Garrett’s in Centerville is the best. I’m in there a couple times a day whether it’s coffee, gas, or a quick slice of pizza! Sara, Jasmine, Mike, Steve, and the whole crew always have a smile on and keep me coming back! 💪🏼

Was in this am. The cashier didn’t even say hello. And when it came time to bag my 4 small items, she just stared at me and the bag like she wasn’t going to do it. I just grabbed my stuff , and left. Horrible horrible customer service. Too bad. They have good stuff there , but the lack of customer service really turns me off. I’ll only go for member prices for gas.

Best gas station/convenience store in Barnstable. Tons of savings available when you use the loyalty program. Every employee at the Centerville location is extremely kind and friendly whenever I go to the store. I'm always getting free drinks and sandwiches just by using the rewards app.

Girl behind counter rang up her food before me. Wasn’t a big issue except she had trouble ringing in her discount. Seemed like she only cared about her order. She also seemed annoyed that I was there. Good sandwich but obviously hours old. Would be great if fresher. Has promise however not managed well. Sorry. Tried again and the staff was on video chat with I believe her daughter, keptChatting while checking out. Sausage egg and cheese cold at 6:00 am. I truly think the concept is great, however very mismanaged. Love the set up, the food has strong potential. Just staff doesn’t care. I say try it and you’ll agree. Gas price is 👍

Never had an issue here, good gas at affordable prices in the current market. As it is a newer store there are definitely a few things they need to work out woth training of staff, but I will continue to go here and am looking forward to their success and seeing how they improve their staff and store.

The girl behind the counter today was extremely rude. I asked for gas and not a single word was exchanged. She seemed irritated that we even came up to the counter. No “hi how are you” “have a great day” nothing. Terrible customer service

Watch item prices at register. Picked up an item from the shelf clearly labeled one price. Brought to register and it rang up almost DOUBLE. Pointed it out to the cashier. We both walked over to the display, pulled the shelf tag with the product name, price, and barcode from the shelf and scanned it. Even though the price was clearly printed on the tag they scanned- it was ringing up at almost DOUBLE. Cashier had no explanation or offer to honor the printed price.

Gosh, went here to grab a quick bite to eat. The kid behind the counter seemed very irritated that I interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone. No words exchanged and he just tosses my change on the counter and picks his phone back up. If the job is that miserable buddy, find something else!

Garrett’s market has a nice selection of items for purchase, mainly for drinking and eating pleasure. The only issue I have is that they need to higher more than one person at night, as I’ve gone in a couple times noticing customers stealing or yelling at an employee. Hopefully they’ll change in the summertime as bigger groups of people will be coming in, especially at night..

Been using this new place for diesel. That’s about all it’s good for. I’ve tried getting iced coffee on three separate occasions, each morning the coffee pours out as clear water. Waste of time and over priced, for iced water...

I really don't appreciate the LOUD, UNWANTED ads that switch on when I begin fueling. Usually paying for a service or product means no ads, but in this case, you're paying for intrusive ads screaming in your ears while pumping gas. Extremely unpleasant, won't be back.

The membership system to buy fuel is faulty, I inserted my member card and my debit card and it still gave me the price of "NOT MEMBER" that day the member price was $2.07 per Galon and they charge me $2.17 per Galon, "NOT MEMBER PRICE"
