Our former groomer of 3 years closed shop. Going to a new groomer is scary when your pet is nervous. I researched and listened to word of mouth and it was a no brainer since I've been going to Vet upstairs for several years! Sedille Salon had great word of mouth reviews. KerriAnn was empathetic of our nerves and did wonderful work on Mocha and did an excellent nail clip and dremel! Thank you. Mocha & Patti

I have just begun service what turned me on with setting appointments immediately was the expectation of regular appointments which is BEST for a dog or cat to be groomed …. Keeping them healthy and avoiding skin or matting issues …Excellent set up and my dog was completely relaxed with meeting Colleen who has great experience with handling and training dogs … I am so pleased to have found such a great professional for my Sparky !!!

Run as far away as you can.My first impression of them wasn't very good but they came recommended. I should have listened to my instincts.After going to them for quite some time, on a schedule they recommended, I was told that they were no longer willing to groom my dog because they were no longer taking long-haired, big dogs (the sign on the door still says all dogs, all sizes).It wouldn't have been so bad but when I picked my dog up after his last grooming, he was still completely covered in mats - his belly, his mane, his skirt, his tail, and the sides of his coat AND they charged me full price. Mistakenly, I didn't check the grooming job. After I got home, I received a call telling me he was still badly matted and we were no longer welcome to return.When I actually really looked at his fur, I realized that whatever they had done, or attempted to do, was unsalvageable and I had to shave his fur right down to the skin because it had felted itself together.I know my dog mats really easily and he has very thick fur - he's part Great Pyrenees - but given just how bad the felting was and how think and tight to his skin, it makes me wonder if had not been groomed all the way down to his skin, in past visits, and it finally caught up to the point where his fur was so badly damaged.However it happened, they should be ashamed to have charged me $80.00 (plus the tip I stupidly gave them) and then sent my dog home completely matted.If I can find the pictures I took of what he looked like and the mats I took out of him right after his "professional" grooming, I will update this review so you can see exactly what I paid for.

Run!!!!!!!!! These folks are truly unprofessional. I call 45 mins before my dogs appointment, to confirm the amount, and the rep on the phone tells me “you didn’t get a call back from the owner”, I said “no what are you talking about ?”... she said your dog is going to be a lot to handle considering she has to get muzzled. 1. I told them this when I initially made the appointment as it would be her first time going there. 2. Really you are going to cancel me 40 mins before her appointment ? 3. They can’t do the job .. and discriminated against my dog... I agree with the comment below- they only pick and choose what dogs they want to groom... 4. They lady who has never met my dog had the nerve to tell me that I should get a trainer for my dog since she has to be muzzled while being groomed ... like that’s a new thing for ANY groomers in America ... my dog is not the first or last dog that will have to get muzzled.... unbelievable and to top it off the owner never called me... truly unprofessional.

I have to large Maine coon cats that can be a handful! They do such a nice job here. How they managed to do lion cuts on both without a fuss I don't know but they did! Highly recommend this place.

I don’t know who the girl who answered the phone, but apparently I called months ago and asked to schedule an appointment. I asked months later if I could schedule an appointment for the next day, and her condescending response was… “ we book a week ahead, I know we had this conversation before…” As if I was supposed to remember this conversation months ago. Ridiculous

A little pricey for me. I felt my longhaired cat could have been combed out a little better than it appeared. In all fairness, it was the first time being groomed and perhaps my kitten was stressed out.

Scheduled an appointment on the phone today and the employee talking to me was extremely impolite and kept talking down to me. Employees with such a poor attitude and tone should not work the phones.... Do better Sedilles...... very disappointed and will be sharing with the community how you do business.

They only care about money not your pets. Greedy company. Will only groom your pet if you commit to bringing them every 6 weeks even if your pet doesn’t require grooming that often just to get more money out of you.
