My wife and I really like shopping at Hannaford. Every week they Email me a copy of their flyer so I can see what's on sale. Their prices and selections are great. We like buying the ready made meals in the seafood department, and every Tuesday is Senior Discount. It's well worth the trip.

Really nice supermarket! There's a pretty good selection for the size but some categories are smaller. Great service though, and the managers were out helping people around the store, which is always nice to see.

I had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.

Sounds like that Anon Mouse feller was shopping in Worcester, not North Brookfield. That’s 180° opposite to what I’ve experienced here regarding shoppers over the past 20 years. The meat quality here leaves a bit to be desired, & items I like sometimes disappear without warning, but other than that it’s a pleasure shopping here.

We ordered a Blippi cake online. The Bakery staff and store manager were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with it and I am so thankful! My 3 year old LOVED it!

Lee at the bakery is amazing! I never purchased a cake here before and I explained to her what I wanted for my 2 year Olds bday cake and she did an amazing job! Thank you Lee everyone including the birthday boy loved it

Nice items, good staff for the most part , however the in-store shopper (young woman, dark skin, long black hair in a braid) was racing around the store aggressively cutting people off left and right- missed me by mere inches more than once. Some of the clientele were the rudest I have seen anywhere. Literally in-your-face without ever an excuse me. I had a mother-daughter team on either side of me at the self checkout. Daughter kept passing items to her mother right over me / in front of my face with no warning and no "excuse me." Cashier verified that she saw this herself. Overall, the clientele was rude and aggressive enough that I won't be going back... The demographic here is quite entitled. The vibe is not for me. I believe in basic manners and also not airing your politics via obnoxious T-shirts.

A Small Town market what else would you expect. It's not perfect but it is a hotspot for the locals. Their services include self-checkout and instacart, even Hannaford to go and they will bring everything you ordered to your car. Lots of parking, staff seems friendly. This is a staple in North Brookfield and if it wasn't here there would be a problem. Their pharmacy is nice and convenient, I have all my prescriptions sent here as I am also a local. Nice little market in a nice little town.

Recently got three lobsters from hannafords one out of three was pregnant! The pregnant lobsters are supposed to go back to the ocean some people think lobster eggs are a delicacy but I find it disgusting it ruined my whole meal! Very disappointed.

They've done a great job redoing this store. Beautiful2/13/2023Went for a few items. This store has gotten so expensive. I haven't shopped here in a long while and probably won't again either. $2-4 more for certain products6/15/23Haven't been there for a while but prices are a bit higher then other places. Bought four items spent $21. Bit crazy. But they have items you can't find in other places which makes it kind of an even trade off.10/27/23Had the few items I went in for great sale on American cheese. Store was clean and all were friendly. They have redone the inside of store and deli. It's confusing sometimes especially since you learned the store then they change it. For me but of a hassle I'm visually impaired. But all and all nice place for few items to expensive for my monthly food shopping. But what isn't anymore!!

If you're someone like myself who cares about their health very much, do not shop at this store. Their produce, even the organic stuff, is coated in some type of very scented chemical that smells like laundry detergent or perfume and it does not wash out no matter how many times you try to get rid of it.

Not a bad super market but lately there's only been 1 stressed out looking person running deli & seafood around nights. Store seems to be having staffing issues. I hope they pay that 1 over worked guy well. I'm pretty sure his name began with the letter M. Also kinda weird how they're front case in deli doesn't match the back case & I pointed to a few products the employees didn't know the name of & they have to walk all the way around to the front of the case too see what I'm pointing at. Just seems very inefficient especially if they're serving lines of people. Always very nice staff though.Dont really have any other complaints except that they're hot cooked chickens are always sold out when I want to buy one & the pre-made foods & sandwiches are wayy to expensive.

Standard grocery store experience with some positives. Good prices on produce. You do not need a discount card to get the discounts. Not very busy if your shop in the morning. Staff friendlier than average. Some prices are very low without being on sale. Negative: the coffee selection is Slim.

Good location. Always clean. The hot foods are great on the go when they have them out. Try the General Tsos chicken. Parking lot is a bit tight, but manageable. Never too busy when I stop by.

Makes a perfect snack for busy days. Good prices. **Update**: Wasn't very pleased with the bakery here the last time I tried to place a cake order, though this complaint obviously has nothing to do with the grocery store itself! I have ordered cakes here in the past, including layer cakes & never before had any issues. In fact, the cakes were always made correctly, tasted great, priced fairly & ready for pick up on time. However, the most recent time I tried to order a specific cake, I was told that they couldn't assist me with this particular order, although I had gotten very similar cakes made before at this exact Hannaford location. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to be bothered, or if the employee was new & unfamiliar with the usual routines of the bakery department. I did explain to two different individuals in the bakery that I had ordered cakes similar in the past, and they tried denying the fact, claiming they did not make these types of cakes at their bakery, although I had purchased them there. Whether this was my mistake or theirs, they lost my business, because I had the cake made @ Big Y instead, so it may have only been a $20/$25 cake, but you still lost a bakery customer, based on the fact that you refused to make a fairly simple cake that you had made previously for me. Pretty disappointing, because your cakes are good & priced right. I can't see why they'd choose to argue with loyal customers. I wasn't expecting something that they could've have done. I honestly think maybe they were just too busy with orders, as this was around the time of graduation, so maybe that was the issue, but they should've been honest, instead of pretending not to make an item that I know I have bought from them before. Not the best way to handle customers. Sorry.

I've been going here for decades and love it. Prices are better now that they have a loyalty program. The best part are the employees though. Somehow I've never encountered any terrible problems, even though I've been here that often. It seems management only hires happy people, or perhaps it's just that good to work for them.

Great store! There are always plenty of carts, and plenty of parking even on a weekend morning when it is at its busiest. Staff is constantly restocking produce, and the shelves are always organized. I have tried all other markets within a reasonable distance from my house (Big Y, Stop N Shop, Price Chopper) and I always come back to this one.
