I found my forever best friend here! Due to that, I HIGHLY recommend. The facility was clean, employees were welcoming and professional. The employees were able to answer all my questions and allowed me 1:1 time with my little guy. Additionally, upon adoption of my dog (Gus), he was clean, well taken care of, had all updated shots, appropriate flea/tick care, and was neutered. Easy process and of course I could not be more happy with our new family member.

Appointment only! Wonderful clean place and everyone is so friendly. Met some cute hamsters and adopted a new friend. Just a heads up, I did not get cell service (Verizon, 5G) in and near the adoption center. Otherwise 10/10 visit and will definitely keep in mind when I choose to adopt again!

I adopted my first cat here earlier this year and the process was very smooth. I filled out an application online and a staff reached out to me the same day. I made an appointment to meet my cat and the adoption counselor answered my questions. Next thing was signing paperwork and pay adoption fee, then I was good to bring my cat home. My cat was sneezing a lot the day I met her and it didn't stop after I brought her home. As a first time cat mom I was so concerned and confused, but eventually the sneezing slowly went away about a week later. Apparently it's common in cats at shelters. Now she's doing wonderful at her new home and I hope to grow old with her. Thank you!

By appointment only. Scheduled my time and was nicely greeted at the door. Very clean cages and place. They allowed me to walk through and pick my new companion. He's healthy,beautiful and adjusting well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to adopt.

An amazing experience! We’ve been looking for a dog for months and finally found the right one. We fell in love with Bentley, and working with Kay was great. Within 24 hours, we adopted him and now he’s fitting well into our home. Highly recommend this organization.

LOVE 'EM FOR LIFE!When adopting a pet we make a vow to that pet in sickness and in health til death do us part.....a serious commitment to ponder before adopting any pet. All pets will cost money; Food, medicine, routine care, emergency care, flea & tick treatments. Even the tiniest of critters if taken care of well could be costly.Each pet has its unique needs and also Conditions it's prone to that must be addressed for proper care.A visit to vets office can run 75- 500 easily.Adoption should be a family decision. Most children will slack on their responsibilities. ..they’re kids.Don't get a child a pet unless you want the pet also.# 1 reason most pets ending up in shelters is for lack of money for care, children losing interest or death of owner.Have a plan in place for your pets if you should become ill or die.Behavioral issues can be addressed in most cases....animals from shelters need extra love and support and training....give it time.Do your research on the pet of your choice , be financially able to care for the pet and promise it's tiny heart you'll LOVE 'EM FOR LIFE❤️❤️❤️(not affiliated with any shelter )

This place is the worst. My dog ended up here due to unfortunate circumstances where someone made false claims. Me and others tried getting him back, a true team of animal lovers whom all knew him well. After being promised they'd not euthanize him, I was told by a friend, whom again with me and others tried getting him back, that he Mr. Freeze was not there. I called up and asked what was going on. They could not give me a straight answer and I was informed he had been euthanized. Again he ended up there by the malicious behavior of someone else. I had his UKC paperwork and proof of ownership and I was just turned away. I really felt profiled. He was a friendly and well trained dig To this day I'm still lost and have no real answers. Miss you Freeze!

Love this place got my cat Wednesday from here. I was desperately searching for a cat as a first time pet owner and a staff reached out to me when Wednesday came in. She fits so perfectly with our home and we love her to bits. ALSO they offer $10-$15 mail trimmings for cats and they are so fast and inexpensive and EASY to get an appoinment compared to other grooming services in the area!

I highly recommend this place! I just adopted my first cat from here and I could not ask for a better experience. The staff answered in a timely manner, and they made the adoption process so fun and pleasant. They were so friendly and patient, and gave me all of the information I needed for my new fur baby! I can also tell the staff love the animals and take good care of them. This place is the best.

I became homeless and February and managed to keep my two emotional support pets for about a month until I couldn't get my friends to let me bring them with me for one reason or another.It broke me in two to leave them there, as I thought it would only be temporary.I was told it was a permanent surrender.They wouldn't let me say goodbye to them. Only that they were adopted together.The one girl as much as said, just rip off the band-aid and let it healNot likely. I had Jojo since she was Five weeks old. She's 18and I had JG since she was Five weeks old as well. I taught them to be my emotional support pets because of PTSD, ANXIETY BI-POLAR AND DEPRESSION. THEY KOVE CATNIP AND THE SQUEEZE PASTE FROM FANCY FEAST AND THE CHEWY STICKS TOOIF YOU ADOPTED THEM TOGETHER TRY TO GET TO KNOW THEIR BEHAVIOR AND MOOD. THEY'LL COME AROUND. I'M STILL NOT OVER THEM. BUT WILL ALWAYS LOVE THEM.

Great place to adopt a pet. The staff is very friendly and made the process easy. They not only had dogs and cats but also Guinea pigs, rabbits and a few other small critters. They only get 4 stars because, as I understand it, they are a kill shelter. Very good adoption experience!

This is an excellent shelter. The staff are dedicated to helping the animals and ensure they are healthy and happy. There is a regular vetinarian, and well trained staff. Adopt from here if you can give an animal a safe and loving forever home. 💜

Amazing friendly and informative staff, they were always eager to help us. We really enjoyed the little area where you can sit and interact with the cats. We were primarily there to view the adoptable cats, and they had a pretty good selection. We especially enjoyed getting to know a cat named Gemini in particular. She was very sweet but a little timid, but thats to be expected. Overall the center has a very peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.
