fit in the 12” hand basket right? Well i try finding a shopping cart and there is nothing ,asked the cashier , do you have any shopping cart , she responded ( no ) so I said okay let’s do this with no shopping cart ,the the cashier shows up with what? A shopping cart , then I asked her / isn’t that a shopping cart she responded yes this one is for the store only the other ones are gone??? Gone where are the shopping carts on brake? Dropped the 12” basket on the floor and went to stop & sho - five stars for not helping your customers dollar general!! Have just a little pride!!!
