Wish you could give zero stars. These people are horrible and do NOT want to sell boats. They have had a Grady White outside their showroom for 5 months. We inquired so many times, ask questions, stopped there and talked to the owner (can't remember her name, extremely unfriendly). Here we are in mid September and the boat is still sitting there. Oh, and they now have it priced at the same price we offered and were told we were completely off. Steve Hamel and the entire staff is rude, impossible to get in touch with, and have no customer service skills. Too bad. Now we just laugh every time we drive by that boat still sitting there.

I called the Harwich location needing some parts for my family's boat that was being towed in from the ocean. I didn't know the specifics of the engine, but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful. He took what information I did have to see if they could help. Shortly after, Tyler (also very nice and knowledgable) called me back, found out all the parts I needed, and even had them in stock. Would 100% recommend this place! Staff is excellent!

I used them for maintenance on my personal boat as well as 3 work boats from 2007 - 2011. All had Yamaha outboards ranging from 50-130 hp.Pro-Their mechanics were competent and seemed to get the job done correctly every timeCon-Their customer service reps were consistently very rude no matter what time of year we went in-They were VERY expensive, in 2009 I paid $438 for a water pump replacement on a 50 hp outboard.-In 2015, I got a quote for a new 70 hp outboard and they were $1,300 more expensive on labor than the next quote I got, though they were $200- $300 cheaper for the motor itself.Recommendations-To buy an outboard check out Bayside Marine in Wesport (i don't work there just a happy customer)-To get work done on Cape, try Boat Worx
