Scott is an amazing trainer to work with! He got a wild bird in my puppy's mouth at 9 weeks old and is always there to encourage me and my puppies to get them to the next level. He has a wealth of knowledge of experience in hunting and with pointing and retrieving dogs. He has birds that can be used on site to make the training as easy as possible. I've referred many customers to Scott and all have been impressed with him and what he can accomplish with their dogs. Scott also helped to get my two dogs become certified as Therapy Dogs. Thank you Scott for all you do! You are not only a trainer to my dogs but my friend now as well.

Scott has years of experience with bird dog training and it shows. He has a big love for pointing breeds and sharping up their natural hunting abilities. Located on the South Shore the property provides a large field with great coverage for birds along with a river to be able to do water work. He has live birds and every piece of equipment needed. If you are looking to do field trials or simply have a great bird dog he will help get you and your dog to reach your goals. He has gone above and beyond to help me train my dog and has guided me every step of the way. Best around!

Both my son and myself have enjoyed working with Scott from Elmwood Kennels to trainour dogs for Navhda field trials.The dogs have done great , and were expectingthe quality German wirehair pup we bought from Scott to prize also . Scott did a great job training with my Weimaraner. Started him early and had him pointing on the first session! Very structured process of training with live birds both on the table and in the field. Highly recommended!!!
