Would not reccomend this groomer to anyone we had been bring my golden retriever there for about a year and half and off of a sudden we were told that he would need to be put on trazadone to be brought back for a grooming just said ok and took my dog home.. when I got home and actually took a good look at my dog they cut off the feathering coming on his legs and pretty much shaved his chest.. when I called to ask about this told told me that is a “traditional” golden cut.. was told that my dog is vicious and was trying to bite and that he barks when he’s in the crate..this dog has never bit anyone even when kids stick there hands in his mouth while he’s eating.. pretty sure there was some abuse done to my dog by the was he was acting after I picked him up from the lunatic that owns this place.. the police have been contacted was there will be a investigation… avoid this place at all costs if you love you animal because theses people could care less about you or your furbaby

They do not provide a quote at time of booking or upon your dog being dropped off. It's a "we'll let you know" situation. Now I understand why they don't provide quotes because I wouldn't have had my dog groomed there if I knew the price. The cost of the grooming was the same as a luxury mobile groomer who comes to your house and provides 10x the service. The grooming itself was average but the cost was outrageous.

We brought our dog there to get a hair cut. For $80 they trimmed his ears and his cheeks and did nothing else. Told us that he might smell because he “peed in the crate”. He came back looking the exact same as he was dropped off. The staff was extremely rude. When I expressed why I was unhappy, they were combative and just kept repeating “oh my god” to everything I said. This is not the first incident we have had with them. We had brought our dog there before and he came back with tiny cuts all over his body and yelped when you touched him. We will not be returning. I would not recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere.

The ladies here are wonderful with our little man! We've been taking him to Just Fur Paws for over 3 years now. He gets so excited to go visit them! They do a great job and are easy to work with. They only accept cash or checks, which can be frustrating sometimes, but that is really the only complaint I have.

Just fur paws is amazing & I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have such a friendly staff who are always helpful. I have a Pomeranian who I take here & she always comes out looking amazing. I love just fur paws!

This place is horrible. Staff and management are rude. You don't get a quote. You get a hack job at best for an unreasonable price (which is apparently a surprise) I'd rather hire a 5 yearold with toy scissors to groom my dog. Never again. I always support small business. This one has lost me and everyone I know..

Gina is amazing! She groomed my 2 havaneses today and they look awesome. One of my dogs can be a challenge but it was no problem for her. I’ll definitely go back!

Absolutely wonderful groomers! I know my dog will be well loved while getting a beautiful haircut. She smells nice when coming home and they make her look super cute to boot. So friendly and welcoming. They know everyone in our family's name, but especially my dog. Make sure to bring cash though because they don't accept credit cards. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I strongly recommend going somewhere else to get your dog groomed. I should’ve known to steer clear when I was booking the appointment over the phone. I was not asked what kind of cut I was looking for, what the temperament of my dog was, or proof of any vaccinations. When I arrived they told me that my dog was severely matted and he would have to be shaved. He did have some matting on his legs and ears after staying with a sitter for a week but it was nothing a skilled groomer shouldn’t have been able to handle without completely shaving down to the skin. The original cost of the groom was $140 which for a bath and a shave seems outrageous. When I arrived to pick him up they said that due to the heavy matting it would cost an extra $40 totaling to $180 which makes absolutely no sense since they just shaved it all off and didn’t preform any dematting service. When I got him home I was able to see that he was completely uneven and had a giant bald spot on his face. For such a high price I feel like it is unacceptable to have this as your end result.

They wouldn't provide me a quote when I made the appointment. But when I walked in for the appointment they handed me a note saying the price was $120. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that originally. When I pointed out that I didn't get a quote ahead of time even though I asked, instead of apologizing for the miscommunication (and potentially winning a new customer), they treated me like I was stupid (and lost a potential client with referrals). Poor business etiquette. But nice haircut.

Been going to JFP since they opened. By far the best groomer in the area. They do a fantastic job and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and know your fur baby by name. My dog loves his day of beauty at JFP. You won’t be disappointed.

I started going to Just Fur Paws over 5 years ago with our English yellow lab who struggled with joint issues. The staff at JFP couldn’t have been more accommodating and loving towards my sweet Ghillie. They understand that our pups are family to us and when they’re being groomed they treat them like part of their own family. I now have a young energy-filled German Shepherd puppy and they are fantastic with him. I have moved closer to the city but continue to return to Just Fur Paws because they are simply the BEST!

Amazing team of dog groomers! I travel from the NH border to get my dog's nails clipped and filed by these girls. My mom started bringing her small dogs to Just Fur Paws because of my referral years ago and still is a customer. They do a beautiful job and are so friendly. Best groomer around!

If I could give this place negative stars I would ! Absolutely atrocious employees and management! Rude and inconsiderate! If you want your beloved pet to have a hack job and cuts all over their body as well as getting cussed out by the staff then this is the right place for you !

I brought my shiba inu, Lucy here for the first time. Staff was very friendly and experienced. My typical nervous dog seemed comfortable immediately. They did a great job and I will definitely be back.

Karin, Gina, and the girls are the best and caring shop in the area. my dog, Timon, has been going there since they opened. he's almost 19 now and they take extra special care for him now and he looks like a puppy when he's done. thank you so much ladies.

Do Not go here!!!!! These people do not know how to groom a dog. Their idea of grooming is to shave the animal. My Great Pyrenees came out looking like a poodle with a shorter coat than a greyhound. Terrible, if I could give Zero stars I would.

They are not experienced enough if they don't know to put down a dryer because they can't see your dog is afraid of it...instead they sent me home with a dog that can't even use her leg!

Hands down the best place for grooming my Stan I take him every 6 weeks.the lady’s are very nice and very professional!
