I shop here all the time it's my favorite home Depot to go to, they're always well stocked always extremely helpful and very polite and cheerful. This morning a very nice and polite woman named Kathy help me out and make sure all my questions were answered and I left there with everything I needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant and had a great attitude!

I love in Randolph and work in Bridgewater and have to say this is my default Home Depot. They always have everything I'm looking for in stock unlike the Avon location closer to where I live. Staff are super friendly too.

Its a big box hardware store with a decent selection of appliances, electrical fittings, light fixtures, paint, lumber, etc on site. One can also order a vast array of items remotely, or order in bulk - but honestly, if you need to buy bulk construction material, you can find better deals.Easy access to 24 / 495. Plenty of parking, even if you're in a work truck with a trailer.Some associates are even helpful, or have some knowledge.

Doesn't carry basic adhesive cloth bandages as a stand alone product. You can buy 500 ways to get hurt, but cant buy a box of BandAids

Maybe it's my location, but the home depot versus lowes near me the inventory the help you get from the employees it is The Home Depot hands down.

Tried to take the survey on the bottom of my receipt but it wouldn't let me.Mike in the lumber department was awesome! He apologized for the wait was very friendly and made small talk while cutting some 2x8's for me.I have Home Depot closer to me but this store is always cleaner, better stocked and has friendlier staff.

This morning's visit started out well, with a gentleman in the aisle helping me gather the wood planks I needed and load them on to the metal cart. My shopping experience went straight downhill from there. I got in line at the register by the contractor loading area. The woman behind the register, obviously anxious to go on break, waved me off and told me to go to the next register. There was one customer already in line there. After moving over as directed (Not an easy task with these cumbersome carts and long pieces of wood aboard) the cashier at this register was having trouble finding the UPC code needed to ring up the customer in front of me. We waited, other customers gathering behind me. Finally an employee, "Tim" it read on his apron, noticed the lengthening line and called the people behind me to the next register. He got them quickly through and out the door. Still, I stood there waiting for the customer in front of me to be finished with his purchase. At some point Tim looked over and noticed I was still in line. He called me back to the first register I had been at and quickly and efficiently rang my items, then apologized for my wait. The female cashier came back from whereever she had gone and looked at me and said, "oh, you're still here?" Ues! Still there!! When I was leaving, I looked over and the customer at the other register was still waiting to finish and rolled his eyes at me in clear exasperation. Bad experience, poorly trained people. Tim was the only shinig star in this experience. Try to hire more employees like Tim. I'll go back to Lowe's.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot they have many different items some what you would not expect there such as laundry detergent fabric softener is now they even have car motor oil and other items that they didn't used to carry which makes it more of a one-stop-shop then it used to be still many things that they do not have but it's getting better and better also I have purchased on this visit exterior trim and wood and shutters

I was so impressed with the service this morning! I had to return items. Three employees at the return desk ready for customers; no lines. An employee in the power tool section who guided me to the tile section for what I needed. An employee in the tile section who looked up and directed me to the item I needed. An employee at the checkout who assisted me. Many employees everywhere restocking and helping. So nice to see. Reminded me of pre covid service. Great job Bridgewater HD

The product I wanted was not available but I was able to make one out of materials in the store. The staff were minimally helpful. I recall a time when workers at hardware stores would work with you to get what you wanted or figure out a way to make due what they had in the store. Now it seems like the response is "that is we have" or "we don't have that". Thankfully the store is well stocked with a variety of items to allow for creativity.

There is no place like Home,.. Depot. We purchase what we need with the employees opinions. I adore this store. Plenty of home repairs to work on, but not stressful because of the shopping and purchasing experience We always have here. Other Home Depot stores as well. What nice associates. Great job!

Appliance delivery guys were rude and acting like it was a huge inconvenience. They also said microwave is damaged so you won’t get the today and delayed it a week. Then they were like we don’t install dishwashers and just left it there and the old one they were supposed to haul away. They also had an attitude when I asked them to come to the back door instead of the front. I will never get delivery services from them everrrr again!

This Home Depot is not close to my home, but for 3 1/2 years, every time I visit family that way, I always stop. I've never even seen the same employees or maybe dont remember them but everyone that works at this store has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this location and wish it was closer. Thank you all for all you do.

This is the first review I’ve left about a consumer experience for anything, anywhere. If an establishment advertises that it is open until 9:00PM, a customer should be able to anticipate the doors being open until 8:59PM. Last night I needed specific light bulbs and made the decision to drive to this location, realizing it would be tight. I arrived to locked doors at 8:49PM. Another gentleman had already been standing there and simply wanted to return a 5-gallon bottle for a machine rebate. After standing for a few minutes I waved at an employee who happened to come near the exit to straighten something. She made eye contact and quickly turned her back pretending not to see me. As I was driving away in my car at least 2 other people parked in the lot and one other approached the door to find it locked. I have worked retail. I get wanting to clean up and get home after a long day. But locking up over 10 minutes early and refusing to acknowledge upset customers waiting at the door is just lazy and completely unacceptable. End rant.

As long as I still see registers open and are able to see a person at the regular register as well as at the contractors register I will not complain, but when Home Depots putting people out of work and wants customers to do there work by scanning there own items, it will be time for me to ether go to Lowe's or just do what Home Depots does , order all my stuff online and not deal with a company that is not interested in there own people or even there customers. These time are hard enough. Home Depot take care of your workers because they take care of your customers. Your computer's don't care about customers.

Several times I have had Drew the employee help me find items. Each time he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. If he wasn't sure he immediately called someone who would know the answer. He is a great employee and and stands out as a fine young man.Thank you Drew.

Ordered a gas range online to be delivered through this location, backordered initially but after that they just didn't show up 3 times in a row and had to call THEM each time just to have them continue to say oh sorry tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Obviously it was never going to show up so I canceled it and now nobody can figure out how to refund my money. Over $700 out for over 2 months and nothing to show for it.

Very disappointed. Ordered $1,200.00 of fence paid and said it was in stock rented a truck to go pick it up not instock. Wait it gets better. The are going to ship it to my home to compensate me for renting a truck. Scheduled delivery shows up with 9 pieces of a 29 piece order. I cancelled the order. Gonna try and buy direct or check Lowe's. Two wasted days

This store started out well with great service. Most of the employees had knowledge of the trades applicable to the department they worked in and they offered advice. Now they're just minimum wage young people who do not care whether you buy something or not. Not friendly, don't acknowledge customers or greet them at all. One told me to find someone else to assist me. Yah, right, at Lowes I will from now on.

Out of stock. Their website showed 150 pieces. I needed 65. They actually had 17. Computers don't make mistakes. People make mistakes. Don't do a drive based on website advertised inventory. (Lowes had 200, they got my money).

I am more disappointed each time I walk into this store. Nobody in this place knows anything about their stock or how to use it. 9/10 employees will walk directly by the customer without any type of acknowledgement. Most of the staff are high school/college folks who would rather gossip and talk about shift schedules than offer assistance or do some actual work. Often times I have to sneak between isles to avoid those obnoxious solar salesmen. During the day they have one register open. Anyways, Today I was overcharged for an item and was told I had to walk over to customer service for the correction. (my item was a 16 foot piece of lumber...not easy to trek across the store with). The customer service representative was rude, made me feel like I was lying about the overcharge, then pawned me off on one of the associates at a register. The kid at the register says, to me, "so what am I doing here?", to which the customer service rep replies, "I'll just do it"...he then proceeds to talk about how the initial employee who overcharged me is "so stupid". Then accidentally drops my change on the floor and says "OOPS!" while I pick it up. Support your local hardware store folks, forget this place.I bumped it to 2 stars because the Paint lady is very nice, along with an older gentleman who makes an effort towards Customer Service.
