I had received my dog’s monthly medication from Koala for almost 2 years. They made it easy and convenient with automatic refills and contacting my vet, so I have never had to. When my beloved dog passed away unexpectedly, I contacted them about stopping the refills, not only were they efficient at doing so, they also sent me the most beautiful floral arrangement from my local florist. That is thoughtfulness and customer appreciation on a whole new level. I cannot even put into words how grateful and moved I was… thank you!

We have been ordering our dog Bella’s medication from here the past few months. Our girl unexpectedly passed away on Monday and my husband called to cancel our prescription. The company sent us a beautiful flower arrangement all the way to Pennsylvania from Boston. They truly made our day! We highly recommend them. ❤️

Such a great company! Not only did they make my dogs medication affordable so I was able to continue to treat her without breaking the bank, but we recently had to help her cross the rainbow bridge and they sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a heartfelt note. Those are the thing we remember about a company and their customer service. Also with charges and additions to her meds they were always very responsive and quick to make sure she had what she needed in a timely manner.

Koala Health is a wonderful and attentive local vet pharmacy. We first became customers in late 2022, when our elderly cat was in urgent need of a medication on the Friday before the long Christmas weekend. Koala was the only local pharmacy with the medication in stock, and accommodated the rush order. Furthermore, Koala waited for us to pick up the medication in person before they closed for the holiday shutdown.Their pharmacists, techs, and customer service are all very knowledgeable and attentive. The communication is excellent with refill requests and any potential delays (due to supply chain issues that are beyond their control). Their medications are beautifully and securely packaged, and include toys for the pets. Under their care, our beloved Chairman Meow lived well into his 21st year. When he passed away, Koala sent beautiful flowers and a thoughtful card. We are so grateful to Koala Health - they really care about pets and pet owners alike.

We started using Koala Health for our Oreo’s heart meds several years ago. With our work schedules it was hard to ensure we got to the vet monthly to pick up his meds and Koala made it easy with automatic shipments and contacting our vet for refills. This month we lost our baby Oreo after having 14 wonderful years with him. I truly believe had they not been a part of our health plan we wouldn’t have had the last few years with him.I will never use any other pharmacy for our pet medications. The special touch of sending us love and thoughts knowing how hard it was for us makes them far superior to any other service.

I was a new customer to Koala, my vet partnered with them for prescriptions so I gave them a shot and ordered my boys Simparica Trio but he unfortunately passed before he was able to use any of the doses. I reach out to see if there was any options as in returns and they responded the next day with their condolences and refunded me 100%. They also went the extra mile and had flowers delivered to my home for my loss. The amount of customer service and sympathy is something a lot of business lack, but not Koala Health. They’re absolutely amazing.

I've used Koala Health for the past year for our baby boy's furosemide. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. This service makes dealing with an aging pet's needs so much easier. On 4/5/24, my sweet ol' boy crossed the rainbow bridge. I knew it would hurt, but I wasn't prepared for this level of pain. Today, we received a lovely bouquet from Koala (pictured). They didn't have to, but they did, and it brightened my day. So yes, I highly recommend this company. THANK YOU, KOALA HEALTH.

I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet 15 yo pup and notified the company to stop the auto shipments. To my surprise, flowers showed up 2 days later. That is next level customer service! Our sweet dog, Kay was diagnosed with Cushings disease 2 years ago. While researching online pharmacies and looking for the best deal on a long term, expensive medication, I came across Koala Health. They have been so easy to work with and so kind and compassionate up until the very end with Kay. A beautiful bouquet was received after she passed as well as a lovely note. They really are a company that cares.

I originally found them because I was looking for good deals on medication for my senior dog. I decided to give them a chance since they were cheaper than Chewy. When I received the first order of medication there was a cute bandana with it, which I thought was nice. After 2-3 years of getting prescriptions filled from them, my old dog son baby boy got sick and passed. I told them that I needed to cancel my subscription and hadn't even been able to give him the medication that I just received in the mail and asked if I could do a return. They got back to me quickly and refunded the charge for the last shipment and told me not to worry about returning it. A few days later I came home to find a beautiful condolence bouquet from them on my doorstep. It was so thoughtful and it really meant a lot to me. I couldn't recommend them enough. The are very kind, timely, communicative and offer good deals on medication. Give them a shot!

This company is incredible! Their prices are great! I was paying a fifth of what my local pharmacy charged me. Very fast, quality shipping! And they go the extra mile! A couple weeks ago I notified them via email that my dog had passed so we no longer needed his medication. Then a sweet bouquet of flowers showed up at our door from them! I can't recommend them enough and we will use them for any of our future dog meds!

VERY POOR customer service.I emailed them twice requesting to skip an autoship prescription. No one responded to either of my requests. So the order shipped that I don't need. What's the purpose of having an email address listed if they do not respond to it? I have left a message and emailed again to see what they plan to do to correct the issue. We'll see if either message gets a response.

THE best place for online pet medications. Prices are similar to our local vet but the convenience and ease of using koala can’t be beat. Their customer service is above and beyond. They are easy to get ahold of and so friendly- which is refreshing for an online company. My doggy passed away recently and not only did they refund my unused medications but they also sent us flowers.

Like many other reviewers, I had to part with my beloved orange tabby, Poopie. I bought his medicine through Koala for a year and was always impressed by the quality if their customer service and the premium packaging. When I canceled the auto-shipment after his passing, I received a lovely email and 2 days later, a beautiful flower arrangement with a sweet note. I could not believe it. This is incredibly compassionate and so deeply appreciated.

I’m sorry I almost never write bad reviews but this needs to be said and maybe by speaking up they will fix their problems. When I learned of Koala Health I thought they were exactly what I needed. My rescue dog is on multiple behavior meds that he really needs to get through the day. Not that it should matter but was a $200/month customer . Month after month I sweated out the on time delivery of the meds. Sometimes they arrived just on the day I was running out and this last time I ran out completely. I asked them to ship early but they didn’t and the good old USPS delayed the package a week. This left me and my vet scrambling to find meds locally. The stress was unforgivable. I cancelled my account.My conjecture is there’s something fundamentally wrong with the way the company is organized. There’s too long a delay from the date your meds should refill until they’re shipped and then received. My suggestion would also be to offer other shipping service options as the post office is totally unreliable for something this important.Sorry, Koala Health, I’m out.

Koala has great communication and service. Nothing is a problem and they make it happen. I lost my pup earlier this month and cancelled my subscription with Koala. I told them Luna had passed in my note. A few days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card! Wow that is a company who cares. Thank you Koala

Awful communication. Ran out of my dog's pain meds while waiting for Koala Health to fill his prescription. Nobody contacted me to tell me there was a problem. I emailed customer service an never received a response except the automatic, "we got your email" reply. When I finally got someone on the line they told me how the problem could have been solved the first day, but now it's too late because he's completely out of meds and I have to fill his scrip locally so he doesn't walk around in pain.

Ordered prescription meds on 2/19 , vet approved on 2/23 called 2/27 to see why it was still pending and they said its approved and will take 3-5 to ship. Not acceptable when it prescription medication, shipping should be faster than that once approved. Will not do business with again. Ended up canceling the order and going directly to vet that day to have it filled.

Very caring online source of pet meds. They are not just a big box store online. I like when you have meds on auto refill they email you in advance to see if you need to make any changes to the order before they ship. My pet passed away and I was able to cancel the autoship since they notified me about it a week before it shipped. This company is a rare gem. You are able to speak to caring individuals through customer service.

Their shipping package is not secure. Just received my order today and a thief was able to tear only the top of the affixed opening strip, open the lid and removed the 2 most expensive prescription meds for my dogs. They will not help in any way other than me paying for the meds again. Cancelled all my orders. Koala needs to do better.

Koala Health! My husband and I are in tears. We lost our sweet Bugzy Boodle a few weeks ago, our 15 year old puggle. We forgot to cancel his medicine order...we called after we received our reminder and they were so helpful and handled it immediately.Now, a few days later, we just received flowers and a condolence card! This is above and beyond! So very appreciated, thank you very much. You have customers for life.

I got $35 off my first order of $45, my product arrived in 3 business days, and they even sent this cute package with a free bandana and hand-written note. I started getting my dog’s prescriptions online because it’s more convenient and cheaper. I used koala for about 6 months when I unexpectedly had to put my senior pet down. I emailed and requested to cancel my autoships because she had been put down and they sent me flowers. I love that every time I email a human responds with fantastic customer service! My pup was recently DXd with seizure disorder and this was my first time ever owning a pet that needed to take prescription medication regularly.i was shocked at the cost when I first started shopping around, but then I found Koala Pharmacy. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company but I will try. We have been using this company for years for our old lab Zoey due to her having arthritis. They have always provided her medicine in a timely mannor and are very easy to order from. Recently Zoey passed unexpectedly and her meds were going to be shipped that same day. I notified the company and they were very understanding and compassionate. They cancelled the order and even refunded our money which was very nice of them but the icing on the cake was today I received the most beautiful flowers from them. I can not thank you enough for what you have for us and this means so much to me. Thank you for the beautiful flowers. I will refer all my friends and family to order meds from you guys if needed.

Scam!!!! Buyer Beware! I had an autoship which I cancelled (via phone as they don't allow you to do it online). They shipped it anyway, without their required 3 day notification prior. When I called them to return, they said no returns allowed and claimed they never got a call and they also claimed they had sent the required email, which they couldn't produce, of course. So, the fact is, they know how to scam the system as the charge can't even be disputed because I cannot prove the cancellation phone call. How does one "prove" a phone call?

My family has been a customer of Koala Health for several months. Our wonderful, angel of a dog, Dolly, was diagnosed with an incurable disease, and required daily medication. I found Koala Health just a few months ago while searching for a place to fill my pets meds. They offered reasonable pricing and quick delivery. I liked the automatic refill every month, one less thing to think about. When my pet had to be put down I reached out to let them know and they were so kind. They immediately canceled my subscription and the next day I received a beautiful flower delivery with a note offering condolences on my loss.Koala Health went above and beyond and I would most definitely use them again.
