I'm a fan of DG and the staff are always pleasant and working hard, but this store is continuously understocked, understaffed, and pricing inaccurate. Can't keep coming to this store to have items I'm making the trip for be out of stock. Can be disorganized and very messy.

They always have what i want and cheaper than other places. Staff is friendly and kind. Very convenient and handy, nice location all around a pleasent place to go to if you got the time or a few extra bucks to spend. Only issue and its been this way for years, there is almost no room in the aisles. Its a very tight squeeze in some places. I blame the upper management for this entirely. They have only enough people on the man the store not put things away. They need to just bite the bullet and get the store fixed up and organized by putting all the staff on. Absolutely no reason for the store to be so full of carts and boxes over 4 years. That being said it really is a great place just be ready to maneuver around some carts.

Always a mess & cluttered. A lot of nice stuff and bargains in the store but very rarely can you get to the merchandise because of the disorganized aisles. Some of the employees are very immature including an adult that works there.Thankfully there is another one close by in North Brookfield.

This is the worst Dollar General ever. Nobody ever there to help you?Especially at the register. You can't find nothing half the stuff is empty I will never shop there again.

Stood in line for so long while the cashiers chatted with people checking out and when another cashier came on she took the person behind me when I was in line first and then continued to chat with a whole line of people waiting to be checked out and then said rudely to me “can you wait until I’m done cashing this person out” when I started putting my stuff on the counter when she was already done cashing her out and they were just talking. Would not recommend going here.

Love the location. Mixed reviews on store. It's clean each time I go in. The new set up is nice too. Had to return a lot of unwanted Christmas presents and the counter girl was 'less than pleased' do handle the transactions. Had some other issues with the coupons that the counter girls also were 'less than pleased to manage. Other than those two incidents, I found the crew good.

This store is amazing and during these difficult times the employees are do so amazing! This store has stepped their game up a lot. Before when they had their old manager you could barely walk through the store and nothing was ever in stock, now they’re amAzing and their new manager is amazing! Corey, Sean, and the other guy I can’t think of his name taller guy they’re all amazing as well! Especially during this time I noticed them all stepping it up and helping everyone as much as they can!

Decent selection and good prices. My constant personal complaint is this store is CONSTANTLY a mess with carts of stock blocking aisles. It's mind boggling why they would obstruct the sales floor so much. It prevents you from shopping as sometimes entire aisles are blocked.

No just no.. the only good thing about this store at all is Cory and that’s it! Cory is the ONLY good thing about this store, even before the pandemic they never had anything in stock. The fridges are ALWAYS broken! Just no. Big fat no. Maybe if they made Cory manager that store would be back up and running..

Dollar General staff is 5 🌟 Store is 3 🌟The store was much more organized last week.Be careful of deceptive pricing and clearance.My cashier honored the sale price of the seasonal item I purchased. Thank you!However, as usual..only one register open and long wait times.The owner/corporation needs to schedule more cashiers. I felt bad the one cashier. But, despite the people in line waiting to cash out, the cashiers have been super friendly and courteous.

In general the store is great, great prices, good selection of products. It has everything..the one downside I see at this store is that it's usually always cluttered...as soon as you walk in there's u-boats with products on them, cardboard candy holders, tables with clearence items...it's just hard to walk around. They could also keep the shelves more organized.

Three times I've stopped on my way home from work for a gallon of milk or half and half, all three times the dairy section looked like it was picked clean, so against better judgment and the need for a item to hold me over till I can hit a grocery store I stopped. You know that gut feeling the one you always should listen to, well I got my half and half which all they had was really small ones, and we're within date of being fresh, I grabbed one and first cup of coffee in the am and the min that hit the hot coffee boom curdled SOB. So hate to say not stopping there again for any food products. The store clerks are pleasant so it's not like I was treated badly but, needless to say won't be stopping there again.

***I hope Corporate Dollar General reads this.***As far as the variety of merchandise goes. I gotta say it's pretty 🔥. Getting down the aisles and around the store is a bit scary( cluttered shelves yes but, also the floors of the aisles are pretty packed with stuff like associate's freight carts, carriages etc.and well merchandise. However these stores carry an abundance of R.C Cola unlike other places I've been like BigY. Wal-Mart. Etc. ***If there ever is a fire in this place people in wheelchairs, on scooters, with walkers or crutches I fear for their lives while shopping/and/or being in here. *** The 36 inch ADA Rule needs to be stressed company wide. I've been to other other Dollar Generals and they are like this.

This Dollar General is not my favorite but it was convenient today. It is very messy and the aisles are often filled with merchandise or boxers so you can't even go down them. I'm surprised that someone hasn't cited this business for the fact that it would be a fire hazard.

This store has never been run right and I think corporate is to blame for many reasons. The DG in North Brookfield has a different feel to it, never crowded with inventory to be displayed, neat and clean, and fully stocked. Brookfield is a hot mess.

As expected of a dollar store, prices were good. I found this particular store a bit disorganized and the stocking on the shelves was a bit behind schedule on replacing missing items. Items on the shelf were a bit disheveled. The redeeming factor: the staff. Friendly and helpful they were.

A disaster to navigate through this store. The clothing isle is overloaded with all seasons of clothes. Definitely a deterrent to browse. They need a special task force to separate clothing in to categories and bring some type of order.

I love this location. The store is always neat and organized. The employees are super friendly and always smiling , happy and talkative. They are very helpful and have a great knowledge of a lot of the products they sell in thier store. I live in between this location and the palmer location. I will NOT step foot in the palmer store. Its dirty, unorganized and I've only met one employee that was friendly there. It's worth the extra few minute drive to get to this location.

I like the convenience of having this store so close. The prices are great and they carry a nice variety of products. They are saving me money by keeping me out of the big box chains where I would buy things I really didn't need. Thank you DG.

I've been going to this store since they opened the staff are very hard working and always friendly and taking the time to help I have especially notice one employee named Shawn who makes everyone feel welcome helping a lot of the elderly costumes I work at Venture Elderly Services and everyone knows Shawn for being so helpful in finding Items they need no matter how busy he is stalking shelved and working the register he will always stop to assist the customer in finding the products they need. When you shop at Dollar General it feels like your in an old country store its that personal feeling you'd get back in the day when people cared.Thanks youJohn Kenney

Where stuff is generally a dollar. Actually you would be hard pressed to find anything for a dollar but in these days you shouldn't expect to.My complaint here is everything is so disorganized that it's impossible to find what you are looking for.There is a nice variety of okay product and it is fun browsing around and finding cool things.Prices are ok. If you look hard enough you might find some steals.

I just drove 45 minutes to get here because Google says they are open until 9:00 p.m. only to find the doors locked and a sign on the door that says 8 to 8 this is incredibly unprofessional and I am furious.Change your Hours to the correct time I am going to be Demanding something for my inconvenience

Great above and beyond service. Apparently FedEx has a relationship with Dollar General. FedEx's standards led me to having to pick up a package at my local Dollar General in Brookfield. Because of many missed cues from FedEx I was a little annoyed with the situation. The staff at Dollar General made everything right after a very poor experience with FedEx. Dollar general won my business in the future. Thank you Dollar General.

For some reason, Brookfield DG is a big disappointment versus North Brookfield. Brookfield Dg seems stressed and overwhelmed...not blaming the workers at all, the mess comes from above. The workers are great!

Great local store with a team pf friendly staff, and it offers a variety of goods for great prices. If you need food, clothes etc this is the place to shop. 🙂👍
