Went to get some keys made. Had an awesome experience. I am assuming family owned and the guy would made my keys owns the store or helps run it with a family member. The girl at the counter was super sweet! They were both incredibly helpful. It was just refreshing to go to a place where everyone is nice and pleasant, especially at 7-8 in the morning :) would definitely go back for any hardware needs.. wonder if they have door handles with locks 🤔 in that case, I wouldn't have to go to Home Depot!

Every time I go to Anderson's everyone is helpful and friendly. Yesterday I went to see if they had a gas grill ,which I needed for a cookout today. The man (who may be the owner) was very helpful. He steered me away from the more expensive grill to one that was much less expensive because he thought it was a better product. And to top this, because he knew I was in a pinch, he brought the grill to my house in his own car and set it up within the hour.. The reason I will always support local businesses.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Felt like I was being watched by all the employees the entire time I shopped. The man who checked me out when I was done had this attitude I didn't appreciate, he seemed annoyed that I was even there.

I am a regular at this local place and was rather upset after my last experience there. I asked if someone could help me find some drano and was completely ignored by the young man sitting at the register (I believe his name is Andrew). I asked if he was too busy to help me and he said yes but he was just on his phone (keep in mind that I am the only one in the store and there are multiple people working. He also wasn’t wearing his mask. When I had just walked out of the store, I turned around and glanced in and he had been flipping me off. He quickly put his middle finger down as he noticed that I had seen. So disrespect and I will not be coming back.

I cannot sat enough about our LOCAL hardware store. They are so kind and helpful every single time I go in there. Additionally, they remember my name! I don’t even go in there frequently enough to know this but they do and it means so much to me that they care enough to call me by my name. I’d so much rather go to them than the awful big box store and their excuse for customer service.

Always a hello when you walk into the store. Even if they don't know you, you're an important customer. The help is willing to answer any question you have and they're totally At Your Service. Very knowledgeable and prices are great.Classic local store.!

Unfortunately they are permanently closed😕They used to be a great family hardware store--like house and garden used to be. Now I can only think of Bradford's in Hyannis. Hopefully they don't shut down too..
