I showed up at the store at 8PM to buy a bird I was told it's an hour before closing so they don't sell animals so late. REALLY! It's a pet store bro! I was so disappointed I just walked out. They are normally very nice at this store but tonight I don't get it.

I would have given 5 stars but twice now they didn't have live crickets for my Indonesian tree frog. Call ahead of time. They did, however, have some adorable doggy outfits, many on clearance, and I bought a little dress as a gift for my friend's new puppy 😊 She loved it! My tree frog was fed from another pet store for now.

Customer service is top notch! Luis’ communication skills are extremely impressive! He was very responsive to an item being out of stock; called me in advance to advise me of the out of stock item. Appreciate the customer care given at this location.

This was my first time using the store. I used the curbside pick up but ended up going into the store to check it out. Not only was I amazed at the prices but at the merchandise selection as well. The staff were super friendly and knowlegable about product location well above and beyond what I expected. They now have a customer for life.

Great business, fantastic prices and good selection. Only wish they had a bigger selection of dog clothing in the store. Their stuff is really cute and made well from whoever supplies their products. Glad to see they expanded & opened a store closer to me (South Attleboro location). Will definitely shop there more often.

Every time I go in that store I'm greeted by happy retail they're always happy to be there. I also seem to get my hard to find pet food. So my review is reflected upon the customer service and the fact that they were able to keep stock after the pandemic.

The fish are always sick and in quarantine just about every time I go in there. I call to see if they are or not in quarantine and the kids that answer the phone says it's okay nope they were still in quarantine so a trip and waste of my time

Wife and I walked in 1-22-23 around 1130 very well organized store very clean very friendly and very knowledgeable associates Great selection of pet supplies got a whole bunch of cat food and accessories for my cat I will recommend this and I will return 100% came in again 5-24-23 I saw a few more products which I bought for my cat great service as always then again 3-17-23

Ordered some items online and went to pick them up. The nice girl at the register couldn't find the order so she asked her manager. The manager came out and couldn't have been more rude. He acted put out because he had to help me. The order was missing items and the manager told me they were in the shipment that came in and I would have to wait. When I asked how long, in a frustrated tone, he said "I don't know, maybe 30 minutes. I told him not to worry about the items that were missing, he could just take them off the total. I wanted the items, but the manager made it seem like such an ordeal, I just didn't want to cause problems. He went away to update the order, and the nice girl who was helping me, apologized for her managers behavior, saying he was in a bad.mood. I felt bad she.noticed his behavior and felt the need to apologize. She started packing up my items, and the manager came back. In an aggressive tone, he told the girl to use plastic bags instead of paper. I said paper was fine. The nice girl took initiative to help, apologized for his service, and the Manager reprimanded her in front of us. That was not appropriate. I get that everyone has bad days, bit a manager needs to leave it at the door and put on the customer service hat. UnfortunatelyI didn't get names. But I commend the nice girl for her help and service, and the manager needs a coaching conversation about his attitude.

Staff keeps the store clean and stocked, friendly and customer service oriented. The aquatic department attendant was very knowledgeable and helped me with understanding my water parameters and offered multiple solution paths based on products available in store. The staff is friendly and enjoys each other's company making for a nice environment to shop.

I'm in there pretty much every week shopping and secret shopping!My first post was literally from 2 years ago. The second half of this post I write in 2024 February 2023rd as I sit in the parking lot. I could not wait to get home to write this review. I just encountered the most unprofessional staffin a long time. Or should I say ever at this store to hear someone swearing about the smell of cigarettes from his other co-worker. One sales rep standing around talking about Receiving food stamps standing at the While I'm making my transaction being obnoxious. I literally was in the store less than five minutes thank god The female that was checking me out. I had to tell her one of my items is buy 1. Get 1/2 off. She really tried to charge me $40 instead of 30. She didn't remove it until I said something.For them to hire more minorities in the store. Compared to before, is this how you are acting? And no I am not racist because I am a 100% A minority is sad it's ridiculous speak to your staff. Literally all three should be ashamed of themselves. And if the manager was in front in the little booth You had to hear what's going on and this is ridiculous.
