Trash place, don’t waste your money and time. I was using the laundry mat that belongs to the same company and there were no one there to help with a machine that was not working and I lost over 4 dollars. This place should be shut down for good. If the laundry mat was trash don’t rely your dog for these ppl.

They did an amazing job on our chow chow who was in desperate need of a groom. They were able to perfectly handle his personality & kept him a little longer to make sure he was well taken care of. Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my 80lb labradoodle in to be groomed. Gina did an amazing job!!! This dog is not easy and usually needs to be knocked out for grooming. So glad we found cloud 9 best groomer we've been to!

I have a 75 pound goldendoodle and used the self wash. It was a great experience! I haven’t had the time to take my dog to a groomer and decided to give the self wash a try. I’ve tried other places but this is the best I’ve ever used. The lady working there (Joanne) is really nice and helpful. The overall experience was great specially for my dog since she got unlimited treats!!

We just moved back to Boston recently and my King Charles was in desperate need of a good grooming. We had a great experience here. Both ladies who were working were very kind and friendly. My dog seemed to like them very much. His hair cut came out great and he was loving the attention and treats. It was a very good experience for us and really affordable, we plan to come back again!

Amazing service!! I went here to use the dog wash and left happy with the results! The lady that was there was very nice, she greeted my pup with treats and was helpful during the entire process. At the end they even offer a little pet cologne that left him smelling good for days!! 10/10 chances of me me returning

If you own a golden retriever, do not bring him/her here. We brought our 2 year old male golden in for a wash and grooming. When we returned to pick him up, his natural coat had been shaved down completely. Either the woman that groomed him doesn’t have experience or knowledge grooming a golden retriever, or she just didn’t care.

I moved to Revere not long ago and I was looking for a new grooming place where to take my 2 little Yorkies to since my previous grooming place its way out of the way for me now. So I found this place and I decided to give it a try, however it is the WORST GROOMING place my dogs and I ever been to. They took over 4 hours to get the job done and when my 2 dogs came out THEY HAD CUTS everywhere in their bodies and bleeding. DO NOT TAKE UR DOGS THERE. They do a REALLY BAD job and seems like the groomer just don’t care about the dogs.I gave 1 ⭐️ but if I could I would DEFINITELY do 0.

Nice little spot in the neighborhood. Great place to take your larger pets, or any pet that's difficult to wash at home. I take my small Chihuahua for his nails and am very happy with the results. I continue to be a patron of this establishment.

Me and a friend of mine brought her dog there after he was boarded for the night and returned dirty and covered in poop. The woman that was working was wonderful she was so helpful explained the process to us and also helped us with the dog as he has special needs and gets very nervous. She claimed him down by gave him treats talking to him the wholeTime. We aren’t from the area but we will be taking the drive to come back again

Today I went to take my dog to get their groom, when I came home the woman grooming called me and started swearing at me about how much my dog was aggressive, first off he isn't, he's a family dog and is friendly to all strangers and has never bitten anyone except for the groomer today. Later when I got home I saw that he had a large bleeding cut under his leg and another right by his private parts with cuts like these who wouldn't bite. DO NOT GO HERE, the groomer is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Brought my goldendoodle Wyatt here the other day for the first time after a day at the beach. The woman who assisted us was very friendly, kind and helpful. I felt her service went above and beyond! In addition she spoiled Wyatt with treats. We will definitely be back!

Coolest place to wash your dog, clean and neat , nice tall tubs with all kinds of fresh shampoo’s to use, sprayer with soap built right in with a warm spray. Services are great !! Staff is super nice,Going back again real soon for sure !!👍🐶🐶🐾

I brought my cocker spaniel here for grooming and when I picked him up I didn’t recognize him. They shaved down his beautiful coat and they cut two of his legs. Do not bring your dog here!

Just took our dog beau for a self wash here and the set up was amazing for a really great price. Super clean and friendly with lots of treats! Will def be coming back here!

Very clean, straightforward enough but could have used a little more information as a first timer. Very lovely people running the place. We went for the unlimited 15$ package and it was worth it for my dirty doggo.
