I had a wonderful experience with Karina adopting our new dog named Bubbles. The only thing I would improve on is a) making sure our military discount is applied b) having lower costing pups but I get it they are pure breds and there are vets helping take care of them. But besides that great experience ! We are very happy with our puppy

I had a great time looking for a dog at Pet Express in Braintree. The worker, Elizabeth, was very committed to great service and was very friendly. The service quality was truly exceptional and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The environment itself was amazing, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.I highly recommend Pet express if you are looking to buy a puppy.

Went by the mall the other day and couldn’t believe this store exists I haven’t seen one In almost 20 years I figured it was illegal. The puppies are cute but the cases are small and many have two at once. Each case also tells you you are not allowed to take photo or video I assume that’s to prevent people from sharing the sad conditions these dogs are staying in. Many of the positive reviews just mention how they love their dog while seeming to ignore how unethical these stores are. I’m sure you can get a great dog here but it will cost thousands and could run a high chance of being unhealthy. Please adopt a shelter animal or atleast go to an ethical breeder

I experienced racism on 4/27 by 2 employees. They were dismissive when I was asking questions but were more helpful to a white customer. As a dog mom who is in the market for another pet I am very dissatisfied.

I never right reviews but seeing the bad reviews after having such a great experience has motivated me! I bought my sweet boy on valentines day 2021 and one year later he hasnt had any health issues and is a complete love! THE REASON WHY THE PUPS ARE EXPENSIVE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE REGISTERED, MICROCHIPPED & VACCINATED. Also, they gave me a crate, bed, carrier, HIGH END FOOD, treats and toys with my purchase!! They even helped me to my car & were overall lovely people and love the pups. Stop discriminating!!

It's been a long time since we had a dog in our house, every time my wife goes to the South Shore Mall she always stop's in to Pet Express. And looks at the puppy's. Well a couple of months ago she went in and see's this cocker spaniel pup and she fell in love with her. So you know the saying happy wife happy house. So l ended up getting the puppy, Astra Grace is the most happiest, cuddliest, cutie pie, and does the most funniest things. (She is our 4th cocker). Then we brought her to the vets, everything was good and come to find out she is a very rare cocker spaniel (chocolate merle) which means she has blue eyes like the huskies and the other breads. We are so happy to have this gem of a dog, she has changed our house it's a wonderful happy house now

The staff was nice, and store is organized; however, there is a lot of stretching the truth or plain dishonesty. I adopted my beautiful puppy for about $4k after taxes, and was pleased with the $250 "doggy care package" that was included in the price. I was told to use drops in her water, 2/3 cups of the Holistic kibbles, a multi vitamin and hip and joint supplement (she has rear knee problems) - I noticed that she wasn't eating her food no matter the different bowls and feeders I'd use. and since her very first poo she'd walk while pooping, after bringing this up to my vet, she told me that what they said she "always ate at the pet store" was actually the problem! She explained it as "If the recommended kibble was healthy, why would you have to add a multi vitamin and other stuff to make it nutritious?" and informed me that putting a puppy on hip + joints supplements are bad for cartilage growth. If you're going to adopt from here please change the kibble you will feed them because one of the ingredients are actually toxic to dogs!I do not blame the staff, I should've researched the food they gave me, however it's hard not to trust someone when they say "she is used to this, so keep up with it"If you adopt from here please get a better kibble before your pup has to get their anal glands looked at from the vet

Pets should be adopted by responsible folks and not simply bought by anyone. A dog is a 15-year commitment, and the only criteria is to have the money to pay. I was uncomfortable in that place as if there was something wrong with that business model.

so sad to go in there and see these bigger puppies crammed into a glass box together. i understand if they were tiny pups but these are good sized puppies who should at least have a cage to themself which even then i still don’t think is okay. it was horrific for me to go in there and see this. don’t give these people your money, go to a rescue instead. i wish i could’ve taken these babies home just to get them out of there. they were hot and exhausted, some shaking and twitching while they slept. most of them were sleeping when i had went. the cage they’re in has a layer of shredded newspaper for bedding that they’re using the bathroom in and then rolling around in. just really upsetting as someone who has so much love for animals.

How are puppy mills still operating? Please don’t give these sick people your business. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on a purebred puppy do your research and go through an ethical breeder do NOT purchase from stores. Puppies should never be sold in stores it’s so disgusting and unethical.

This is ms sadie. Ive adopted her and had to return her. I didnt want to but for reasons i did. Shes a great pup. Taught her to sit and do paw. Shes great with other dogs and people. They have her up as bunny/muffin but she knows her name by sadie. Please adopt this beautiful girl. It will mean the world to me.

I got a puppy here, Gordon, and have had no issues with him. My daughter picked him out and he is loving, attentive, and so very easy to train. He just turned one and we bring him in for visits here and there. I still buy all his food from here as well.

The staff was so helpful. Walked us through everything needed for our new puppy and all of his breeder and medical paper. Met the owners and they were as hands on and as amazing as there staff. If you are In the market For a puppy please go to pet express. They won't let you down.

Terrible place . I mean the name “ Pet Express” says it all !!! Poor dogs are on display in small glass cages as if they are designer bags . So awful and sad. The staff were extremely rude at the Saugus location ( middle aged man and woman )Also, how could you connect with a puppy when they don’t allow people to hold them at all ? There is no play or bonding time which they claim it is for the well-being of the dogs !!! Questionable. Stay away from them. They should get reported and shut down

Show case the cutest pets with description of each one. Nice set up with 2 pets in each window. All the pet supplies you made need and a really good pet bakery. Would have given 5 stars if location was bigger.

This place is horrible!! I can not believe they are allowed to run a puppy mill at a mall! 20 years ago I was there and horrified. Now my youngest called me in tears. The pups are in tiny cages, rude staff, over priced and all are from a puppy mill!! Why are they in business? Absolutely unconscionable. Lastly on their site it says cage free and it is 110% not cage free!

I picked up my puppy from here at pet express in the Braintree mall and it’s one of the best decisions I probably made it’s sad to see how many people hate on them there expensive for a reason and that’s because they come microchiped, they have vaccinations done, and they give your a puppy starter kit with a crate good food a bed toys and etc. my dog that I got is a Havanese his name is Alvin it costed 4,200 for him but it is well worth it he’s a smart puppy that has never been mistreated and he’s a great puppy ignore the other comments because if they don’t post pictures of there experience it’s probably a lie if I needed another dog I would definitely go back here

This place is an awful puppy mill. All these dogs living in small cages probably never get to experience the outdoors. Overpriced puppies to fund poor causes. You wonder what it’s like behind the scenes and not to mention the parents of these puppies. Where are they? What conditions are they in being overbred for the sake of money.

Great place! Got my puppy there. A little pricy but totally worth it. They will give you everything you need for the puppy for the first couple weeks when you purchase a dogUpdate: so, turned out that the puppy had a lot of genetic defects and health issues. Took me a fortune and a leg to make sure he doesn’t die. Not sure if a sick lab puppy is worth 4200$, but that’s a standard pricing at that store. Still, I love my dog, but I think I won’t be getting the next one from here

This place should be shut down! 2 labs in one cage no water and they were hot and thirsty. I told the girl at the register and she said they did. All the puppies there were sleeping and could tell they were hot! They only have a couple of slots in the back of the glass enclosure. Horrible! I can’t stop thinking of them.
