I wanted to pick up a window insulation kit. I checked the Walmart app and it showed its availability in Chelmsford center. I had to drive for 25min and then notice that the product is out of stock. I was very frustrated. Ended up placing an order on Amazon and got it shipped the very next day. No doubt Walmart is good, but they have to make sure the app reflects the correct inventory count.

Place is a joke as most Wal-Mart's are but this one is especially bad. Just gross, dirty, unorganized and don't even think about getting through the check out line within an hour. They, like most Wal-Marts need to open more registers amd try to hire some people with some kind of intelligence. I don't know if they need to pay more to attract better employees but they need to do something.

Okay I am a good costumer in this Walmart for while seen i come living in United state. usually I always give 5 star but today I don’t want to give even one star but okay I give 2 star for other so many times I saw employees at costumer service treating costumer doesn’t nice. She is India lady. She old and ugly as her face. Lazy working supper slow. When costumers ask questions she acts doesn’t want to open her mouth.. Be enough every time I get to she her, I feel can’t breathe or asking any questions. I don’t know why they are hiding person like that or longer work and get more experienced that how she acts. Many people that talk about India employees at the costumer service. Okay ! I decided to leave some content or complain because last week I went to shopped in this Walmart for my daughter but it doesn’t fit on her so I returned and I said I want cash, she doesn’t say anything after she gives me a card with receipt , I said I want a cash why you give me a card because the card I only can get in the store. I need to get something out here with cash. She said I don’t speak clearly. How clear she wants when I said I want to take cash. Because she never pay any attention to the costumers. I said so I don’t want to return if I can’t get a cash back. She said I ready return and purchase it to the card. She should let me know if I can’t get a cash and card only so I can decide to return or not return. She doesn’t care I am happy or not With her work and still talking F with her partner. Okay like one before me talking to her she haven’t care. I see that costumer is little slow but she is costumer here so you have to treat anyway. Feel stop want to shop in Walmart and cancel Walmart credit card. This Walmart is not the best market in the state for me if they are hiring employees like that.

This store is a dead zone for cell phones unless ur using there wi-fi it's a nice affordable at times also they get fresh for shipments every week usually Wednesday or Thursday...also apparently they have blackouts alot from what I heard not too sure on that!!! And also if u are going to ATR for help they take u clothes and phone shopping!!! It's called access to recovery tell anyone u kno that needs this kinda help!!! That is of ur in recovery or a program...even homeless I believe...

It was difficult to find what we were looking for mostly due to the fact that the employees working there when we asked for help to find an item told us that they don't speak English and couldn't help us. Checkout was speedy though.

Today 12/28/23 at 7:40 am, I buy ATV silicon which acquires associate to check ID. I wait a associate who is in front of me conversation with her friend about their personal. It seem like she doesn't get enough pay to do her job. Recommend anyone is short time frame, please don't go over there.

Horrible store, waited 20 minutes in electronics for an associate, paged several times, not a single associate to be found until team lead Pam from hba walked up and helped me get what I needed...thank you Pam friendly as always...then get to self check out cards only, no cash, had to void my purchase and be rung in...piss poor customer service from entrance to exit...Chelmsford walmart is garbage

See an ad online for something that’s in stock. Goto the store and it’s $50 more. They don’t match their own online prices. Clerk in electronics says “you can buy it online and pick it up in an hour”. I reply with “but it says after 11am tomorrow”….she tells me that’s doesn’t matter and I’ll be ready in an hour. On the way out of the store I ask the same questions to the person at the order pickup desk…same response. It’ll be ready in an hour. I come back in an hour… same person tells me to come back tomorrow and they will not pick my order. I offer to go to the shelf and get it for them.. nope, sorry, can’t do it. Go home(again) and come back tomorrow.

Today 4/19/24 went to Walmart as soon as I went to check out I put all my items on top of counter,the cashier was aware and saw me after I place I last item she said she was closed,very rude and inconsiderate I will not be shopping here anymore

This is a regular walmart with very limited food options. Workers here were not helpful and seemed really bothered if you asked where things were. Prices didn't match what was labeled on shelf when we were at the register. Will look for another walmart to visit instead of this location. The only plus side was the place smells amazing near where the subway was located.

Items priced incorrectly - one price on item; different (higher) price at checkout. Happens often enough that it makes one wonder. One register open.Life-sucking experience. Cheap though so I go when I must.

I've only ever had positive experiences at this Wal-Mart in the many years I've been a regular customer. Always clean, friendly employees, and the customer service desk staff is very knowledgeable. They once helped walk me through paying my rent online, which was a massive struggle to figure out before their help.

This review is specifically about the lady at the customer service counter. According to her name tag, her name appears to be Shubhra Singh. She is consistently rude to customers and unwilling to help. Unfortunately, I had to deal with her on two occasions: once to send money to my mom internationally through Western Union and another time to return a few items. She was loudly scolding the customer in front of me. I was almost scared to approach her as she looked so mean and grumpy. She was indeed very unfriendly when I informed her that I wanted to send money through Western Union. She seemed uninterested in helping and spent her time gossiping with her colleague right in front of me. Whenever I see this lady at Walmart, she appears miserable and seems to want to make other people's lives miserable as well. I don't understand what upsets her every day. She always has a rude and mean attitude on her face that drives customers away. She either needs to be replaced, or she should at least make an effort to seem more caring about her job.Since I live in Chelmsford, this Walmart is my go-to. I give this Walmart two stars because it's decent (much smaller compared to other Walmarts) but I would give zero stars to that lady at customer service.

Not a single floor staff know which product is where ! They don't know anything about in-store items. Manager must have to train them about products before putting them on floor. Worst experience always....

Very unclean store and rude employees. The older Indian woman at the customer service desk was quite rude to me trying to return a clearly defective product claiming that I didn't know how to use it properly. Lol it was a shoe insole.The bathroom has poop smeared on the walls next to the toilet.
