Truly one of the best veterinary experiences I've ever had with my dog. I wanted to try acupuncture with my senior Jack Russell Terrier and picked Integrative Animal Health Center due to their positive reviews. After two wonderful visits I'm happy to add my own. The staff is fantastic and I'm especially blown away by the care I've received from Dr. Nicole Freeman. She is so kind, gentle, thorough, honest, and thoughtful. At each appointment she answered my questions in depth and committed to helping my nervous dog feel as comfortable as possible in the office. It took a few weeks to get my appointment, which reflects in the time and care they give each patient (it's worth the wait!). I also appreciate the abundance of parking, including 2 electric car charging spots in the back. Every visit has been a delight.

I’m new to this practice and have only seen Dr Parkis once, but the first visit was amazing. She took the time to listen and explain everything in detail. She was thorough and didn’t rush through the exam. I don’t think Ive ever had that long of an appointment before and I really appreciated that. The techs were awesome as well and really tried to make my Nari feel comfortable. The front office team is super great too. When they tell you they’ll get an answer for my question and call me back (whether it’s themselves or a tech), they really do! Not all practices operate well like this. I’m coming from Boston and I’m so happy to have made the choice to switch.

Highly recommend this practice- all of the staff are so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Roger is the best vet I have ever seen, she has made vet visits so much easier with my very very vet-fearful dog.

5 stars doesn’t quite begin to cut it.The entire experience was amazing. from booking, getting a cool little app that gives my pet a last name (which I found silly), with calendar reminders and even options for prescription requests straight from the app!! I loved I had to wait in the car. This helped ensure a smooth process into the clinic with little stress for my dog. The weight station was level to the ground and my dog didn’t even realize she was being weighted. The staff was SO friendly. This is the first time my dog gets checked at ground level. This was so much less stressful for her. They also kept rewarding her through the experience. The vet took time to explain to me the tests being performed and the plan up ahead. I am so grateful this is 10min away from us and can’t wait to go back !

We've had our puppy for a year or so, and have had a handful of visits; and every time, we have been treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and friendliness. My dog Diesel was a patient at Integrative Animal Health Center for the past decade. Dr. Wendy Parkis has provided exceptional care for Diesel along the years and we are so lucky to have met such a brilliant, kind, compassionate human being. She always explains everything so well and in depth, and she did a tremendous job educating us on how to properly take care of Diesel. Dr. Parkis was one of few who could successfully treat Diesel and he truly did trust and love her. Up until his final days, Dr. Parkis and her team including Dr. Freeman, did everything they could to help Diesel and keep him comfortable while battling an aggressive disease that ultimately he could no longer fight. Losing Diesel has been one of the hardest things my family and I have gone through. Dr. Parkis and staff made this process an experience we are extremely grateful for.Without a doubt, I can confidently say that the staff members employed at Integrative Animal Health Center all truly care for the patients and families at their practice. We have referred family, friends and neighbors to this vet hospital and will continue to do so.Thank you so much Dr. Parkis, Dr. Freeman, Heidi, Kris, Megan, and Ellyn (so sorry if I’m forgetting anyone) for all that you have done for our boy!

Love the time spent with counseling on puppy care and training.Holistic pet care is wonderful not all vaccines are pushed. When rabies shot is administered they give you homeopathic pellets, to reduce any adverse side effects, that goes in the water bowl.This place offers many other holistic are such as physical therapy, chiropractic care and more.

We love it here and the staff and doctors are excellent. Dr. Rogers helps us so much with taking the best care of our babies. Over the years, we've had to say goodbye to our elder furry friends and Dr. Rogers was so comforting and helpful.

Dr. Linda Rogers is our vet and we love her. But on the occasions when I've had to go there with an urgent care issue and seen one of the other vets, everyone is super nice and absolutely competent. I trust them completely! My obedience/agility dogs go in regularly for chiropractic "tune ups" with Dr. Rogers as well as doing all our routine veterinary work there. She's magic when it comes to sports medicine for dogs! She has also helped tremendously with my one very shy dog. I also love that they are not "vaccine pushers"

We have 4 cats that are currently patients here. Even through covid and all the stress oh the last almost 2 years these percale givers NEVER lost a positive attitude.This is Buddy's boo boo tail. I can't express how much I am grateful to be seen by Dr. Parkis. She is an excellent diagnostician. My dog has been very sick for a long time and other places in the area simply dismissed my concerns saying my dog is just aging.Dr. Parkis reviewed our medical history, ordered the right tests and was able to make the diagnosis based on our specific case.I am happy to finally be able to find the best vet, truly caring, amazing with dogs, proactive and knowledgeable

I live in western Massachusetts. I have a young puppy and after doing research about pet vaccines, I was looking for a veterinarian who gives only the core vaccine to puppies. I must have called over 30 vets in my area and none of them give anything but the 5 in 1 vaccine to puppies. I feel very strongly about not over vaccinating my 4 pound miniature dachshund. I made an appointment to bring my puppy to this veterinary clinic and I will be driving 52 miles to have my puppy vaccinated. Ellen, who I talked to on the phone, was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this veterinarian practice.

I found a cold, wet, and lost dog with one of their rabies tags. I brought him in and they got us in a room immediately supplied with blankets and hot water bottles. They contacted the very worried owner and Lenny was back home in no time.

We brought our puppy to IAHC after our regular vet wasn't willing to discuss alternative diet and long-term care options. Dr. Parkis spent nearly an hour with us discussing options, making recommendations and guiding us in making the healthiest decisions for our dog. I was blown away at the amount of attention we were given and so pleased with the outcome. We've been back once since then for another appointment and received the same exceptional care. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend, especially if you're for alternative care options for your pet.

Integrative is the BEST vet I’ve ever been to. My mom has taken my dog here for years, and Dr. Rogers has taken amazing care of my crazy girl. Me and my boyfriend recently just adopted a baby kitten and Integrative made an appointment for me to come in right away so I could make sure she was healthy. Dr. Caviness is AMAZING and was so kind and answered all of my questions I had. I never have worries about my animals when they come here for care. Thank you guys!!

Wide range of care options from traditional to holistic. Very kind and knowledgable. Love Dr Caviness and Dr Parkis! Dr Parkis called our home after hours multiple times to check on our family and our cat (who was diagnosed with cancer and at the end of her life). It was so touching and thoughtful, i will never forget the compassion she showed. Admin staff is also very nice. That said, they are very busy and forces you to plan ahead. And fwiw, any vet office will charge extra for emergency visits, same as a pediatrician or primary care…

My dog had to have an ultrasound and even though Integrative is not our usual vet they were great.Vet tech Matt took great care of us. Scheduled us so there was NO wait. Carried my dog in for me and made sure she was not stressed anymore than she had to be and carried her back out to my SUV.I would go back and do recommend them.Thanks for the great care guys!

Dr. Parkis is amazing. She spends the time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. She is thoughtful and kind and makes sure our dogs are at ease. The vet techs, other vets and front office staff are all lovely and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found them.

I’m sure others may have had better experience with them but our brief interaction was not good. Lucky we didn’t proceed with them. Called about seeing our new puppy and the best appointment they could do was more than 2 weeks out. The puppy would have been late on its shots. Clearly not looking out for the best interest of the animals!

This vet has poor customer service plain and simple. They are to busy for their own good and waste peoples time. I came here to get my dog a shot and they couldn’t handle him so they charged us extra for medication he doesn’t need instead of just letting us help them. Now we have to come back again and it may not even work out. All this was after we took our dog to a different vet because they wouldn’t see him when he had an actual infection the last time we needed help. Would not recommend.

Due to COVID circumstances, the staff is very accommodating in taking care of their patients. You call when you arrive, and they come to your car to pick up and bring back your pet. The doctor calls to tell you their diagnosis and treatment. Very safe and very nice. Sherman was very pleased.

I previously went to another vet who didn’t care about my cat’s longevity. I couldn’t be happier with Integrative Animal Health. The doctor suggested a plethora of methods for my sweet baby and wants to check up on her every few months. The people who work here are kind and knowledgable. Some of their products allow you to return them if your fur baby doesn’t like the taste, texture, etc. I’m very pleased with them and will continue to bring my cat back.

Amazing place with awesome doctors and staff who have taken great care with our 2 cats and 4 dogs for years with tons of wellness, injuries, and illness visits, including coordinating top notch specialty care on site at times with referral physicians that come there for them. The integrated care approach is terrific by us and everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

Best Vets ever ❤ the whole staff loves animals.They also practice wholestic healing. They cared for a friend of mine, and her dog after I recommend them. Her vet said there was nothing they could for her poor dog that suddenly could not use her back legs. The dog is walking again because of Intergrative Animal Hospital 😁

A big Thank you to Dr. Rogers and staff during this Covid time. My 8 yo GSD needed a Mast Cell Tumor removed and I am so grateful that she was willing and able to arrange for the surgery to be done there. Matt was his technician and I really appreciated his multiple follow up calls. My boy is doing great and healing is amazing.I started seeing Dr Rogers first for her chiropractic service. It was an easy way to introduce my boy to her and help him understand that vets can be gentle and make him feel good. He showed his gratitude by approaching her giving her a gentle small “kiss”. It was the only time he has ever kissed a veternarian or anyone in the profession;. That did it, I shifted all of his care to her and the clinic shortly after. It’s an hr drive one way but so worth iThe staff is attentive, kind and genuine.I’ve said this many times in person and will say it again, I love Dr. Rogers and the entire staff. I feel confident with the care that is given to my boy.

Dr. Caveness came highly rated and we drove 45 minutes to resolve a Food Allergy and Ear Infection issue with our adopted Beagle. We got a diagnosis quickly and the dog is happy and healthy. All this after a previous visit with another vet in Watertown. The staff is super friendly and although we waited 3 weeks for an appointment, it was well worth it. Phone call follow up calls we waited awhile for but the overall picture was great. I'm not sure how an emergency issue could be dealt with being that this guy is so booked, but maybe a backup emergency vet could be in order if these guys tell you that you have to wait weeks out to see them when an emergency arises.

When we lived in the area, Randy treated all 5 of our dogs with so much love and care... with intelligence and kindness. The entire office/staff is deeply caring and humane. We had MANY visits with the 5 over the years including having to put down our dogs, including coyote attacks, including fights among the 'pack'... it was a wild time and honestly having this crew as my support team was invaluable. THey are angels, I never again found such a place to take my brood. Love to Randy and Matt and the staff.. xo lisa

Integrative means they use traditional veterinary practices as well as other modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and they have a new water therapy room. Have brought all of my cats and dogs here for years and never been anything but extremely satisfied with my experiences.
