There's one creepy guy that walks around the store everyday staring at all the women. Pretty sure he's known as "creepy" you guys should probably remove that guy. Also deli associates are very pleasant hence why it's getting 4 stars. It would be 5 but I get filled with rage when I see that guy.

Worked there and I called out for the first time and was fired by a department manager in produce which I didn’t know he could do. His name was John and he is the worst “manager” I have ever wasted my time working for. Then when I called about my final check I was told he couldn’t fire me and that I could start fresh the next week. When I showed up the following week I was told I was fired for 3 no call no shows. Communication is terrible between management and employees. Don’t understand how they are in business. Oh right, they are in an immense amount of debt. Makes sense.

I frequent Shaws a couple of times a week and everyone has always been great,except today! Florist could acknowledge customers with a “hi, I will be right with you” rather than ignored then asked “do you need something”.Zero personality and rude!

Best Shaw's in the area, staff makes it feel like a neighborhood grocery store, always smiling and helpful. This new employee loaded mulch for me with a smile! I wish every place I shopped was so friendly.

I am so grateful for all that this market offers. Karen in the seafood department is knowledgeable and always willing to help. All of the personal in the meat department make a great effort to please. Store is always well stocked with fresh produce. There is personal readily available to help with any questions and are always pleasant. The store is always clean and checking out is efficient and friendly. Always a pleasure to shop at this location.

Shaws pick up food orders-never an issue.Shaws food to go delivery-2/3 times items were forgotten.Update two “pick up” orders in a row and missing items-shopping at Shaws is not worth the savings when you have to go back and pick up missed items.

Going into the store I've never had a real issue with. Delivery is beyond frustrating to deal with, and more than once I've placed an order and have had several items missing due to being "out of stock". However, when I placed the order they were completely available. Either the staff wait forever to start the order or they don't bother to look for the items and just state they're out of stock. Whatever the reason, I end up with numerous items missing that absolutely should have been there had the order been done in a timely and efficient manner. I've spoken with customer support to ask why that ends up happening but the woman I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and had attitude.

No issue with the store itself. Sara in delivery was rude. She didn’t acknowledge me. When I asked for assistance I was told to hold on as she proceeded to clean what appeared to be an oven and started moving racks. After five minutes I went to the service desk to ask for assistance. They then called Sara and she proceeded to assist. I was told there is no store manager. Just a temporary Barbra L. Sara needs training on how to deal with people. First time in a Shaw's in maybe ten years. Prices are crazy high. I was shopping a few sales items only cuz I have the time and it was right off 44. I will say it was very clean and well staffed. Pretty quiet too....

How does this place continue to employ incompetent people. It’s insane. I worked for Shaws when I was a kid, They actually had a standard. What the hell happened to finding quality people? These kids can’t help you find soda in the soda isle. This generation is so lazy and addicted to their phones. Never knew you could sit on a phone during work.

I can never find the open nature products for cleaning anymore at shaws. In Plymouth, they are always out of everything. The store is wicked small so you have to travel to Market Basket in Plymouth. Going over the brides to Cape Cod is a nightmare.Shaws used to have another Plymouth store on 44, which was very nice. I'm sorry, but they should expand or build a new Shaws in South Plymouth.

This shaws is one of the busiest grocery stores in the greater Carver Metropolitan area! It's clean, well organized, has a very friendly and helpful staff, and the selection of individual items is diverse! Fresh fruit and vegetables. Freshly made baked goods. Meat, dairy, ready-to-cook meals, flowers! No empty shelves!

They run specials but they are never recognized at the cash register so you have to always go back to customer service to get your receipt corrected. This is a one-time thing we've been going there for the last few months and it always happens.

Absolutely shame I bought a house where this is the only grocery store around. If you need something you can almost guarantee they don’t have it. They have amazing ethnic aisles for if you want to make fresh Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, etc. But the quality of meat is terrible and they don’t carry simple things that every grocery store should have.

Staff are always friendly. Even when crowded the lines move fairly quickly. The redemption machines don’t accept a lot of brands they sell in store.

Bunch of other options nearby, Walmart, Market Basket, and Stop and Shop. This Shaws did the best job I have witnessed during this mess. Inventory was managed well, protocols respected but not draconian. Employees are awesome - friendly & helpful even when they are feeling the stress of our times. Kind of like a store full of people that get it.

Once again I had a positive experience at the Shaw's in Carver. I found all the sale items I went there to get. The store is always clean! The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I just can't say enough positive things about this place. Now when I go grocery shopping most of the time the stores don't have everything I need on my list, so today was definitely a win! Maybe I'll just come here from now on!! 😊👍

It was an in and out visit here today. I was in the store for ten minutes with no wait. Why would anyone decide to go elsewhere to save a few pennies but wait twenty minutes in the checkout line. Time is money, besides everyone that works here are always smiling, very polite, respectful, know where everything is and friendly.I picked up some beef to freeze, baby spinach for my honey and an eight piece bag-o-chicken for supper.

They are in the middle of reorganizing the store so everything is a mess. It took me 10min to find the juice because they had put it clear at the other end of the store by the produce without a freaking sign. Very aggravating shopping experience. I was also looking for something specific in what used to be the organic/gluten free area but the cold cases have just vanished and I didn't see the product I wanted in the regular cold cases either so I was unable to buy the thing I initially stopped in there for. I get that they are trying to make the store better by rearranging but cripes, put up some temporary signs or something because no one has time to be wandering around looking for juice at 8:30 at night! Also the bathrooms were gross, ants everywhere! Not thrilled.

This Shaws seemed to be well managed. Considering it was 2 days before Thanksgiving, they were well stocked, clean and festive looking. All hands were on deck servicing customers. Even though it's much further away fom my home, it's well worth the drive. I'll stop here more often.

Went after work, picked up (2) Fairlife milk, bread on sale(2), and chips(4)=$40. Prices are high, choices not much. I only chose items that were on sale. Shelves were almost empty at 7pm. Ridiculous. No value here. Now will only go if I have to, bcuz not many stores are open when I get out of work .

We have started shopping here more and more over time. The coupon deals and sales continually saves us money and the product quality (produce, meat, seafood and deli), are exceptional.
