Very well stocked everybody there is very helpful willing to order it. If they don’t have it they don’t stock you while you shop either. I don’t like that another Ace Hardware is with a force it on you like you don’t know what you’re doing a story does not do that although there is plenty of people that can help if need be

My experiences at Brewster True Value have always turned out well. The workers are very helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you need, they will get it for you. We are lucky to have such a good hardware store in Brewster. It could be a small item or a large one. It doesn't matter, they go out of their way to help you. 10/18 They recently changed to Brewster Ace Hardware. Same good people. Same good service! I wrote this review 5 yrs ago and wanted to follow up on it. I am always amazed at the staff and merchandise at this particular Ace Hardware Store. They continue to be the most helpful and friendly people ever. I had help from the manager Jimmy and also Todd and Maddie. They go above and beyond to be sure you understand and are satisfied with your merchandise. Great store!! Great people. Shop local!! You'll be glad you did!!

As always the "Baskins Ace Hardware" store never disappoints! Staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people! They know most of the locals what they're trying to do! Even if sometimes they're a few dollars more than the big chains (home Depot and Lowes) it's worth it for the service you get and to shop local! Owners are amazing and people who work there are long term, not a revolving door of employees which tells you everything you need to know about the place! Happy employees make happy customers!!

Love this hardware store. Very community minded and hometown friendly. I purchased an item that was actually less expensive online and the manager not only matched the online price, but told the cashier to make it a dollar less. And he just trusted me because I couldn't get the app to open. Great place.

This is my favorite Ace Hardware. They have everything I can think of and pet supplies and craft supplies in addition to hardware store stuff. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and my chihuahua loves when we go there

These guys are great! Every time I go there they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I've gotten to know Jimmy over the years from coming into the store and can't say enough good things about him. If you ever need something from the hardware store go to Ace hardware in Brewster and ask for Jimmy, he will take good care of you! The experience is so much more personable, enjoyable then the big box stores. Did I mention less stressful
