Primark is by far one of the most amazing shops there is!!! Fashionable and affordable. So glad they are making it to the states. You can buy something for all ages. It was particularly encouraging to see them hire disabled people. The only negative remark I have about this place is that they need to bring it to the west coast!!!!!

Excellent store. It's economical yet the clothes are good quality. I was in Boston twice and both times I did my shopping here. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The subway stations are very close as well. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone.

Decent quality for the price. Good place to go if you forgot to pack something on your trip and you need to pick up, for example, an inexpensive pair of dress shoes or coat last minute. Nice selection of children’s clothes.

You know how Boston is with the weather... Why expend thousands of $$ buying expensiy clothes... This store has everything for each season... You'll never store big closets full of things that you'll never use again... Come and check out with $200 I got all I need for the summer. The only bad thing there is cashiers... Pay for it took me about 40 minutes in line waiting and line behind me was longer, I saw people leaving because of the waiting times.

The layout of men's wear on the 2nd floor is good but the qualities can be quite compromised. But if you need a quick replacement item instantly, you can have it without thinking too hard.Some shoppers need to be educated for their manners, though.

Budget friendly place to shop. Very much suited for students. But the cloth used in lost of fabrics are recycled or artificial fabric and has very less cotton.

Clothing retailer selling decent quality goods for super fair prices. This specific location is very large and hosts a huge selection.Women’s clothing comprises two and a half floors (of four), men’s get a half floor, and kids get a half floor. There is also a small section on the third floor for a limited selection of home goods.I docked a star because the escalator from the second to third floor was out of order, leaving only their slow elevator to get you to the men’s section. That was pretty annoying since they only allow two shoppers in an elevator at any given time due to COVID, making it quite the excursion.Overall pretty good and prices are hard to beat.

First time to this store and it’s pretty cool! A 4 floor fast fashion outlet. Though the men’s section was fairly small considering it’s a 4 floor store I figured it was more of a women’s store overall. Which is fine, prices are fair and quality is above average for the price. Plenty of workers to ask for help and keeping the store clean and organized for the high foot traffic.

Great selection of kids cloths, I went to get some nice cloths for my son 3-4 years old cloths and I got a lot. Sweats pants about 5$,skinny jeans 9$, some clearance shirts for 2$. I do miss having 4 floors to go to a nice selection of infant cloths to. Next time I go to men section I will take pictures. Primark has amazing clearance sections in all departments if you have a low budget.

horrifyingly bad management. insanely long lines almost all the time due to bad management. things all over the place every time i come in to shop due to terrible management. i’ve had people forget to hand me entire bags of things i’ve purchased and management did nothing about it. do not go to this store. it’s definitely shutting down soon because management is nonexistent which means they will not care about your experience. this store made me go back to shein.

This place is awesome it have 4 floors and about everything in cloth you can think of for a really good price is a really fun place with lots to look at I definitely recommend checking this place out, the place is clean and the staff are very nice they'll be more than happy to help you just don't come here with someone who doesn't like going out

This store is awesome. It is the only store in Boston I wish I lived closer to. The clothing is made with quality, prices are awesome, and staff is wonderful.FYI: the bathrooms are located on the 4th floor.

Primark is like best selling and best value stores for all peoples. You can buy cheaper and costliest both type of clothes and accessories but generally they have best value clothes. I personally like it because they have much variety and mainly location.. its in downtown so. Its plus point

Crews are all taking care of seriously the sanitary issue for covid19. They literally kicked out customer who is not wearing the mask. Im quite impressed.The shop is clean and organized. Most of all, it is A huge shop. 1st to 4th floor. All escalators and three elevators are ready for customers. Quality is great considering the price.

I love visiting primark whenever I’m in Boston. I came in on December 23rd and their system froze up after my card said “approved” in their system. I was told I would definitely not be double charged, and that the transaction never went through (despite it being pending on my account). I waited 30 minutes for them to verify it, just to say I was in fact charged. Today I opened my bank today to see they did double charge me. I don’t have a receipt from either transaction and have to dispute it with my bank. I love visiting primark but this was very disappointing:/

God, I hate Primark store, I never did like that store because they never sale good nice clothes. The clothing are so cheap and it look it'll might rip any minute. The employee should bring expansive clothes not cheap, but I guess they've don't wanna bring more apparel in their boring store. This store are so ridiculous to visit and buy things as well, it's not good to waste your money for Primark store. Primark should be shut down forever for good.

My favorite store in downtown Boston. Reasonable price(some very cheap!), lots of stuff to choose. Have 4 floors and clean bathroom. I always spend time there for hours. The kids clothes are sooo adorable! It's locate on 4th floor.

This is one of the most boring Primark I've seen! Normally, they have much more variety in items. So sad this is the only one in the area. Also I feel the prices are higher than usual Primarks

Same problem as I encountered 3000 miles away a couple of days earlier -virtually no straight jeans. Half a dozen slim and skinny jean variations have loads of sizes. Very few options in normal men's sizes. And I'm of average size - 32/30

Please watch out for Primark items!!! Found blood in a blanket I bought and they even refused to refund me. The manager in charge was very disrespectful and unprofessional! Make sure to check out your products before you walk out the door! I often thought that Primark in Downtown is a fun place to shop but NEVER AGAIN!!

Let’s make this review quick.The size of store: size matters, because it makes the selection huge even though Men’s only takes up part of one floor, but if you’re a guy, which I am, you have to go to the third floor. Sad times.Price: Price is always right for everything. It’s cheap cheap cheap. It’s not like Kohl’s which should be cheap but which still requires you to sign over body parts and a kid to be named later to buy underwear.Styles: Guy styles range from solid choices to clothes I would only wear if I were part of a an apocalyptic film where fashion didn’t matter like keeping from being eaten by zombies. But if you’re looking for a solid shirt or sweats, there you go. The prices for accessories like hats, scarves, sweatshirts, T-shirts, and stuff are great.Service: Friendly with a lot of checkout registers open.Location: The best—near lots of shopping and eating options.

Fun store! I liked it so much when it had the four floors but the product selection is still reiably great with exceptional prices. The only drawback would be the lines, the cashiers are good, but sometimes there's just not enough stations open. Otherwise it's a cute store!
