Groomers are great in Burlington Store. I drive 15+ miles to take my dog there. Julie is great and so are her colleagues there.It has become expensive though and I hope the price doesn’t go further up.

I scheduled my dog for grooming. I checked heart condition and noted that at last appt the vet tech noted a heart murmur that was currently not being treated. I got 3 txt reminders including on the morning of appt. I also received an email and txt confirmation. Showed up on time to be told they were not comfortable given age and condition. All disclosed when making appt. Didn't waste money there but did waste my time and time to locate a full service dog salon.

The staff is very friendly and caring especially Leslie G. My dog can be fearful and nervous and the grooming staff do their best to make him feel comfortable. Leslie provides excellent service and Chip looks great. She grooms him exactly as we wish and will make helpful suggestions. She is very knowledgeable and kind.

Leslie and Barbra do an amazing job handling and trimming with my two Dobermans nails. My male Doberman is big, strong, hyper and clueless and Leslie does an incredible job getting him to relax enough for her to get his nails done and not knock anything or anyone over. I won't bring either dog to anyone else!

I could get a same day appointment to have my puppy’s nails trimmed and buffed. The groomer took our puppy on time and she did a terrific job. She brought our puppy out to us and told us that it was a good experience for her. I will definitely return.
