In my opinion hands down the absolute best produce in a supermarket setting there is!! Meat department is just as impressive along with the deli. A bit pricey compared to market basket but a much better quality control and higher quality items.

You will find a surprise deal at this store. Not everything here has a higher price than MKBK. Their herbs and meat are usually pricey, but I always found deal on fruit and other non organic produce such as 99 c avacado, 5 corns for a dollar, and 25 c plantain.

I did order hannaford togo. I order organic bananas and they brought regular banana and charged organic bananas. I just forget because it was not big deal until I found another issed with they delivered the milk is only last for 3 days. I didn't take a look until three days later I saw it was expired and I contracted the customers services until 2-3 weeks later they called me with the issues and sent me a gift cards for refund but I waited for 2-3 weeks I didn't receive it then I called them again and they said they will resend it but I didn't receive with 2 weeks already. Fine, I dont t want their refunds such as a bad customer services like that. My issues was like over two months and they didn't resolve that. Sorry I have to shop for another grocery. Thank you.

They have customer service. When you go to this counter with a scratch ticket, they tell you to go to one of the cashiers .... you go to the cashier, and she, in turn, brings the ticket to the customer service where you just left...thats were the lottery register is ...it makes no sense for a cashier to go to the lottery machine when you were just there and he could of did it but instead have a cashier leave her position to cash a ticket.... if the customer service is always closed (sign out), why have customer service... 🙄

Why do the butchers at hannaford in chelmsford say they can't cut up a whole chicken for sanitary reasons. .. yet there web site says they do custom meat cutting. .the staff in the meat dept are very rude. Saw several incidents......

What kind of store isn't allowed to give change after someone spends over $100. in groceries. It's not like they are losing the money it's exchanging it, but I'm guessing management is too lazy to go to the bank for coin change. That's ridiculous!! It's one thing if they ran out of change for the night, but no, they aren't allowed to help someone out with a few quarters. But at least they don't charge you for the paper bags like Stop n Shop does in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. If I could go to a bank and get change at 8:50pm after working all day I would but unfortunately that's not possible so I was hoping to get change so I could do 1 load of laundry thanks to my son's kitten chosing to pee on my bed spread.

We don't shop here often but I have to say that we like this supermarket. Nice and clean. Very well organized. We were able to find what we were looking for easily. When nearby we definitely will shop here again.

Nicely laid out and clean. Now easy curbside pickup. In the summer we walk around the isles in the AC for exercise! Been back several times, no changes!

Ok so twice now ive picked up deli meat from the presliced case with the date being the same day i was there, thats what i look for, but the time stamp was in the future... So are we being fooled and old stuff is just being repackaged if it doesnt sell? Or just a time warp.Clearly i understand business' dont like to lose money.Also, the expiry dates on the yogurt i take issue with, often its expired or within a day or so. One time It was mid April and i almost purchased one with a late Feb expiration. I can go to Shaws and buy same brand with 5 weeks of remaining freshness.I like the store otherwise. I just appreciate fresh food & honesty

The customer service today was excellent, something you rarely see at grocery stores. I found some great prices on meat. It’s nice to have an alternative other than MB!!

Great selection of products. Sale items still available.,(not sold out). Helpful staff and Easy to find items. However I have shopped several times after 6 pm and have found a lack of open checkouts. They only had self checkouts ,one under 14 items checkout ,and one regular checkout. The wait for the fast checkout was 10 to 12 min.

Convenient location, clean store and well stocked. Staff is ok but not all of them are friendly. Prices are slightly higher than average and some items will cost a lot more than Walmart next door. Produce is generally ok. Some are just bad value for your money. Some produce items can be badly stored or just bad, so you have to be selective in the store.

Hannaford in general is a good store. Hannaford to go is not worth it. Coupons issues, forgotten items on every visit. Either do pick up and check your order there or just go in. They can never refund either, it’s always in the form of a gift card, which is frustrating if it’s an error on their part.

Not my favorite place to shop. I have a hard time finding the products I need and had to go isle by isle. But very clean and orderly supermarket. I’m new to the area and just noticed customers can apply for some type of discount card, which I was never asked if I’d like to apply for. I like the fact that they recently installed self check out stations, it makes a big difference when I have just a few items, much quicker!

Nice Hannaford market here. They've updated some of the floors so it looks like a high end market. Plenty of space/room in general, including aisles, for even the busiest days, not as cramped as some other markets. Great product selection as well. Recent updates to self checkout area are very much appealing to me as well.

Hannaford is my favorite place to go grocery shopping. I like that after 7 it's pretty deserted which I enjoy provided the virus situation. Most of the time I find everything I'm looking for and the employees at the checkout are really nice. I'm glad that they have an employee monitoring the door to ensure the mask mandate is enforced. However there is one employee that I see stocking things that never wears his mask correctly so maybe someone should talk to him about it.

The quality of the fruits and vegetables is great, they also have a section where you can pick different kinds of olives. As for the bakery, several types of breads and cakes can be found, my choice is always banana bread and blueberry muffin. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is the high price, I wish it was more affordable.

I love the wide variety of dairy and gluten free products that they have at this store. The employees are friendly, and it is easy to get in and out with plenty of self check out lines. Being right next to Walmart, you can get everything done in one plaza.
