You know I should have changed all mine and my husband’s scripts along time ago. I have had the best experience/service dealing with Walmart pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond for us. Plus I’ve seen how they are to other patients when I’m there. I can’t say enough! Especially the pharmacist Dr Erica Eberhardt, they treat you like family and are concerned for your health!! I’d LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL IN THE PHARMACY IVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY 😁 Cause we get a lot of scripts ❤️

I had a very disappointing experience today at this store. My boyfriend and I collect the plushie brand Bumbumz and Walmart had a brand new box of them that they just put on the shelf. We were going to buy all 6 of them and when we went to go check out they rang up as $22 something each. The shelf price said that they cost $7.97 each. I told an employee this and we walked to the aisle I found them in so I could show her the sticker. She told me to wait there and said she’d go ask about it. When she came back she told me that these were “new items” and that the price cannot be changed but that she’d sell me one for $7.97. She also made sure to rip the sticker off the shelf and throw it out right in front of me. It’s nice of her for trying but honestly the customer service here was absolutely ridiculous. A manager should have changed all 6 of them to the correct price. Why have a tag on the shelf that says $7.97 If they are each going to ring up as almost $23 each? I work retail and was always taught that if a price is showing up wrong, you need to honor it by changing it to the correct one. It’s disappointing that this store wouldn’t do the right thing and help. I looked it up and saw on Reddit that other Walmart locations had this same issue with the same products that I wanted to buy and the managers of those stores honored the correct price. I will not come back to this location again, they don’t know how to do what’s right for the customer and it’s a shame.

Very disappointing. Haven't been there for a while and we always enjoyed it in the past.. I had a margarita, horrible. My husband had a cheeseburger and fries. All cold. I had the seafood casserole. Not cold but surely not hot. The shrimp was actually tough and the pasta was not drained well so the whole dish sat in a puddle of water. And unlike most restaurants no salad accompanied the meal. The only good thing was our waitress, Alexis. She was wonderful.

Helpful customer service at this Walmart, I ordered Lawn bags online from this Walmart's and used their curbside pick up. It was fast and easy , the parking area for this Walmart's curbside pick up is located in the back of the store,they have large easy to read signs and white arrows pointing the way. Using the Walmart app I let them know what the number parking spot I was in, a few minutes later the sales associate was bringing me the lawn bags and placed them in the trunk for me.

One star because I have to in order to write a review. Tahan and Nancy were completely rude when I was trying to return items that were bought online online and that I didn’t have a confirmation but I did have PayPal itemized receipt that showed all the items listed. I had to literally beg to get my money back on a store credit. Nancy said the items were probably on clearance basically accusing me of stealing them when in fact they were five days old . I really don’t understand what the problem was with the two of them but they were having a bad day and completely rude customer service from the minute I walked in. Nancy needs to go she has been working at Walmart much too long and her attitudeAlso, the Indian lady in the fitting room really needs to get a personality. It is her job to open the It’s not that hard. Disgusted with the store and these people.

The staff are okay, but hard to find. And they don't have enough cashiers, of course, to save money and make self checkout a requirement.Theblast thing I want to do after workong a 12 hour shift, is ring up and bag my purchases. I wouldn't mind though, if I got a discount for doing their job for them.

My family shops here 3 - 4 times a week. They have adorable clothes for girls, and boys. Such a great selection of dresses, and tshirts, and my kids think the socks are really cool. Also, we're always stocking up on school snacks, sanitizer, veggies, and other odds and ends. Walmart is great for one stop shopping.

Parking lot is littered with debris. The greeter was not at all welcoming. I had come to get eclipse glasses as the website of this particular store said they were in stock. He told me they sold out 3 weeks ago. I told him his website said they were in stock , he turned and walked away from me.

Very disappointing. Terrible food section, perhaps the dirtiest Walmart I've been in.Most of the lower level employees are fine however this store's manager apparently has a policy of only one $500 deposit a day, not the 3 PayPal and other Walmarts have. And if you go somewhere else to deposit to put in the additional $1000? Nope, you are licked out until the next day.

It's a small Store compared to the Super Centers, but it's CLEAN, Tidy & well stocked with a helpful staff team. Of course, being small, you may not find everything other Walmarts have, but you can easily find things here. It's organized well! & most basic necessities are at hand, so it's great for a Vacation Quick Stop, or day to day needs / deals.Traffic is well paced too, & Ohhhhhhhh, Public Transportation runs by this Plaza keeping it vibrant, even with just a handful of stores. Great spot to shop & save!A big Thank you to all it's Employees & Management Team!!!

Ramstin-cashier. The worst. He had his back to me I put half of my order on the belt and had to say hello politely for him to turn around. He say hello and put his back to me again. Scanned my items and looked at each item and then placed it in the bag. Bagged cans on top of items that got crushed . Worst cashier and I was nothing but polite.

While some find it easy to bash Walmart, they do an outstanding job at providing a great selection of products to fill everyday needs at all of their locations nationwide. A pretty heady accomplishment when you consider the size and scope of their task. I came in to find a toothbrush and deer repellent, and left with both.

Ordered 4 items and only 3 were delivered. Contacted Walmart and was told that since they had the order marked as delivered, they could not issue a refund. Only 3 items were in the box!

2 stars because they do have many items, but the service at this walmart is just horrible. I wanted a ninja coffee maker frother, and there were two on display both saying they were reduced in price. One for 179.99 and one for 99.99. I looked them over carefully and chose the 99.99 because it had a milk frother on it. Took it up and it rang up for 179.99 so i asked if we could go back and look at what i saw. Finnaly after waiting we went back there. And they could see the one on display for 99.99 and the box i had, they were the same thing. However it still came up as 179.99. And they said even tho it looked like the same one it wasn't. So i asked "where is the one i have where is the shelf its on, where is the price tag, where is the display (because if the item is lie over 50.00 in walmart it has its own display) they coukd not find it nor coukd they locate where it would be on the shelf. So this was like an unknown product with no other info.. the employees (there were two at this point trying to figure it out, to no avail) the whole reason i wanted it was for the milk frother and I wasn't going to pay 179.99.. ha! At this point i was done looking for the shelf location. Did they even offer to discount the item, or give it the price of the one on display that was identical. Nope.. so i left... it irked me... a lot of time wasted for nothing... incompetent employee(s) 2 stars and stay clear of the walmart, go to the one if worcester more products

No carts available in the store, employee told customer in front of me someone was getting them. I stepped outside the door and brought in a couple myself. Employee could have done that himself. So much for "customer service".

Every time I go in here, the workers are incredibly rude. I went in to cash a check today, under $200 per the posted rules, and the lady immediately started yelling at me saying they couldn't take it and immediately tried to push me off onto another worker there, who was a slight bit friendlier, but still rude. My check fell well within the rules of what could be cashed and they both refused to so much as look at it.Sad thing is nobody is willing to do anything about workers like that anymore so even reporting them would do no good.
