I have a wonderful Lhasa boy, who is a very good friend however, he's a very picky eater! I went to Loyal Companion and met an associate, Kim, who really tried to help me with our problem. I tried many different dog foods, but it turned out, I needed to add real human bland food to his dog food.Anyway, the store is very clean and very well stocked with items that you can just run in and purchase and be on your way. The only thing is, that there are many other items that you might end up buying, because they're very good! The store is located right in the Canton village shops.They also provide grooming and just washes for your pets. A nice store to have close by!

Nadia at the canton store is seriously amazing! Shes always there and is so insanely sweet and knows me and my dogs very well and they love her!! Its always so nice to see her bc shes super cheerful and friendly! She also is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and can answer almost every question you throw at her ! Love the Canton Store! <3

Have bought hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of food and supplies here. Recently came in to ask them about a harness that was purchased 6 months ago that broke from RC pets. Ask them if there was some sort of warranty. Bearded guy at the desk looked at me blank face and said no. Unused with tag only. Didn't try to sell me on another one. Didn't offer me a discount. Also they Stopped carrying the dog food that had recommended my dog due to food allergies. With that kind of attitude and service my guess is that they will business shortly. Unfortunate. I prefer to do business locally.Update: a manager called me back and offered to exchange the harness! In the meantime I had been in contact with RC pets directly and they honored their lifetime warranty and are in the process of shipping me out a new harness.Change from one star to four star for stepping up to the plate!

I went in there this morning for recommendations for a leash and harness for my puppy. Chris was so helpful and even help me pick out some chews for her. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! Plus the pup loves her new bone!!

We visited tonight with 8-year-old Wicket and 8-week-old Bow, both Lhasa poos. The staff was, as always, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Haley spent time helping us find an appropriate chew toy for Bow and gave us both excellent advice about and samples of good food choices for Wicket, who has a temperamental tummy (he chose the duck, hands down!). We even found a harness to fit Bow. She is a credit to the company!The staff filled several curbside pickup orders while we were there with great efficiency.We choose our trips out of the house carefully these days. This one was worth putting on the mask! We all look forward to our next visit.

I always have an excellent experience at this store! I called for curbside pick up and the nice woman I spoke with checked to see if Fromms was on sale — it is — so I ordered two bags. She brought it to my car and put it in my trunk as soon as I pulled up. I so appreciate the curbside option at this crazy time! I would tell you the name of the kind sales woman who helped me but — I kid you not — my dog just chewed up the little blue card I was given with that information on it. Whoever you are, thank you for your kindness and efficiency!

My one stop shop! They have it all. Friendly and well - trained associates, wide product variety, great value, grooming, the list goes on. Love this store.Updated 4/9/21 I was disappointed today to find that the staff is completely overhauled and Haley and Renee have left. The service is just not the same. I don't believe I will be back.

Best healthy pet store around! They don't carry any generic brands or filler-byproduct like stuff... only the best and healthy products around from kibble to raw diets to everything in between to keep your dog or cat as healthy as possible! They also have top of the line grooming supplies, adorable toys you won't find anywhere else, and beautiful original collars and leashes!

Absolutely the Best!!!!!!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I cant say enough about Haley & Renee, they go above and beyond for their customers. When one of my cats, who was a picky eater, and having health issues, was being difficult, they really took the time to help me find not only what was going to be best for him, but something he would actually eat!. Really helped make things much easier on this end!!! So Thankful!!

Renee and her colleagues at Loyal Companion are wonderful. They are always eager to share their knowledge of all the great products . They are kind and welcoming to everyone. I have always had a great experience there with my pup. I recommend all “pawrents” to shop there. They are the best!

First time visiting this shop today. They are a bit pricey but so helpful! I explained my cat food delima and the gal suggested dehydrated food and explained how to feed it.My finicky cats Love it!! I'm so happy.The gals also turned me on to the yaks milk dog bones. My chihuahuas are happy now too.

This store does not stand behind their dog food. I purchased food a week ago and was told it was returnable "with the managers permission ". My dog got sick and threw up. They had inadvertently put on the computer, under my name, "no returns accepted ".Pet smart, Chewey and Amazon have an amazing return policy as you don't know if the food agrees with your dog until you buy it.I would highly suggest Polka Dot Bakery or some other store that is professional and good to their customers!This store is pure aggravation-and unless you want to waste your hard earned money, I suggest you shop elsewhere !
