You'd think it was a spa day for my dog, Gus, who had his first-ever grooming session! The groomer was friendly and sat down with me to chat about what I envisioned for Gus's new 'do, making sure we were on the same page. And let me tell you, Gus came out looking so dapper, I'm considering asking him for fashion advice. Hats off to the grooming magic - Gus is turning heads and wagging tails like never before!

I brought my two dogs to Petiquette for grooming earlier today and am so pleasantly surprised! Since moving from Florida 2 years ago I haven't found a groomer in Boston that gives a good cut or listens to what I ask for on my dogs hair, but now that's changed thanks to Jen and her staff at Petiquette! I am beyond happy with their beautiful cuts and care that was given to them!

So happy we found Petiquette! They do an amazing job grooming my bernedoodle, and they always have her done within like 2 hours, which is pretty unheard of for most groomers. Super friendly staff + cute boutique shop inside!

Jess always spends time grooming Lola to give her the best cut. Whenever I pick her up she’s all smiles, and has clearly had a great grooming experience. Petiquette in Seaport is the best! The owners (Jenn and Al) are the nicest people imaginable and they have a beautiful storefront with everything from toys to treats and more. I took my Labradoodle named Henry here for his grooming and Jenn the owner did a fantastic job. Henry was long overdue for a grooming and Jenn took the extra time to do everything she could to avoid having to shave him. She stayed late on Friday night and had him come back the next week to ensure his cut was finished and polished. I cannot recommend Petiquette enough and will not take my dog Henry anywhere else.

First time taking my 2 Siamese cats to a groomer and both groomers were fantastic. Gentle, caring and confident in handling my kitties. The boutique itself is super nice and clean inside. I met both owners, they were so lovely and kind. So glad Seaport has such a great dog/cat grooming spa! I'll definitely be going back.

Unreal. Unprofessional. Second time now getting stood up by this business. Took time out of our date to plan around this grooming appointment and drive 25 minutes into town just to get stood up. May I repeat this is the SECOND time. We even got a text confirming our appointment and everything. This place is a joke.

A new neighborhood gem! Since moving to Boston I haven’t found a groomer I loved until Pettiquette. My Goldendoodle and I are now fans of pettiquette Pooch concierge especially Darryus. Staff are professional, friendly and take time to get to know your dog. The owners are also both amazing and are “dog people.” 5 stars all around! Thank you for all you do! We’ll be back.

Having a dog in the city can be a challenge, so having a dog walker is a huge convenience - especially ones that are as easy to work with as Pettiquette. For the past five years we have used them, and never regretted it. Our Labrador loves her walks and the walkers - not to mention socializing with other dogs. We have the peace of mind knowing that she is being taken care of when we can't be home - or that we have someone to call if we have to be away unexpectedly. Jen and Al are both responsive and easy to work with, and the team members they use are great.

We've been using Jen and Al for 5 months (I noticed some other reviews reference the previous owners), and we've had nothing short of a wonderful experience with our puppy Winni. She's above average friendly .. and we've been working to train her, and they have patient and careful with her to make sure she's always safe and happy! We accidentally scheduled a walk for Winni one day that we were home, and when her dog walker, Robert, came to the house, she got excited and jumped all over him! He always leaves us a detailed note with the date / time / other useful information on the fridge white board, and he makes sure she has everything she needs (water / food / hugs) before she goes back into her crate. I would highly recommend this team.

I contracted Petiquette for their "kitty visits" (to feed my cat) while I was away for two-weeks. Excellent service! Josh came by for an in-house consult (which is free) before I left to meet with myself and my cat and to see my space. Having not used Petiquette before, it was very nice to meet Josh and talk to him in person.Lizzie was very good when I emailed her after a couple days to check up on things. At one point my landlady came by the apartment to clean the oven - the result of which was that she moved some things around on the counter and shut a few doors. I got an email from Lizzie and text from Josh when he noticed the changes - to make sure that I wasn't expecting anyone else.My cat was happy and well-fed when I came home, and my mail was brought in (part of the service!). I will use Petiquette again, and I would recommend them for their kitty visits service!

I tried giving this business the benefit of the doubt even when they left my dog alone all day the very first week we hired them. I switched to this service because the last company did the same thing - just didn't show up several times.I was clear from the start with Jen how important reliability and a direct line of communication were to me. I was patient. I tolerated the walker being late on numerous occasions. I tried to be understanding of the "glitch" in their system that caused my dog to be taken off the schedule because technology can fail us sometimes...but I have a low tolerance for this kind of thing when it comes to my dog's well-being. I decided to be patient because my walker went above and beyond several times when I had a second dog visiting or a foster dog here. So I bit my tongue and let the issues of him using my bathroom or tracking dirty shoes throughout the apartment slide.But my dog was left off the schedule AGAIN today. Again, the system "glitch" was to blame. It's because of that same glitch that I made an agreement with my walker after the first time that unless he hears from me directly, assume we're on for daily M-F walks. But Jen apparently told him not to speak to me directly anymore, so he started ignoring my texts. Even when I asked why my dog was left alone all day today, he ignored me. If that’s a new policy, at least communicate that to your clients. Having him ignore me is incredibly unprofessional and awkward. He’s in my home. He’s handling my pet. He even interacts with my boyfriend. But he can’t speak to me directly?As a pet parent, I don't think there's anything worse than your dog not being taken care of. I leave home each morning worried she will be forgotten, glitch or no glitch. As I wrote to Jen in my email tonight, it's heartbreaking to know my dog is sitting there waiting to relieve herself while we're at work. The purpose of services like this is peace of mind—so we don't have to worry all day.It seems to me that if you have a faulty system, you should fix it or replace it. Making excuses doesn't seem to be working. Jen’s initial solution was to have the walkers memorize their “regulars” and go off of that to ensure no one was missed, even if the system glitches. I’m not sure how that actually solves anything, is reliable, or scalable.Now that we're unable to reach anyone tonight about this to even confirm if we have a dog walker tomorrow (Jen's phone is off, Al isn't calling back, and of course, the dog walker is ignoring me as directed), we've realized that there's just no coming back from the violation of trust we've experienced.I sincerely hope no one else ever has to experience the awful feelings we're dealing with now.

Jen has taken amazing care of our dog Jack for the last 4 years and I completely trust her with our pup. From occasional picture updates on his daily walks, to looking after him on weekends we need to get away, Jen has made life in the city with a pet so much easier.

Our first time taking the boys named Chewy and Obie to Petiquette. Chewy was very good with Angelica and Obie have high anxiety getting groom. From our previous experience with other groomers so easily rejected Obie due to his high anxiety and being guarded. Darius taken good care of Obie and understand his needs that given him many breaks to ease his anxiety down. We’re happy pet parent find a matched for Obie! I want to thank you Darius and Angelica for taking care of our boys! We will see you again in two months!

Unprofessional service. I called to schedule dog boarding and was told I would meet the caretaker the following Monday. Monday arrived and I had not received any phone call or further details on who would be arriving. I called back, no one answered and left a message with contact information. I never received a follow-up call and no one ever came to the house.I ended up having to scramble to find alternatives due to Petiquette's lack of professionalism and process.
