If there was a zero-star option, I would more than happily choose it. I am beyond disappointed with my past experience's and upon transferring to a new pharmacy, I can firmly say that this pharmacy has no concern for the life of people but only their own pockets lives who ever is running this place need's to hand over power or something because this is just outright sad. My mother was told she couldn’t receive medication and then told she would need to wait for an antibiotic? I mean, what unprofessional behavior is this!?

Spoke with the pharmacist. She took the time to help me with a medication I needed. After calling around feeling defeated, she said let me check. Can't promise, but we might get it in soon. Got it in less than 24 hours. I use the big chain pharmacies, never had this experience. Thank you.

They refused to fill my prescription for my dying dog. They were fully capable of compounding it but refused as it was a dog. For that reason, one star.In response to my prescription being "out of date", that not me. My prescription is legal & current- this just goes to show you turn away multiple people with animal prescriptions. The pharmacy tech specifically said you do NOT fill meds for animals.

Although we got off to a bad start as below. The owner promptly made good on the situation and the pharmacy staff were super helpful and friendly when I did get the prescription. Now I am happy!Off to a bad start as a new customer. I was told my first prescription would be ready after 12:00, I drove 30 minutes to pick it up a 2pm and was told it would not be ready until 3:15pm. I am a busy Guy and was not going to wait over an hour, drove 30 minutes back to my office. Then, I had to drive 30 minutes the next day to pick it up. That's an hour of my valuable time lost. Not happy!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy and communication!!! Called 3x to confirm they could fill a RX and then when they received the script from the Dr. they called back to say they couldn’t fill it. They have no idea what they are doing there… avoid at all costs!!!

This pharmacy was recommended to me by a friend and so, as I am dissatisfied with my present pharmacy, I decided to call Remedium to check them out.Unfortunately, however, they did not make a very good first impression. I was connected to a pharmacist named Amy, who (to put it mildly) was really lacking in people skills. I found it very difficult to get my questions answered and I also found her abrupt and abrasive demeanor to be a real turn-off. This type of attitude does not make a potentially new customer feel very welcome. I think I am going to have to continue my search for a new pharmacy.

Transferred my husband's medications here from CVS. They mix it on location. No hassles. Delivery free. They said they would be to the house by 5. They showed at 3pm. They did the paperwork. Very easy to deal with. Located in Vinal Square. North Chelmsford

My one experience here was excellent. I needed a special lotion refilled, but had recently changed health insurance and not for the better. The new insurance would not cover it and would cost $154 out of pocket. They mixed it up for me and wrote it up as a sample and gave me some for free. I'm grateful there are still small businesses out there that are still personable.

I spent two days going back and fourth with multiple pharmacy’s and finally I tried Remedium and they got me all my prescriptions and they helped me And put me on a payment plan to be able to get the medications I needed for my children.. the staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond to help and make sure you get everything you need.. they even called Drs for me... the most amazing experience I had with one worker Cecilie she helped me so much and I really appreciate her customer service she went above and beyond to make sure my child had his meds and she made sure I would get it in time so he has meds in school! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.. it’s one of the most amazing pharmacy’s I’ve ever dealt with! If there were 10 stars they would get it because the customer service was above and beyond than any other place I’ve been!

I have never been treated the way this place, these people, (A spanish lady that works there along with the Indian manager) treated me. SO rude and the lady telling me how and when MY 6 MONTH OLD should sleep. I mean clearly she has no vhildren but a 6 month old sleeps alot, telling me, "it's noon your kid shouldn't be sleeping right now." 🙄 Which all this has nothing to do with her alarm being set off from everyone 10 mins to a half hr (no exaggerating)I will never go there, never even stepped inside and will never go here! This employee, (not handicapped what so ever) she parks in the front of this pharmacy ALL DAY while at work at this place, it's only suppose to be only an hr parking & her alarm goes off ALL DAY LONG! (VERY sensitive alarm) I live across the st. My windows face the pharmacy & the building it's in. I have a 6 month old whos SICK and almost never sleeps (at the moment). Everytime I FINALLY get him to sleep, her alarm wakes him.😵😤 I've asked nicely 3 times to park IN the parking lot on the side of this small building instead of on the street because every truck car & motorcycle that goes by makes her alarm goes on (I honestly can't believe nobody has said anything or done anything) & she's just being so inconsiderate of others in this area too. The Indian owner there also treated me like trash. If I could I'd give this place NO stars.**UPDATE: Not sure if she quit, got fired or is finally parking in the parking lot!!! This issue got fixed just a couple days after this all happened. But the way they treated me about it won't be forgotten. I'll never spend $.50 there. Just happy my baby can sleep now!!!

Love this local pharmacy! Beats a big chain like CVS/Walgreens every day of the week. They are friendly, fast, no big difference in Rx costs, offer delivery. And, they are a compound pharmacy! Always choose local.
