I have had enough and making the switch. Constant change in the pharmacy employees. Rude and untrained in customer service. The Pharmacy manager is just the same. There is no customer service at all! They really do not care as there is always another person behind you. I am all done!!

Since Rich has left the Bridgewater location is awful. They now have added days before you to get most prescriptions. They have a building in Mansfield that dispenses the prescriptions and has them shipped to the stores. Generally takes an added day or two, sometimes more. Hope you don't need your prescription same day because you may be out of luck. I'd switch to CVS, but I've been there done that and they are no better.

Customer service is very bad. Today I went to do a money transfer at the western Union kiosk, but no one seemed to have any clue on how to do a money transfer, and on top of that they made unpleasant faces and I asked for help. I understand that if they have this type of service they should also know on how to guide customers. :(

I have no idea what has been going on in the last 3 months there but I've never had issues before. The staff are dismissive and rude, constant issues with the "home delivery" system. I'll be switching my medications to another company.

Very busy store. Sometimes the lines at the pharmacy are quite lengthy. Customer service is great. I always seem to be saving money because of there Rewards Program. It's definitely worth joining.

On 5/13/22 I went to get my second vaccine at this location and the treatment at the pharmacy was awful. I had scheduled my appointment online and when I get there staff says they couldn’t find my appointment. Pharmacy was completely empty, no one waiting, nothing and the pharmacist with a lazy attitude told me there was nothing she could do to vaccinate me. I told her there is no one here, I’ve been here before and you have all my info. It takes 2 minutes to administer a vaccine and she insisted she couldn’t when clearly she just didn’t want to prep (I know they had plenty of doses and time on their hands). I left and immediately went to the Walgreens in Middleboro 15 minutes away and I was helped immediately. Pharmacy checked me right in, thawed a vaccine for 10 minutes and they were fast and efficient. No questions asked about an appointment, they helped me right away. Shame on this Walgreens in Bridgewater! The pharmacy will definitely not be getting any business from me ever again!

My wife and I both had appointments to get covid booster shot. We waited in the Covid line for 35 minutes just to checkin. Nobody at the pharmacy came over once. After that we waited another 20 minutes before getting called for the shot. They certainly did not care about our time. Poor customer service.

Great people, Richie the head pharmacist use to be at Brooks when it was open. He's real nice and really helps a lot. Once I went in after just switching insurance, but it hadn't activated yet, so I would have had to pay full price for the meds, but they helped me out and gave me as many coupons as possible to lower it by over $100.

I was a Rite Aide customer who was forced to switch to Wallgreen's for myself and my mom's prescriptions. Two very busy pharmacies merged into one with NO increase in staff!!!! Ever since then, every time I go there, there is a problem. I pick up one prescription and as I get home my phone is ringing that another one is ready. Three times now my doc has faxed over a prescription that they claim they do not have. And they are not the least helpful when this happens. Their response? "Sorry, it's not here in your file". At Rite Aide, if there was a problem, they would always say they will contact the doctor and fix it. I'm done. I'm switching over to mail in and CVS. Bring Back Rite Aide!!!!!

I love this pharmacy. I've been going here for many years and they are so good to me. Despite problems with insurance companies the pharmacist always make sure I have what I need. I was going on vacation and needed my script a couple days early and they had no problem doing this for me the staff at walgreens pharmacy in Bridgewater are so patient and understanding of my needs. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Your loyal customer, Ashley.

Pharmacy staff is less than helpful, they changed my script to different brand with highest copay & never advised me. When i questioned they had no good anwser. I moved my perception right back to CVS.

Rich has been the best Pharmacist I've ever had..not that they are all not wonderfully talented however I had the chance to work with him from a Drs office and as a Pat i ent. Both have been a pleasure.

Just about every time I fill a prescription either they do not have the medication in stock,or the prescription is filled incorrectly...last month I believe I did not receive my high blood meds although they claim I signed and received them

I have gone to other drug stores/pharmacy and had terrible service, gotten wrong meds. I highly recommend Wallgreens in Bridgewater the pharmacists are tops! 👍
