The guy who claimed to be the owner is a genuine AHOLE. He was so rude to us and didn’t even respond to our questions with any respect. He should go learn how to speak to his customers. If this is the type of store they have here in Cape Cod, then I am happy with our corner stores in California. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Avoid this place at all costs. We have just been in there and were overcharged by $27.99 by an incredibly aggressive shop owner. When challenged he started swearing at us. We are visitors from the UK and have never had such an unpleasant experience. He then began shouting and yelling ‘that this was shopping in America’ and threw back the $28 without issuing a new receipt and made out it was our fault. We have since arrived back to our accommodation and found he charged us twice for a $3.89 packet of flipz. I believe he did these things knowingly and I am considering reporting his fraudulent abusive actions to the police although realize this may have been severe mental health issues

I agree with the comments from the other customers about the service level. I used to think the people were nice, now I just find the clerk rude. You ask a question and its seems you have majorly inconvenienced them. I will going down to Cumberland farm for the basics and into Orleans for the rest of my grocery from now on.

Horrific service. My family has spent many April vacation weeks in this town and used this store previously my experiences ranged from un-noteworthy to pleasant. But I was in there tonight with my 11yo. At one point I took a picture of the back of a bottle because I couldn’t read the print and the clerk barked something at me and I looked over and said “excuse me” and he just mumbled. I figured I was mistaken.My kid went up to the front and was looking at something the man yelled “what do you want” my kid “oh um nothing” and came back to join me. While we were deciding on what type of popcorn to get I hear “hey hurry up!!!” I looked at my 11yo “is he talking to us?” The clerk “yeah yeah come on! let’s go! We’re closing soon.” I go up to the register try to explain that the web has closing as 10 (it’s 10 in one spot and 11 in another). I get as far as “oh I thought ...” when he “no no no” over me every time I try to speak. When we got out to the car and I look at the clock it was 8:45. I think, we couldn’t have five more minutes? But we actually had even longer - because I just called (9:02) to ask what time the store closed. He informed me “half an hour” and then when I said thank you he hung up. I spent 30 (which I sorely regret) who knows how much I might have spent if he gave me more time. I was planning on getting gas too. I am going to suggest to the timeshare place that they not recommend this place to anyone

Worst customer service ever the owner I guess who is behind the counter is always rude I prefer driving till Cumberland in Brewster to put gas than spending a dollar in his business. I don’t understand how people can be rude like this. Whoever is reading this !! DO NOT SHOP THERE !!

Horrible service. I've been purchasing products from this establishment for years and have never had a good experience, but never expressed my thoughts. Tonight the miserable cashier threw a bag at me when I asked him for a bag. This male cashier, that thinks he is king of the world, has always been a miserable piece of you know what. And tonights experience has pushed it over the edge. I know for a fact that his family owns other markets across the cape and this is no way to treat patrons that keep you afloat.

Tired of going into that store and being treated like we are bothering them. You are very rude and need to take a course on customer service. When getting what we need don't be saying come on come on we are paying customers. Also try greeting your customers,smile,and acknowledge them after all we are helping pay your bills and keeping you a float.

Good selection of variety store options and more, including alcohol. Gas prices are competitive and you can use your stop & shop card to save using points earned. Employees are always friendly & polite.

These people are always so kind and nice, they really do have a good niche here in case you don't want to go all way to Orleans or Harwich for groceries and liquor. Really great all-in-one stop. Lottery, Incense, Food, alcohol and gas. Thank goodness they are here. They save so much time.
