This picture of the pharmacy line around the corner and down an isle speaks for itself. Poor staffing which is unfair to the employees and the customers. The line barely moves. I highly recommend not using CVS Pharmacy on N. Pearl St. Brockton until they are staffed properly. This is not a reflection on the pharmacy workers. It’s not their fault that companies are greedy and do not want to spend the money to staff their facilities to accommodate the workload.

The worst CVS I have had an experience. Staff are rude and arrogant. They never explain properly. You talk to them and they can just start looking at their computer, ignore you by doing other order! The worst thing they say different things every time when you come to pick up the meds. I have disabled child and she needs meds, every time when we go there they say it is not ready come tomorrow then you come next day they say “oh insurance did not approve” or “we do not have it now, company did not send us” or “we did not have updated insurance info” Then why you send me back home and telling me it is gonna ready tomorrow! If you have issues with insurance or you don’t have at storage/warehouse whatever, then you have to tell me! But not sending me back home I would find another solution and not wasting days!!! I am not ordering food or clothe or cosmetics whatever! This is my daughters treatment, her health her life. This is keep repeating and I am not gonna ignore that. I will complain. It is ridiculous. The worst the worst place especially STAFFFFF! They should learn how to talk with people and they should know their job better!!!!!

Your pharmacy is getting worse with drive through. Last night 6 car wait left to come back after work tonight. Note window that the wait time at window will be longer because of staffing. Your employees need to learn how to multi task. or close the drive through all together. if you can’t operate it properly then why have it.How many more complaints about this location will it take before CVS actually gives a $@&t and makes changes?

I don’t know what is going on here but corporate needs to do something about the staffing. It’s clear that the drive thru is being ignored. There aren’t enough people dealing with the customers with complex issues. I just spent over an hour here. Half in the drive thru and then I went inside with my rambunctious 3 year old for another half hour. This is ridiculous. The staff is doing the best they can but they need help asap. In the meantime I will using another location.

If I could give u zero I would the people working here do a awful job. Calling cops because a person wants they money back and then having cops come a put the hands on female swearing and cussing. The store putting old products on the shelf and for those that u can't see or open they want to talk about store policy's no type of accommodaation with an attitude promise y'all won't be working here for much longer.

I love going to CVS. It's always conveniently located and you can always find a 24hour store if you need it. Just be careful, it's common to go in for two things and come out with 20 because of the deals and available goodies. I juat wish they could reduce the length of their receipts - the receipt takes as long to print as the shopping experience!

Made an order for an Rx to be delivered as I’m house bound on crutches. When they asked if I wanted to purchase anything else from the store I picked a few items that I needed. Rx was delivered, nothing else. I attempted to call the pharmacy twice they simply do not answer. Tried through store manager, they did not take the call via him. Called customer service twice they assisted putting the call through, said they were picking up and voila! No Answer! What decent pharmacy ignores their own phone?? What if I had a led question??? Abominable. Stay away

Loyal CVS customer for years and years. Got a 20% off rewards coupon in the mail, so i went in to take advantage and pick up a few of the more costly, name brand items we infrequently purchase. I was told I couldn't use the coupon it because it was assigned to a different card. It had my name on it! The supervisor wouldn't even override it. Poor customer service

LOVE THE STORE STAFF.ALL FOUR (4) STARS ARE FOR THE FRONT STORE. If youse didn't have the Pharmacy, you would be Five (5) Stars Store.HATE THE PHARMACY, THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Use to be so good to go there. Since Covid, calling is the Option, but YOUSE DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. I've transferred as many meds as I could, to Non-CVS Mailed Meds. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GREAT STAFF YOU HAD? ARE THEY GONE?

Min clinic can be a terrible wait sometimes but the D's are usually thorough.. except the one time the dr refused to give my sister in law medication and told her she didn't want to give her antibiotics because ppl could "get addicted to antibiotics" I couldn't make this up I was standing there like is this lady serious! Then she proceeded to try and sell my sister in law on homeopathic remedies instead of medicine for everything!! And your supposed to be a dr?? Maybe she is in the wrong line of work. It took my sis in law arguing with her and letting her know if it turned into pneumonia because the dr refused to give her a z pack that she would be back with a lawyer. I also had to throw in that any dr who thinks ppl get addicted to z packs are in the wrong profession lol most crazy thing I've ever heard from a dr. But besides that incident I've always gotten great care from them.

Walked in at 5:30PM (walk ins don’t end until 7/8PM) for a DOT physical and the lady working there told me to come some other day because it was too late and “it will take too much time”, and then proceeded to give me every excuse until I decided to go elsewhere. Staff picks and chooses what to do, and when to do it. Ridiculous
