This CVS is a mess. The pharmacy line is a dozen customers deep. The phone system is blaring out “5 pharmacy calls” and no one is answering. I’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for my scheduled vaccination appointment.

Pharmacy / staff are unbelievably slow & incompetent. Expect to wait 90 minutes on the phone on hold before someone hangs up on you

Do not have your perscriptions filled here. The pharmacy will not answer the phone if you have a question. I understand that sometimes it's going to be busy. In the past year I have called 4 or 5 times with a question and it is always the same story. You are put on hold several minutes and then they answer the phone and before you can speak they hang up. That has happened every time I have called, not some but everytime I have called. Yesterday I spent 40 minutes trying to get through. It's deliberate and frustrating and I'm switching to Walgreens.

The retail staff are very friendly, but the pharmacy is AWFUL!!!There’s a Walgreens close by on River Street, go there instead.
