I bought a diary in the year 2024 as a gift, the people who work there are completely unprepared as it is not possible to remove the price tag without damaging the product, they need to know where to apply this sticker as its glue does not remove it. Now I'm going to give away the defective planner. I definitely can't understand how they don't think

Never has many new things and when it does its kind of messy. Some of the staff is really extraordinarily nice though so I'll go back and thank goodness because some of the staff here is the disrespectful "karen" type that follows you around and/or gives you extremely dirty looks if your kids enjoy being kids even while in a store waiting for their mom to finish looking at the discounted merchandise. 😘

Lack of customer service. Simply people who work their especially the supervisor shifts or manager don't care much about customers and that is reflected on the rest of the employees. I simply went to return a pair of shoes that I bought last week and the least to be said that the person who was helping and her supervisor that she consulted was less than competent and helpful. They treated us like we were trying to take advantage of the system!!! This horrible customer service should be discouraged and prohibited because simply I won't go back to this store ever again and will spread the word about this lack of respect to their customers

My favorite store! Im here at least once a week. They have the best selection and organization of all other Marshalls I have visited. They sometimes carry very nice brand names and have very cute apparel. (I love their water bottles especially, I own 4)

I like the store but the register associate name "Roberta" was very rude to me. She's such a "Karen" type. I don't know she doesn't like me or doesn't like her job. She's not the first time has bad attitude to me.She will make Marshall's lose business. Never felt that way in any Marshall's ever !!! I usually don’t even write reviews but I could not let this issue be unknown.

Being profiled by loss prevention is not good at all. Pretty noticeable when the guy kept coming over and pretending to be a shopper. Your store just lost a sale on a bedroom dresser pictured below because of that. Think before you act.

Great selection. I can always find something here. Love the clearance racks! They recently upgraded the store. The dressing rooms are much better now. Lots of other good home items too. Nice shoe selection.

Really great store. I've been to a few Home Goods in the Southeastern part of Massachusetts. This is one of my favorite stores. Combining the 2 together, genius!

I really enjoy shopping at Marshalls because of their great selection of stocked handbags, designer or not, most of their handbags are on point! There's a wide range of appealing, fashionable apparel, footwear, attractive accessories & exceptional home decor. Definitely a great, comfortable, place to shop. I have to mention one of the managers... Holly, she is a gem! She's helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant beyond compare! I also want to acknowledge... Anu, the cashier, who's always pleasant, helpful & well-informed. Roberta, the cashier, who's always cordial & accommodating.

Generous inventory thoughtfully displayed throughout the clean and brightly lit store. The cashier's are pleasant, and the overall shopping experience is therefore great.

Rack had 10 of the same sweater and sign at Marshall's said $23.99. Rang up more. Told cashier the whole rack was signed $23.99 & manager agreed but cashier continued to argue in presence of manager that they didn't have to honor the price because they failed to take down the sign

Wow,something here for everyone. The wife shopping for household goods,Nd my granddaughters looking for clothes,etc.located in CantonFree parking.And after shopping you can grab a bite to eat at numerous restaurants. Prices are reasonable.

I had forgotten a birthday for a 5 year old and needed to quickly find a suitable gift. A friend suggested a nearby "Marshalls and Home Goods" store. What a relief! There was a good selection at heavily discounted prices. I was even able to get a card and wrapping paper - one stop shopping. More importantly, the child loved the gift.

Was killing time before my haircut and stopped in. I thought the selection was great and the prices even better! I ended up buying 3 sweatpants, and 2 goodies for under 70 bucks, all name brand! I will definitely be back in the near future!

Didn't like the men's shoes selection! Was there with a friend who purchased a number of pairs of shoes for herself, and her son. Happy to see She was very happy with the price, and quality of the shoe's there!

Be careful you get your receipt here, and keep it handy. Some - not most, not a lot even, but _some_ merchandise is structurally flawed in quality, or generally inferior. Trying to return an item without a receipt will not be a smooth or pleasant experience, understandably.Customer service here is generally good, but not perfect. All Items purchased for long term need to be examined carefully to ensure antitheft tags have been properly removed.Otherwise? A great place for a savvy, watchful shopper, and some real bargains can be found here - just not in the shoe department, sorry.

Marshalls/ Home Goods at Cobb's Corner is the Best ♡ Unbelievable Merchandise, Great Friendly People who work there. I just spent an hour and a half there! Not a fan of this store. Since it is close to me I go to it; however, I prefer other Marshalls because I always feel like I am being watched by one particular manager. Just because I am black doesn't mean I am going to steal... I work hard just like the rest of us. It makes me feel uncomfortable!

I was there today to get a pair of sunglasses. I was lucky enough to find 2 pairs that I did not want to leave without. I get to the register and the lady man-handles one of the pairs and breaks it right there. I'm sure you can imagine the disbelief of what just happened. Please note, when I pick out sunglasses I make sure they work (open/close), look at the lenses for scratches (a habit since I used to where glasses) and they were fine. Unfortunately they were the only pair but at Ieast I left with one pair rather than none. It still would have been nice to have the other pair as well. Just a heads up.

This store is packed every day. Prices r great place is clean. Variety of clothing is excellent. Got 2 be inside 2 enjoy store.❤
