Very impressed with their cat boarding services. They took excellent care of our kitten, and were very friendly and helpful in answering all questions ahead of time, as well as providing updates during his stay. Stevie will definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible place I went in the owner was not there at first o came all the way from Boston in a uber thinking my dog could play there is nothing in there but a big empty room no other dogs maybe few tiny balls they said they had ice cream was a qqCLlie was treated very rude when the owner arrived! I asked her there's nothing here over tge phone tge other girl that answered told me there are plenty of things there and obstacles....She lied too.then the owner tells me she pays 10,000 a month i can leave.was a horrible experience plz don't waste your time

I always get extremely nervous leaving my little cat June with others but during holidays I know I can’t take her home. I’ve been to Luxe Pet Resort twice and both times were beyond amazing. The employees are SO kind about my hesitancy leaving my cat and make me feel so comforted. The last time I was there I even (embarrassingly!) teared up leaving her there, but two hours later I received an unprompted email with pictures and and an update! So nice and I definitely recommend!

I boarded my Bengal cat here for three weeks. Initially, I was very nervous to leave him anywhere that wasn't home. I dropped him off in tears and Carley was amazing. She put my mind at ease and let me spend as much time with him before I had to leave. They were able to accommodate the raw food I make and followed my feeding instructions. I was able to get updates via email and Carley sent me pictures and videos of him! They were honest when he wasn't eating the first few days which was to be expected as he was in a new environment. If I ever needed to board again I would board here. The price was very reasonable. Thank you to the Luxe staff!

My dog loves play group at Luxe and the staff clearly love him right back. A top notch operation with indoor and outdoor play areas and in house grooming if needed. My dog is beside himself when I ask him “do you want to go play with he puppies?” . Eager when I drop him off and equally happy when I pick him up. Every time!

My bouncy, energetic 9-month-old German shepherd puppy loves going here. He starts whining to get out of the car five blocks away. The staff has been great. They're very flexible and responsive. Highly recommend!

I just picked up my kitten Odie from the facility, he spent about 6 days boarded there, and he will definitely be back the next time I travel. Originally he was only supposed to stay 5 days, but due to my flight being canceled he got to spend an additional day being cared for by the wonderfully staff at LPR. I've never boarded a pet before and I was extremely nervous doing so. When I arrived to pick him up the two young ladies at the front desk said "Oh no he's our favorite," which meant so much to me. On our way home he definitely protested not being able to stay. I was also impressed by the price of his stay, it was very reasonable.

Great pet daycare! The staff is always friendly and our dog is excited whenever he arrives to hang out with his friends. The facility is always clean and well staffed. They give you an update when you pick up of how your pet did, if they ate their food, etc. during their time there. They have other services for your pet as well such as grooming, training.

The worst customer service. I knew I should have cancelled my first appointment with them when the person I spoke with on the phone was rude and annoyed by me asking many questions so I could familiarize myself with their process. When I arrived, the first thing I heard was the male employee outside in the fenced in yard screaming at one of the dogs. I am all for stern discipline when it comes to pups, but this was far beyond that. When initially meeting him, for my dogs first visit he immediately had an attitude, was rude, and dismissive. My dog has been to multiple daycares/playgroups 2-3 times a week for 2+ years and this is one I would never recommend. I'm very happy that I will not be going back.

Love this place, Charlie has been going now for almost 8 months and is always happy when he comes home. We have done both daycare and boarding and its nice to have a place to drop him off that we trust. Keep up the good work!

We had never 'boarded' our 15 year old cat before taking her to Luxe and it worked out perfectly. They really took good care of her and our cat can be high maintenance! Luxe even let us extend her stay because we were having floors refinished and she could not be at home. There were not any problems and Luxe's attitude was super. We will differently us Luxe again. We highly recommend Luxe Pet resort.

We have started dropping off our pup here 2x a week and she always comes back tired and happy. The staff there does a great job and they clearly have love for the pets that are there.

I used the self dog wash. People were nice and they supplied all things needed like shampoo and brushes. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is I think its crazy that they want an additional 5 bucks if you use the blow dryer. That should come standard with the bath.

So disappointed in the service and the grooming. Not only do you have to wait outside in the sun for someone to answer the door, but no one answers the phone. It was like playing a guessing game if someone knew I was there to drop off or pick up my dog. Also asked for him to be de-shedded and he still had sooooooo much hair. Wouldn’t go back

Luxe Pet is a top notch organization that I trust with my dog.... I tried another place closer to where I live and regretted it the moment I picked up my dog...no more experiments ...the facility is clean and well run, the employees seem very happy and enthusiastic...you can call for updates...my dog was exercised in the play group and fed according to his schedule not theirs... trust is the key and I trust them.Thanks

Seems to be stuck in 2011 with its breed-specific discrimination against pit-type dogs. Plenty of other places manage to both maintain insurance and accept dogs based on individual temperament tests.

Today, I went by W. Roxbury site, and it was a completed disappointment to know that they do not accept Pitbull. I found this to be discriminatory, you cannot build a pet resort and limit the type of pets you accept. Shame on the owner and/or coporate!!!! You started off wrong.

Went for the self wash. Friendly people. It was very handy since my dog needs a weekly bath and I was 3000mi from home.
