The store is dirty, trashed, and the store shelves are practically empty with products sitting in the aisle still in boxes. Today (5/11) at 6:19pm there are only 2 cashiers working, and several employees walking around the store. The lines are long, extremely long, register #4 was the shortest and its line was past the hair products headed towards the back wall. I only need this one damn ruler, nothing else. Nothing else..this is so sad.Update: 1 item ($1.35) and 27 minutes later the cashier says I’m short change, I don’t have it. What??? So I’m supposed to give a donation because you don’t have change?!? This is ridiculous, the foolery that goes on in the Dollar Tree stores in Suffolk County is out of control.

A lot of good deals here. Better deals than the Walgreens & STOP N' SHOP which are to the left and right of this DOLLAR TREE. Worth checking out. Just remember to bring a few large bags to carry stuff back to your car if you don't want to buy bags.

Went in to pick up an online order and everyone who worked here was super nice and they helped me carry the boxes outside. It's a very busy store, with a lot of inventory turn over so there are a lot of boxes in the aisles

I think this store is understaffed potentially. When I stopped in here to shop, it was messy. Long lines to wait to check out. Prices are cheap since it is a dollar store.

You know, I’ve been meaning to write this review. I don’t know who or if anyone reads these reviews but hopefully corporate will read it. This is because you have an incredible staff here. There are two lovely ladies that work here who are just so lively, like you can feel their happiness. I always have fun when I shop here. And of course they’re always willing to help. They deserve an applause for their customer service!

The price is great! EVERYTHING IS $1.25! So many options I felt like a kid in a candy store!!! I stopped going during the pandemic but will be my go to store from now on no matter what!!!!!

They have named products work well and financially feasible for me. Their products at this store is inexpensive and they have a great selection on many items. This store is does not offer food like the ones in the suburbs and not fair that a lot of stores in urban community discriminate against folks in the community as far as better products.

One of the best dollar tree's in the greater Boston area. It is huge and has a wide variety of items to choose from. It is organized and stocked well. Sometimes the lines can be a bit long and they can have a shortage of shopping carts, but other than that no complaints.

During this pandemic, they are taking very important measures to ensure the safety of the customers and their employees! They're cleaning off every shopping cart after every use, and as they are doing the same for the shopping baskets. They do not let no more than 15-20 people in the store and you do have to wait until a customer comes out for you to go in. No drama, no hassle!

good stock of useful merchandise. snacks kitchen ware etc. nice variety. but I give 4 stars because when it's time to check out, there's only 1 or 2 cashier's with about 35 people. and that is truly annoying.

Always my go to Dollar Tree. I take my time when I stop in. I always find different items there. I get ideas for storage and decorating. I found packages of socks (to have for students) 3 pairs for $1. I found Kingsford brand seasonings for $1 in the Spice section. You have to be patient and take your time while shopping, you will find some good stuff.

Got everything I attended to get and a little more. Only thing I missed is the generic wipes. The cashier today was a doll. Definitely going back today the lady in idle was rather helpful and the customer and people working there was very friendly today I will be going back.

Every time I go in there everything is good until you get to the checkout. People cut, have their kids shop while they are in line. The staff is arguing and have bad attitudes. It takes longer to get out than it does to shop. I feel like this is every dollar tree.

Called earlier in the day to verify holiday hours. Gentleman told me that are open regulars hours on Dec 24 and closed Dec 25. Arrived to store 2.5 hours before closed and one set of the doors were locked. Lights still on... something funky is going on. Not the first bad encounter at this location. Would rather drive all the way to River st or VFW parkway... much better kept.

The cashier was very polite, however, Everytime I visit that particular store,it always has long lines, waiting 15 minutes without ever opening another register. Always only two registers open, and very seldom three. I don't understand why there are five registers, and only two are active.

I have been to many Dollar Tree shops and this is the best!!This store has variety of item stocked up. Best part is the night time manager Ryla. She is always busy working and doing everything every where in the store and yet available, efficient, helpful to me. She seemed to be very nice to other associates. I can see that she takes her job very seriously and she does her best and very good at what she does. After so many rude and mad store managers at other dollar tree, i learned to not to expect decent service but this was a very nice surprise. I recommend this store!!

This is a sorry ass store. Four locked buggies in the doorway. Cashier seem to not care what so ever. Yes she was dealing with customers. She at least could had paged someone to handle the issue. One register eight to ten customers in line. I shopped and when I was thinking of calling the store and asked if someone can open a register a young man opened one. You guys need more help

Parking spacious. Store is getting more organized. Prices great. Everything a $.How can you beat that? But the lines are long to the register. Give yourself plenty of time to shop around and wait in line. They could use more cashiers.The ones they have so far have been efficient, friendly, helpful.I've been there dozens of times.Their dish towels are fab, thick, pretty. I especially like the wine bottle and grape decor. And have you tried the boxes of pre-cut aluminum foil? No more cut fingers from the sharp edges found from tearing off regular foil. Also, their greeting cards are really nice for the price. I buy interesting glasses. There are green juice glasses, 4 ounce size, shaped like the coke bottles of the old days, last century.Most shoppers are friendly and helpful. I'm glad, because where are the employees?Come on Dollar Tree hire people!

I read some of the comments here and as a regular consumer of $🌲I have to say they are the best at what they do. Now I will also say that some store are better than others as with any other chain. And I have never seen gutter level employees for the most part all are pleasant and professional, but there's always and occasional bad day (but that can happen at cvs too) so all in all this store is the place for those home items that are cheap on the cheap. It's a great resource for crafters or gift basket makers.I mean I could go on an on about the hit or Miss pearls I have found there. So go check it out (again if necessary) just have the appropriate expectations. And the prices are great.

Convenient store only it looks like people were preparing for a winter storm. The shelves are nearly bare at this location. Very messy. Looks like they need help ( workers).

This Dollar Tree is my local store. It is my dependable standby. Tonight, I ran into my Dollar Tree to pickup an item for work. I could not locate the item but one of the Staff was able to get it for me. I like the people that work here.

Love this location and that everything is $1.00, that is obviously a great deal. I've gotten some really great deals here, even name brand items. It's always a little crowded but so worth it. Go check them out!

Have they realize most phone now use type C charging cable. Step up you goods to reflect your pricing or fade.......
