I called up last week to order a couple of tons of wood pellets for my pellet stove for this coming winter and they were delivered to my driveway the next day. I would highly recommend Bridgewater Farm Supply

**** Don’t use this business for driveway delivery ***I had material delivered and as the truck pulled away it leaked a lot of hydraulic oil on my driveway. I then notified first the manager and then the owner John as to what happened. He then came out to try to wash it off but it didn’t work. I then asked what he was going to do next and said we will have to wait and see. Well no response from him so after many phone calls I asked if he could pay to reseal my driveway as it was just previously done. He says no that’s not gonna happen and hung up on me. As a business owner he should take responsibility and do the right thing. I’ve ordered from them many times over the years and never had an issue until now.

Don’t bring your gas grill tank to be refilled young kid does not want to fill it played games with me brought a new tank told me defective..don’t waste your time ….like I did 2 times ..kid smelled like he just smoked some pot ... I dot care but at least do your job ....

Bridgewater Farm Supply is a great little store. I buy my dog food, bird seed, and animal supplies there. They also have a nice selection of rubber boots and outerwear.The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even carry out my big bags of dog food for me.

Great Place with friendly staff, I have been here several times to get rid of several truck load of brush and leafs, very reasonable price to get rid of the yard debris. When I need several yards of Loam and 3/4 blue gravel , it was so easy to schedule and they were able to deliver both in 1 trip at one of the best prices around!

I have been buying wood pellets at Bridgewater Farm by the bag as needed in the fall and winter seasons for many years now. They carry higher quality pellet brands than those sold at big box home improvement retailers.The staff at BFS is consistently helpful, professional and courteous. Buy local, support small business.

We have a lot of trees so a lot of yard waste. We've taken bags and bags of leaves here and it's such a great service at a low cost. Easy too. I'm thankful this business exists since our town doesn't have yard waste collection.

The reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because of the delivery guy! He helped us carry it off truck was super strong and helped us place it in our desires position! Extremely amazing human! The large door automatically closes there is no way to prop it open, so when cleaning out the coop (which you need to do weekly) the wind blew it and I was trapped inside! I luckily somehow had my cell phone this time. I have now added a device to hold the door open for Safty reasons. The egg collection part doesn’t have locks i have also added - but an animal could lift it up in two mins and kill our whole flock so not sure what the point of a coop is if to not protect our birds. Additionally there was no hinges on top so couldn’t hang lights to deter predictors, feeders, water or treats hangers - we have added this as well. Let me continue, we have added perches because this coop is supposed to hold 12 chickens (not sure how) but also they are all supposed to sit on the same level perch and not fight? Additionally the glass fell out and we just purchased this is the beginning of summer we have put it back a few time but at this point it won’t stay up. I wish i could post pictures as proof/improvements if someone can help assist me in how to post I would really appreciate! I will update after 6 months of having this if it is still intact.

There are more than a few places close to me that can deliver screened loam for less than half what I pay Bridgewater Farm Supply to deliver to my home, but there products are in a category all their own. Whether I'm planting grass or filling up a raised garden bed, I've found a 50/50 mix of their leaf compost and screened loam is the perfect earth for the job. Dark, crumbly, easy to shovel, holds water but also drains well. Perfect in every way and very easy to place an order for delivery online. I tried to find a replacement supplier nearby (for the cheaper delivery charge), but nothing compares so I'm a customer for life.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!I called asking about their rabbit supplies and the two people I spoke with were so helpful, I even got lost on the way there and gave them a call and they found a way to help me get to their store.While there a lovely woman showed me the supplies (everything I needed for my bunny and even more) and after paying for my items (some I needed and others a surprise purchase) a lovely gentleman even offered to help me bring the several bags of hay I bought to my car!These two awesome people have won me over with their kindness and professionalism going above and beyond! For as long as they’re open they’ll have a customer for life with me!

Tryed to order hay for delivery. I set up the order a week in advance they didn’t show up so I called and were told they were on their way then few hours later I called and spoke to a very rude gentleman who told me he’s just a worker bee it’s not his problem and that they were other priorities but my order. Then hung up on me! When I called back and spoke to his manager I was told that cancel my order would be fine and they really didn’t care. Sorry I will never do business with that company again.

Looooove this place they everything and anything u might need and want for your fur AND feather babies!!! I will be back at least weekly!!! Can pick up cat food, natural kitty litter, bird food, and lots of cute things as well as very well made and pretty leashes, harnesses, and collars for your dogs...and cats!!!:)

I really like this Farm Supply company, although the website leaves a lot to be desired! If you don't see it on the website, be sure to call! I wanted flaxseed in bulk and didn't see it on their site, but, not only do they have it, it's cheaper than anyone online! I save myself a lot of money going here. I make microwavable neck wraps and flaxseed is the best product for holding the heat, and since I sell them, getting the best price is a definite advantage!
