The worst Pharmacy in the area. Been trying to get my prescription filled for the last 28 days. Doc has sent same prescription in 3 different times. It's like this every month. Has nothing to do with insurance.

I have been to different CVS locations in the area and this one is the best. I drive 40 minutes to get my prescriptions here because I am very particular with the brand I need, and they get my prescription right each time. I trust them. They are very pleasant to deal with, they work very hard, and they do not deserve the one star reviews.

New pharmacy staff are BRUTALLY RUDE!! Have been using CVS here before they built the current store that’s been their over 10 years. Pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful except for one person. If you don’t like your job leave. They love to throw insults at customers. When confronted they can’t handle it. They breed the pharmacy staff mean here. Leave if you hate your job!!!

Note that they only score 2.8 out of 5 and I gave them a one because there is no zero. Customer service is lacking and the competence of the pharmacist has to be questioned. 12/23/2021 at 2:45 pm I went to pick up my Rx and once the clerk handed it to me and told me the price I said something was wrong. It was to be for a 30 day supply, not 90. Then I was told, "That's the way the prescriber wrote it." Sorry they were wrong, absolutely wrong. I rechecked with my prescriber, there was only one Rx there and for 30 day supply. I was there for my refill so I knew it was wrong. There is more to this story, it only gets worse, but this is enough. INCOMPETENT AND RUDE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS "0".

The pharmacy team is extremely rude and disrespectful.The way in which I was spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. I have made a formal complaint to corporate and will call again Monday to be sure something is done. Kingston CVS had no problems refilling my life saving medication and as a pregnant woman I shouldn’t be denied medication that is available for refill. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointed that this is the only option for pharmacy services in town now that Sedells is gone….always a long line, always seem to have issues trying to fill medicines. Decided I was better off driving to Plymouth to Walgreens to get my medications etc and have only had one issue there thankfully!! Wish CVS would get it together so we could stay in town but for now, I am going to keep going to Walgreens.

I had a scheduled covid test for 12:20 I showed up on time they told me I had to park and someone would come up to my car and help me from there. After waiting for 1o minutes they called me and told me to go back in the line. I waited for another 10 minutes and when I said I had my test and they told me to come back in line. They then told me that I could not receive my test because I was late even thought they made me late for my own appointment. Do not schedule your tests or buy anything from them here. The employee's are very rude and don't care about helping people.

Awful, unfriendly and unhelpful. Another CVS completed my Covid 19 card with white out. Given that I’m traveling to Canada next month, I didn’t want any problems with legibility of the info.l on the card. This CVS in Carver, Massachusetts was nearly 30 miles closer to me than the one where I got my vaccines. But they would not look up my info and write me another card. Even though the info is readily available in the CVS system. I’ve been shopping (make-up, toiletries, snacks and meds) at CVS for over 35 years. thousands and thousands of dollars spent. No doubt I could have found better prices at other chains. I’m moving my business to Walgreens to see how their prices and customer service will be.

This Hass to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I receive a text stating that the medications are ready to be picked up. Go to the store and waste time online to be told every month sorry out of stock. This location is the worst.

I was in line to purchase presents for a child’s birthday party, last minute, when I came across an associate named Heather. She was extremely friendly and mentioned gift wrap as well as a birthday card, which was lacking, as I’m going through a divorce(which I mentioned) and that my wife always handled these things. Heather stopped what she was doing, then proceeded to make a card for me right then and there, which was one of the funniest and kindest gestures I’ve witnessed in a long time.You have a extraordinary woman who works for you, please recognize her for her wonderful gesture.Kind regards,Brendan Gavin

Always in a hurry very rude pharmacy don’t like the fact have to wait in drive threw for hours cause of testing Covid at window plus picking up meds exposed to Covid call ahead make sure your meds are filled properly elderly have to go threw drive threw there is one or two very polite people the rest are horrible

Worst pharmacy around by far. They constantly don't have common meds for pain, and they don't carry some antibiotics. But instead of calling the prescribing doctor to let him (or her) know, they just assume it's no big deal and put our lives at risk. Absolutely unacceptable by a pharmacy to put the public at unnecessary risk like they do.

I had an appointment at the minute clinic at 11:10am. I got there at 11. There was 1 person waiting ahead of me. I had to leave at noon so I left without even being seen. Won't go here again.

The pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant as we have been transferring my husband's many prescriptions here over the last couple of months. I have no hesitation recommending them

Staff at pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. If you need to pick up a prescription go to the drive thru. They tend to ignore the people who actually get out of their vehicle and go into the store.

The absolute rudest employees at the pharmacy. The pharmacist Bob is the rudest, condescending jerk I have ever met. He is the reason that many of my friends and family have chosen not to go there anymore. And some of the pharmacy technicians have no idea what their talking about. And I know that you have probably received many complaints about this.Sucks I had no choice but to rate it a one.

Went in for a D.o.t physical sign said last sign in 1:13 was there at 12:50 woman on duty said sorry we are closed. Very unprofessional should not put a sign if not going to honour it.
