Best self wash dog wash for the price north of the river, and yes we've tried every single one. We used to live right down the street and didn't realize how much better it was from the other. Now we live 25 min away and will make the drive just to use the self dog wash.It's $10 and you can use all of their supplies. They have a lot of towels, a blow drier, shampoo, brushes, treats, waterproof aprons, etc. They do a really good job of keeping everything really clean. There are three stations and we've only had to wait once in a year and a half. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful, and you can tell they all love animals and love to say hi to pets that come in the store.As for the rest of the store, it's clean, organized and has everything your average Petco would have. They have the bulk homemade treats that our dog loves, and it's nice to be able to make your own bag.

We took our dog to the self-serve bathing and it was really great. The store is nice and clean and employees are friendly. The reason this isn't 5 stars is that we tried three separate times to take our dog for the puppy playtime when she was little and every time we showed up after calling ahead (twice a day before, once on the day of) and found out that either the time we were told and was posted on the site was wrong OR that the trainer wasn't going to be there that day. In all cases, seems like the employees should have known when we called....

Good basic neighborhood pet store. They don't sell actual pets/animals at the smaller 'Unleashed' stores (seems to be common question as I just heard a guy come in to ask the staff this), but are well stocked for dog and cat supplies. Have just a bit of basics for other types of pets like fish, reptiles and birds but not much in that department. Good place to take your dog with you into store. The staff are particularly helpful, friendly, and love pets, so there's a good vibe.

Great place been going on and off for years.... Price keeps going up on the dog wash but it's still effective and worth it. When I first went it was $10 now it's $15. My dog loves it here and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I come here often for the DIY doggie wash. Super convenient with 3 tubs of different heights and all the toiletries you need plus towels. Best part is not having to clean up all that fur compared to bathing doggo in your own home.

Great experience, very helpful staff. We somehow ended up with multiple Pals rewards accounts and the staff member that we spoke with provided us additional information to hopefully resolve the issue.

This place was ok. Customer service was meh. They have ok options but they are a bit pricey. Its an ok experience. I probably wont be back. I prefer Pets Supplies Plus.

Petco vaccination killed my miniature Pomeranian. I am devastated!They were heartless and disrespectful to offer me a refund for the cost of the injection ($45) that killed my pet😢💔😭💕😢

There is constant employee turn-around, The store is dog friendly, but if you have a cat Then its frustrating. More than not they are out of his food. Its frustrating!

It's a small Petco serving the Charlestown community. The best thing about them is the self clean dog bathing area.

They are never there at 9 am. Sometimes not until 10. I went in to an empty store onetime at 945 and the representative came in 10 minutes later . It’s so bad
