I’d give them a 100/10 if I could. Best dog groomer in the area- there’s a reason their waitlist is so long! Prices are very reasonable and the staff is incredibly kind.

We just brought my golden there for the first time and had the most positive experience!! My dog is quite fearful of dryers and hates baths and they were not phased by this and had many tools to help make her more comfortable. We havent had great grooming experiences in the past and they did everything exactly as I asked and when I picked my dog up I could tell she wasn’t totally traumatized by the experience. Pawsh was amazing, professional, and they did the most amazing grooming job. She looks so beautiful it actually hurts to look at her. We will be moving away soon and will be making the trip to Boston for her grooming at Pawsh because they are the best!!!

I have tried a few different dog groomers in Boston for my cockapoo and Pawsh is by far the best. I have been more than satisfied Each time I take him there. The staff is very professional and friendly and they do an excellent job at grooming. 100% recommended.

I've been taking Mickey to Pawsh since he was a puppy and have always been very happy with his grooming. He's six now and I can't imagine going to any other groomer. Mike is a wonderful owner and Jenny always gives Mickey the best cuts. Everyone there is so nice and the dogs always look adorable. Their boutique also offers a lot of great products and Mickey and I usually leave with a snack or a toy for him. I highly recommend getting Jenny as a groomer - she does a fantastic job! Its a super cute boutique. I found the perfect doggie treats for my dog's birthday- his name is Guinness and they had a Guinness themed cookie- it was perfect. They even had party hats

Jordan is amazing! My fiancé and I were nervous for our sweet, one year old golden retriever, George, to receive his first grooming. Jordan was so patient and amazing listening to our grooming requests. We have never been anywhere/with anyone else! Jordan does an amazing job and I have recommended so many dog owners to Pawsh, especially golden retriever owners. George is also always so excited to go for his grooming. Jordan does the best show dog cut! Thank you for always taking the best care of George!

My dog (and I) LOVE Pawsh and all of their staff. They have great toys, treats, and other pet products but their customer service is why we keep coming back. My dog is scared around new people and they have been extremely kind and helpful in giving her positive exposure to humans. As someone who adopted a pandemic puppy, I had a lot of questions and sought suggestions for treats or other things from the staff here many times and they've always been happy to make recommendations or give ideas. Best dog boutique around!

Simply put, the best you could ask for in a dog store and groomer! THE place to shop for anything dog-related in Boston. Everyone who works there is so kind, they immediately remember not only the dog's name and face but the owner's as well, and they sell the best products at reasonable prices. I have been in Pawsh dozens of times and have never once had an experience that wasn't amazing. Both my and my mom's dogs get groomed there -- two completely different breeds -- and they come out looking amazing every time.

Groomers always show our puppies patience and kindness while giving them a thorough and beautiful grooming. The store stocks even hard to find foods (and are willing to order others), it's always my first stop for toys, and carries adorable puppy clothes. The owners never push you to buy, offer help with fitting boots, etc., and will honestly tell you if they don't think you need something. I can't say enough positive things about Pawsh!

I have been bringing my yorkie Lola to Pawsh since 2009 and have never even considered seeing another groomer. They love what they do and they it well. Aside from grooming, their shop is fantastic, filled with great accessories for your pooch and top of the line food options.

There is always someone there to answer the phone, and I am consistently kept aware of my pup's progress. I have never once had to call for an update; they always tell me.My dog is always ready on time and I am always alerted when she is finishing up, so that I can be there when she's done.My dog is always happy and healthy when she comes home. I know she is safe when she is at Pawsh.And most importantly, she always looks AMAZING. Jenny always listens to exactly what I want and my dog always comes out looking stellar.

I brought my Pomeranian to be groomed here and was very impressed. The people working were kind and considerate, they did a great job grooming, and took every measure possible to ensure the ease fullness of the experience for both me and my dog! This is the best groomer I've found in the greater Boston area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who can afford the service.

Pawsh is one of the best hidden gems In Boston. everyone there is so genuine. I sadly don't get there often because I no longer work in the area, but when we got our dog groomed there, Rudy would get genuinely excited to be there. I think that tells you everything you need to know.

They treat every dog that walks in like a million bucks. They have tons and tons of toys, locally-sourced treats, as well as all the good food brands and lots of collars, leashes and apparel. The staff are super helpful in fitting things, and they will order anything you want!

First visit of Kai Li (7 month-old Lhasa Apso) to Pawsh. I've wanted my puppy to get the "right" hair cut; unfortunately, in spite of her beauty, she had not had one. Her groomer at Pawsh (Jenny) laid the plans for ultimately achieving the "right" cut for Kai Li. I am not preparing a show dog, but there are elements of the breed's tradition, especially regarding head and face, that make aesthetic sense, and our groomer knows what she will do to achieve that beauty. In other words, although the puppy is beautiful already, she is not quite as lovely as she should and will soon be. I have every confidence in this staff.Not only that, on our trip home to Cambridge on the Green Line, Kai Li drew so much attention (i.e., admiration and affection) from babies, kids, and adults (!), I know that we are already on the right track.Everyone is so friendly at Pawsh! Staff are knowledgeable and caring, and pet-owners and doggies seem comfortable and very friendly!In short, this is a lovely place for parents to hang out and an exceptionally professional place for our dogs to be groomed.

Can’t say enough good things about Pawsh, I have taken my frenchie in here to get her nails done and the owner has done it himself and not charged me.They are super friendly and knowledgeable and even flexible if you need to move appointments around.Best in boston.
