The worst CVS I have ever been to. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I thought this lady was just rude to me, only to see other reviews here with the same exact experience. One of their self-checkout machines does not accept cash. But it is not clear on the machine, and of course I needed assistance. I made the cashier aware that they should put a sign on the machine to avoid any further issues. Instead of her accepting the advice she was rude, snappy and even rolled her eyes at me.In such a prestigious town you'd think they would have more classy people working here. Absolute TRASH. You're better off going to the hood, you'll get better service there.

We booked as a family of four, got confirmations for all 4 of us but the lady giving vaccines bluntly rudely refused to give a vaccine to my youngest son because he wasn’t on her gadget and she wouldn’t take walk-ins even if it wasn’t busy. So unprofessionally on her behalf. She just told us how it was and that she would not do it ignoring completely the CVS flu vaccine confirmation we showed couple of times. We showed her the CVS confirmation for his appointment but she bluntly refused. She should stay home if is not in the mood to go an extra mile to fix what CVS system messed up and not the customer. Shame on you CVS for not training your staff to take correct steps to take care of your business. I am going to move all our prescriptions somewhere else. Thank you for refusing a vaccination for a 6 year old child who had an appointment but the employee was too lazy to accommodate. Heard bad stuff about you but never thought is that bad until today.

Agree with most reviews here. Pharmacy is terrible, slow, and rude. When my wife had questions about her medication the pharmacist answered "it's simple read the instructions"

Disgusting lack of empathy by one of the pharmacy employees. I got there at 1330 sharp to get my son's antibiotics but all he could say was "Sorry we're close for lunch break, come back at 1400".I understand everyone needs a lunch break but I was right there for a pickup that would've taken 60 seconds, if so.Changing the pharmacy for my son's prescription.If you work in healthcare, and this applies to every job really, show some sort of empathy. Disgusting person.qq

It is the worst CVS experience in my life. I tried to transfer my pills from 900 Commonwealth CVS in Brighton to this one ONLINE.They changed my brand prescription to generic one without asking and even letting me know, when I returned GENERIC prescription (untouched and it happened the same day) and asked for a BRAND they tried to charged me full price saying that my insurance does not cover it anymore (always did), EVEN MORE, then they said that my brand prescription (Yasmin) is discontinued from CVS completely (but if I pay full price I can get it)... so when I denied to pay full price they just removed my prescription from their CVS system.When I asked how can I get my prescription, which is birth control pill, they said we do not know, call your doctor and ask to re-new a prescription.The whole situation happened just because they intentionally changed my pills and could not fix it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I called to fill a prescription. Waited a month and a half cause it was out of stock. My sibling called to fill in the same prescription for the same meds and it was ready the next day while mine was not done yet. Called to let them know and they were silent about it and filled it for me. Very unprofessional. Seems like they give special preference to who they fill prescriptions for.

You cannot talk to a pharmacist on the phone. The phone system hangs up before connecting you to a person, and it's been doing it for MONTHS. Since they fill so many prescriptions wrong, this means you have to go in person to fix everything. And they are so, so slow. This is truly the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to.

I just don’t understand why the pharmacists take so long? Also I went inside once a few months ago and I won’t again because of just how rude this pharmacist was. Another thing -she told me it takes 48 hours to refill even though I got a test after 4 hours saying it is ready. Which doesn’t make sense?

I waited 1hr and 2 minutes for the pharmacy to never pick up! I needed my life saving medication that evening, however, I waited on hold so long that the store ended up closing! They always mess up on the quantity of medication and the pharmacy staff are extremely rude. I'm always rushed whenever I do get someone to pick up the phone! This seems to be the worst out of all CVS locations I had to visit in the past. Beware of long wait times (in line or on the phone) and rude service! I wish there was another CVS closer to me. I will be asking my Doctor to switch pharmacies altogether ASAP!

My 82 yr old Mother has an inhaler she needs everyday to breath properly and every month, it’s not ready, she has even had to go without dose, this is the worst run CVS, they are rude , and indifferent. We are changing pharmacies!!!!

Maybe don’t let people sit 30 min in line to then shut the curtain on their faces a minute before your break starts. Find a better way to notify people so they don’t waste time in line. Do better CVS.

Don't move your scripts here, they finally got me to pop my cork today. Don't tell me 24 hours before hand when I call in a prescription and speak to someone and ask if I could have the 3 items done by noon THE NEXT DAY and not have them ready again. Then what is beautiful is 11 people in line (check your camera) and one of the staff "going on break" then finally get to the front of the line, two scripts ready third will be a while. How long 15 minutes (its noon at this point) oh no lot longer than that your doc just sent in the script. Which I called him on as it was a lie! Don't care when the scripts are ready typically but this is 3rd time, I've tried to get scripts before I have to go away that you have failed each time. Time to switch pharmacies. I just don't know who runs that pharmacy but they're obviously in over there head. Seriously, if I treated my customers the way you do, I'd be homeless. Zero customer service.

I contracted covid. I completely lost my voice. I had to go for the antivirals as it would have taken 2 days for delivery. Not being able to speak I double masked, went into the store and wrote out my name and DOB. The pharmacist helped me. He raved about me being in the store, threw my meds across the counter, said I was infecting "all us" and then shouted" go on, get out of here" to a 69 yr old woman living alone with no voice and Covid.

If I could write a zero or negative star review I would.... One of the male pharmacist was very rude when a question was asked to him. I understand that they might be under pressure with a lot of work, but there is no need to be rude or unprofessional to their customers. This person should learn to have some more class or get out of the industry he is in if he can't handle simple questions without being rude....

Worst pharmacy ever, and Ive been in more than a few! Wait time is outrageous. Staff is so busy filling prescriptions, they do not have a second to deal with customers. You can see that they are overworked. They need more staff but CVS is such a giant corporation, all they care about is $$. For the second time in a row, their computer didnt recognize my name (and I've been going there for years) and people were running around to different computers trying to find my prescription, but they weren't telling what was going on. Staff not friendly at all. I'm going to switch to Walgreens.

Horrible pharmacy. Always understaffed, longest lines any time of the day, can never find refill requests, multiple errors in dispensing the amount of medications and timing of refill. Not sure how they operate in the mess they have: packages with meds are all over the counters and floors. Tried to talk to the senior pharmacist or a manger - they are never available, tried to complain to CVS headquarters - no response. We travel a lot, so I wanted to keep CVS in case we get stuck without meds on the other side of the country, but probably will have to switch to a different location, or different chain altogether, this one is unacceptable

Worst of any of the CVS stores. Stayed on hold for pharmacy for over 20 minutes and nobody answered phone. Charged different amounts every time I picked up the same prescription. Never had 3 month supply as prescribed and would charge co-pay for 2 weeks supply and when the rest of the script was ready would charge again. Very dishonest and doing things that are fraudulent. As a physician myself I now know why this branch has a 2 star rating.......

It was a night emergency, and we needed a specific prescpription medicine we had ordered at 11 pm; right when the pharmacy was closing. I called in to explain, and rushed to the store.Fortunately, Mike the pharmacist was on duty, and he managed to hold the register open until we arrived. He is an amazing employee, and really helped us out in a pinch.

This store and CVS in general is a horrible place....today was the absolute last straw for me! Dropped of prescriptions at 11:50 and said I would be back at 2, got there at 2:45 and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Called and spoke with the manager at this store and she was no help, kept making excuses, would not own the inconvenience...a bunch of rude morons work here. Will never use CVS to fill my prescriptions again. Will be asking all my friends and all my customers to post their awful cvs stories.

The manager of this store is awesome. She is a hard worker who keeps her cool when some people get mad at her for not being able to use a coupon, greets customers when the enter, and will even ask if they need help finding products.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever !these employees need to work in China , wait even their standards are better, this place has mindless zombies working here, dr ordered 4 prescriptions 1 they transferred to Avon and 3 they forgot about , I called them after 12 hours, they stated we just heard the massage just now we are soBusy doing nothing, may be some one needs to remind that this is cvs pharmacy people are sick, and need their medication or they do it because they lazy and forcing people to go elsewhere so they don’t have to work, These employees need to wake up they are all sleeping 24/7. Start real complain process with cvs head quarters to fix their standard patient care is be denied here. This CVS need to fined if they can’t fix this issue , because patient can die for their careless ways.

After 20 years of using CVS for my 10 prescriptions (Creon chargin $1000 for a 3 month supply). I was told last Saturday to return on Wed. for my Creon. I called before I went on Thurs and they still hadn't gotten it renewed. So I went over today when the pharmaceutical clerk told me he's give me some Lisonopril pills to tide me over. The officious 'pharmacist in charge' Jill (as she told me) said that because of my 'giving her attitude ' she wasn't going to give me anything. Obviously she is very childish, since a professional (my grandfather was a pharmacist) would know that blood pressure medicine can be life saving. I take the top dose: 40 mg of Lisonopril. The nice clerk up front gave me the name and phone no of the supervisors, and I called her leaving her a message about this arrogant chiild's rudeness.The more I thought about her public humiliation of me, the angrier I got. I have now transferred all my prescriptions to the Stoughton CVS. (which is really about as far away from my house as the one at Cobb' Corner. You really should train these smart alecks better. (I would fire her, but realize you can learn from your mistakes. I doubt if she can, however.)

I’m a FORMER employee at Cvs and couldn’t be happier since I left. I am NOW an employee at Walgreens. Cuz they are a much better company. And I got started at a higher pay then what I was getting from cvs after being with them for 3 years. The amount of issues and problems I had at cvs (I worked in two different stores for about a year and a half each) was ridiculous. Mainly issues with managers and supervisors who thought they were above the rules and could do and say what they want. I’ve been with Walgreens literally a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier. They are amazing in every aspect I’ve experienced so far. Cvs is a disgusting horrible company. And they need to rethink and re train half of their employees.

The place is a dump with piles of prescriptions all over the floor. I am never critical but this is way beyond reasonable. Staff bisheveled, tripping over bags and wait lines are absolutely excessive. I’m talking HOURS!!! I have had to go here for the last two years and I HATE it! They have to be violating some regulations, you can’t tell me with all those prescriptions thrown around they have not made any mistakes! Beware

If there’s a zero star, I would give this store zero.The staff is NOT nice at all !!!Don’t take your passport photo there only if you want your passport return to you because of the photo not pass. If you doubt their skill of taking photos and cut the photo to be proper size with white background, they will give you a dirty face with a worse retaken photo.I have to go to another store to retake the photo and pay extra money because they do not admit the photo they take and cut meet the requirements.
