My dogs attended for three years. It concerned me that I was never asked for medical records to prove that vaccines are updated. I only had to provide themonce when enrolling them. Recently one of my dogs developed kennel cough (she’s vaccinated) and the other became very fearful of going to daycare. This made me sad because she used to be so excited to go! I spoke to the owner and she offered some sadness over this behavior but no offer to look into the possible cause such as talking to staff.My girls loved daycare but I was uncomfortable bringing them when one was so afraid she didn’t want to get out of the car when we arrived.I just wish someone had offered to look more into this for me. I’m not saying anything happened but it was a concerning behavior shift.The owners and staff were always very nice and it was a very difficult decision to leave.In the end the lack of communication, behavior change in my dog, and vaccine requirements was the reason I left.

Very poor communication. Booked my dog last minute, was told they had 1 spot and to send vaccination records via email. Sent everything over, no response. Called the following day to confirm, was again asked to email with a time of drop off and pick up, as they go by appointment. Was told I would have a email response and I haven’t heard anything. Ended up booking with another kennel. Even 15 hrs after scheduled drop off time there has been no communication.

I had my two dogs stay there while me and my family went on vacation since we couldn’t find a sitter. When we picked them up after vacation on my dogs had a chunk of hair missing on his neck like another dog had attacked him. My two dogs get along very well together so they didn’t hurt each other.

My family had an emergency situation this morning and needed to find a place for our dog to board and have some training immediately. I called and spoke with the manager Christine and within an hour I was there meeting with her and dropping our dog off. I am thoroughly impressed so far and can’t say enough about them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Amazing doggie daycare! The guys here love dogs and are wonderful. They took care of my boys like they were their own.Very nice and clean facility. Staff and Owner very nice. My dogs were very tired after their play day. Will take my dogs back for daycare.

They no call no showed for my dogs evaluation. Called many times, waited 15 min, and left a voicemail, after the first message I left the voicemail box was full. Very poorly run facility, would not recommend.

2019: Not a real place at this number. The number connects to an ad for magicjack, a VOIP company. UPDATE (fall 2021): Not sure if the number is still bad, but this is a real place, I drive by it often.
