Wow - what an amazing experience! Roy gave my poodle Cooper a haircut and it was fantastic. Before the haircut, Roy sat down with Cooper for a few minutes with Cooper in his lap to get acquainted with him, as he could tell Cooper was initially nervous and he wanted to calm his nerves. That was such a game changer! Cooper left Roy's with the best haircut he has ever had. On top of it all, Roy is such a kind and friendly person. Highly recommend.

There's no words to describe this place. I'm in love ❤️ Roy & Mitchell are the BEST. My girl Luna is still grieving her sister's loss, so I was super worried about taking her to a new place to be groomed because she's been very scared of everything. But Mitchell was an angel! She was quiet and super well-behaved. I was so proud of her. He did an amazing job, and she looked like a princess. We're blessed to be their clients 🙏 🐶

Oliver loves getting his pawdicure here. Comes out tail wagging every time. Something I hadn’t experienced elsewhere as Oliver is a wiggle one. $10 and walk ins before 11a make my life so much easier. Been coming for about a year and am glad to have found them.

First time my Pearl, has been groomed at groomingdalesShe is very timid little girl! Omg! I was delighted in how comfortable she was and having fun with with the other dogs.What a great first time visit and a wonderful cut she had.I am so pleased and happy that my little is happy. I would recommend them strongly. Can't wait for her next visit...whoof, whoof. Whoof.

Return customer. Our 14 year-old Belgian Tervuren gets special care and consideration from this first class groomer. Roy L Groomingdales is a family owned and operated small business that loves dogs and turns them out happy and looking great time after time. Can't say enough. My dog walks happily into the shop when I drop him off and looks like a champion every time I pick him up. Roy rules.

Finally, a owner/groomer who knew what an English Cocker Spaniel was supposed to look like.Bottom line, phenomenal job!I highly recommend Roy at Royale grooming!Reasonable priced too.I recommend you call a month before your dog needs grooming.

We called to make an appointment to have our dog bathed in early September . When a man answered he rudely said we are booking into October. We explained we were visiting for the month of September. We were informed that they had regular customers. He gen hung up. So if you are visiting the Cape don't bother trying to make an appointment.

The owner is terrible with older dogs. My 14 year old had panic attacts going to Groomingdales. She never had panic attacts at any other groomer in 14 years. I would not recommend Groomingdales!

We absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and my dog always looks great! I also like that my dog doesn’t need to be out in a crate to wait!
