They were really helpful they helped me choose which shampoo/conditioner to use and now my dog is sparkly clean for the new year! Just keep in mind that this location sometimes stops accepting baths after 5:00 because they’re understaffed and want you out by 5:45. I would give them a call if you’re coming in close to closing. They also have a store in the front to buy your pup a treat after their bath 🤗

This place is great. I bring my dog in monthly to get his claws clipped. He's typically terrified if I try to do it but they're able to do it quickly, painlessly, and effectively. Very reasonably priced as well, with great treat options for him after he's done!

Very affordable and convenient way to wash your pup without breaking your back. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, you get to meet other dogs. I highly recommend.

My dog, Meela, was surprisingly happy accepting a bath at LaundroMutt - it must be because she knew she’d be spoiled by their wonderful treat selection afterwards! Set-up is great for a DIY bath + blow dry or towel dry!

We had the best first time experience here today with our foster dog. The staff was so helpful and was able to assist with a nail trim and gland extraction as well as helping pick out the right shampoo for our dogs dry, itchy skin. Greta value and a 10/10 experience!

Horrible experience!!!! I paid $60 for grooming/wash and after 4 hours my puppy was the same as dirty and badly trimmed. Please avoid this place as they are not okay to hear a bad feed back. Daisy the “groomer” and the front desk receptionist insulted me and slammed the door as I was exiting. My puppy is now terrified of the water because of this horrible place and service. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!! Daisy and LaundroMutt employees DO NOT REPLY BACK with and explanation to this review, unless you are going to refund me the $60 you charged me, as you can check your cameras how poorly you and groomer behaved towards me. By the way — I brought in the vaccine book and the receptionist told me not worry and to put it away. Really ???? It was a sign that I should’ve payed attention to.

I took my bulldog here for a DIY bath. It was a really pleasant and fun experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My dog left looking and smelling great. I’ll be making more visits!

Very cool selection of every imaginable item your dog will love. The self-serve baths are so much fun. They give you an apron and everything else you need to wash and dry your dog in a waist-high bath tub. There's no easier way to get 'em smelling fresh!

The girl who works there (with the docs) is very nice and helpful! She explained everything super well and showed no hesitation after my dog came in and immediately pottied on the floor. It's very chaotic in the wash room but I guess that's expected when there are many wash stations.

I’ve tried to come here twice but both times the store has been closed without warning. I understand the staffing issue, but if the store is going to be closed the hours on the website should be updated. Or at the very least, a Facebook post to inform clients. I knew of the staffing issues ahead of time so I was sure to double check the website and Facebook page before each visit to make sure I was coming during hours they had listed as open. Both times just to show up to a “closed” sign on the door.

I brought my friend in who is blind, with her service dog. The staff helped her and dog. If she had questions, they answered. The prices are awesome. My friend friend plans to take her dog back again.

Jess- their fear free groomer, was so wonderful with my shy bernedoodle. She left happy with her tail wagging. Typically she leaves a grooming appointments from others places very stressed and anxious. We will absolutely be back to see Jess. The staff was super friendly.

Our dog came home after escaping, and she'd been sprayed with a skunk and rolled on something ever worse smelling. We gave her a bath immediately, but it wasn't enough, so we went to LaundroMutt the next day. Their de-skunking treatment was very effective, and she's clean, soft, fluffy, and sweet-smelling again! The staff was great: friendly, sympathetic, helpful, and supportive!UPDATED: We took our new dog here for a bath today, and once again, everything went great!

Very disorganized, it feels like someone turned four shower heads into hose nozzles and calls it a self wash. The floors are so slick, I'm surprised no one has broken an ankle yet. Feels like the building is going to fall over at any moment. Not inclined to bring my two dogs back for their safety.

We had our first big bath with our new dog, and we were very apprehensive about it. But the guy working there (whose name escapes me) was really awesome about helping us! All the fancy treats there helped out dog calm down and not be 100% terrified for bath time. Great overall experience! Will certainly use again!

My dog is obsessed! Went for the first DIY bath ever with my new 5 month old puppy and loved every minute. AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and welcoming staff, excellent treats, and a super super easy bath experience - and it's only $16!! Come, you won't regret it!

Love this place! I thought they only offered a wash your own dog service but a client I was dog sitting for asked me to bring one of their dogs for a grooming appointment there! They did a fabulous job. The staff is all very nice. They have a huge selection of toys and treats. Highly recommend!!As I always mention in my reviews when relevant, going here supports a small, local, independently owned business.

Great place for grooming your dog yourself or getting it done professionally. If your pet is sensitive definitely try to go during their slow hours. The vacuums, other animals and general noise from the busy rotary out front may be overwhelming. Also, great staff that clearly love what they do!

The staff are incredible! So friendly and always giving my pup treats. The DIY dog wash system is impressive and easy to use. Today I also got some all natural freeze dried lamb to try out, their selection of foods and treats are very high quality

We came in with an absolute stinker - our dog got skunk'd and it was brutal. They walked us through the 3 step process and Stacy was a lifesaver to convince our dog to get up the ramp with a towel! Everyone was patient with her hating the bath and the blow dryer, too.Definitely recommend this location, they're so nice and the whole process was much cheaper than I expected.

Generally love the convenience but they seem to close on a whim or are understaffed. Second time in a few months I’ve come and they’ve been closed during business hours. A person who was also arriving at the same time as me had an appointment and was turned away without reason.

Our Shepherd Mix was intimidated upon seeing the back (parking) entrance but the staff was super positive and helpful. She lured our dog to the front door where it was easier to help her feel comfortable before entering the bath area. Bath was successful with minimal complaints 😀
