definitely get your dog groomed here if you want them to smell like axe body spray, want to have to wash them yourself twice to get the smell off, and also want them to have razor burns on their entire body :) obviously got a refund (bare minimum) but save your dogs from the trauma and go to a groomer that cares about animals.

Hard to find what I was looking for which was milk replacement for a rehab animal. Staff was not around and store didn't seem to carry as much variety as I remember a few years back.

Convenient yes. We had a bad experience getting the dogs nails done. Even after explaining not to cut them too short... they did. My poor doggies toes... she is terrified just pulling in the parking lot...

Belle absolutely loves her groomer Natalie!!! We were notified when she was ready. I was notified while she was there that she was getting fresh water, and she was doing well. when I picked her up she looked so cute with her red bows!!! Belle highly recommends Natalie!! you can tell she loves animals and her job !!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

I had my dog going to camp for a few days to get some energy out. Usually she is happy to go to camp but lately she has been reluctant and combative when getting into the car at first I didn’t think much about it but now I’m sorry I didn’t recognize and acknowledge my dogs “cry for help behavior” sooner.After one day (out of 5) stay in boarding I was notified my dog was displaying “aggressive” behavior.I was being told she was “growling” and “lunging” at other animals in camp and was acting aggressively and nervous.Which is not like her at all.Not only does she see strange animals often in public dog parks she also shares a home with three cats and a toddler. She had never been aggressive with them never growled never lunged not even during play activities when one would expect an animal to growl or lunge or even bark.I have never been so concerned about the safety and the overall treatment of my animal in my life. I did not have my animal stay in their boarding for the entirety of the stay and arranged to have her picked up early.I feel as though if my dog is acting this way she is afraid it makes me wonder what the staff are doing/allowing behind closed doors, how she is being treated, how she is being interacted with and it makes me sad because she is a very sweet loving animal. I sat up all night worried about leaving her in there even a second longer until I could get someone to pick her up.Even this review I waited to post out of concern she would be targeted as a result.Needless to say I won’t be bringing my dog there anymore - trust is a huge factor when dropping your pet off and entrusting an establishment to care for them something just isn’t right about this location animals don’t just behave uncharacteristically, fearfully, and aggressively for no reason all of a sudden.I was also reassured that the dogs are separated by size which is not true at all as they carelessly post photos of doggy day camp on their social media showing large and small dogs together.Bring your animal literally anywhere else because this place lacks the skill, compassion and experience in dealing with animals-your pet is just another dollar sign for them nothing else.

Brought my dog Boston in today to get his nails trimmed. I was extremely happy with their service. Very nice to my baby boy and fast causing zero anxiety or discomfort for him. We highly recommend!!!! We will definitely be going back.

Convenient, good selection of products, dog grooming is good, checkouts are wicked slow though...really really slow oddly, but hey, i can't complain. They hook me up with dog food, and that's all I really care about. Cheers.

This is specifically a review for the Pets Hotel. My family and I were going away and our usual house/pet sitter was unavailable, so I decided to board my dog at Petsmart for convenience. There were a few issues of communication right out the gate— when I booked online it said I could bring my dog in at 8:45. Then I received a call saying 8 PM was the latest I could book her for that day. Then on the actual day I was going to bring her in, I got a call at 2:30 pm, saying that actually, since it was July 4th, the latest I could bring her was 5 pm because they were closing at 6. I don’t take issue with them closing early, but rather the fact that I wasn’t provided with that info when I booked or when I received the first correction to my booking. I was super nervous leaving her and the staff was lovely about reassuring me and letting me check up on my dog while I was away. That is the only reason there is a 2 start review instead of 1 star— the people I encountered were wonderful. What I take issue with is when I picked up my dog, she reeked and so did her bed. Both smelled very strongly of dog urine. This made no sense to me as my dog is fully house trained AND crate trained. I don’t know how in the span of 5 days she and her dog bed (in a private room) could have been exposed to so much pee that they would both stink that badly unless she wasn’t being taken out enough or the facility is just that dirty. I don’t blame the people working there, as I wonder if they’re sufficiently staffed and if the way the facility is set up allows for truly proper care. The girl who brought my dog out to me was so nice and apologized saying they usually do laundry but didn’t get the chance. I ended up throwing the bed away as soon as I got home. I won’t be bringing my dog back there.

Harlee's first time at a groomer, usually I give him his baths but he's gotten too big for that. He had a ball and was treated with gentle kindness. Came out shiny and smelling great. I will return next month. Thank you for a wonderful grooming session.

I will NEVER bring my dog here for grooming ever again. From the start Alyssa gave me and attitude during my dogs assessment and she was very rude. I have a 7 lb yorkie, and it took 4 1/2 hrs. She had to charge me extra because she needed extra help with him and I know he was a little matted but I wanted him shaved for the summer anyways, she also charged me extra for that, which doesn’t make sense since it would be easier than getting the mats out. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never been up charged before. I used to only see Natalie there but she no longer works there. The worst part is that when I got home I noticed a huge gouge on his neck that’s bleeding and she never even said anything, complete lack of integrity for her to not mention she cut him and I had to see it when I got home. That has never happened before either. I posted a photo in the reviews. I usually don’t leave reviews but this has been a horrible experience and I trusted them with my dog.

Took my pup for a trimming and bath there, attaching a before and after photo. I was impressed by the service and my special thanks goes to Natalie for taking care of my pup so well. My pup started to look like a Bichon after the trimming. The prices are very competitive compared to other stores that charge flat price for any aged dog which I believe is not right. I surely recommend this store for their dog grooming service.

A real fancy PetSmart, looks great inside, pretty big, has what you need if your local smaller one doesn't have it; grabbed special organic canned food that we couldn't get elsewhere. The only downside was stepping in dog poop right outside the door, but the workers wouldn't know if nobody tells them, thankfully there was snow to wipe it off in.

Buyer beware! They quote u one price on line and send confirmation..they charge u a higher price at checkout. Been bringing my dog here for years, current staff very unattentive to my dog. He was there for 4 nights..peed his blanket and they just left it! No report card and his collar and flea control where just in the bag! No excuse!

I took my cat for a grooming and the staff complained because he was too "fussy" and that was their excuse for not completing the appointment. After I picked him up he was traumatized and wouldn't come out from under my bed for a week. If I could give less than one star I would!!!

The first time I took my dog they said she was resistant to get in the crate after grooming. This time I brought a bone to throw in the crate to make their lives easier, but was told by the teens behind the desk only treats are allowed but no bones…Weird. Whomever was in scrubs rudely interrupted my intake to ask what everyone wanted from subway for lunch. They all seemed very focused on the subway order…..

0 stars. I’ve been taking my dogs for grooming for over 10 years. Lately I’ve been coming in and it’s beyond freezing for the dogs or the workers. Inhumane if you ask me, also have heard the hot water has been down and no heat?? Wondering when this is going to be fixed and also heard you guys lost my favorite groomer Natalie. Such a shame you guys let your best work sellers go. I will be giving customer service and HR a call. No animals should be freezing in a pet store.

Called and asked them to help socialize my dog, who has never been aggressive. Told they don't have a trainer for that. Talked to me made the reservation and told me the could help. Today I called to confirm and was told there are no trainers during the day. Naomi(sp?) And Mellisa manager both told me they don't do that. After ther continued to talk over me they both refused to give their name again.. Don't Take your dog to any program in Chelmsford! I was happy in Woburn for 14 years but the trainer retired. Chelmsford tried to tell me they needed to train me individually! After 14 years of training( a therapy dog, an aggressive dog, and a pure bred lab. They told me I need to be trained. Keep in mind those 14 years were weekly and I probably have more time with dogs than the trainer. Melissa the manager continued to talk over me and would not listen. My dog is not aggressive, socialized well the first two years. Just asking for help adjusting from fenced in yard to apartment complex. My rating would be zero if I could. To have a manager talk over you so you can't explain the issues is ridiculous.

They need to take care of their fish! The aquariums are dirty, there are lots of dead fish, even Beta. Sometimes it's hard to find an associate and some are clueless about animals.

This used to be a great place for doggy daycamp. In 2023 they lost our reservations on 3 separate days. Left me scrambling to find someone to watch my dog for the day, so I could get to work. I asked why Petsmart doesn't text or email confirmations. They shrug their shoulders and don't have a reason. Poor systems in place and bad management. I seriously suggest going to a more reliable place.
